I honestly hope Balor doesn't get brought up soon...His in ring work is great, but the guy has almost no charisma from what I've seen in NXT, at this point he's a good worker and a good entrance but that's about it. He needs more than that!

If anyone can teach him how to be a WWE superstar in terms of entertainment while staying an accomplished wrestler, it´s William Regal.

On a related note, I am surprised that Kalisto has not been given the Rey Mysterio underdog treatment yet. I think it´s great for Sin Cara 2 to be featured that much after languishing around as Hunico for so long, but if it is so useful for Kalisto himself?

I agree Harrier, but I hear all these rumors about Balor coming up soon and honestly that makes me worried for his future success. Balor could be a top mid-card/main event level guy for a good long time if he can polish his act up, I'm worried about him being rushed too.

Honestly, the only ones in that picture above that I considered 'total packages' ready for the main roster were Sami Zayn and Owens...maybe Hideo but he got injured.

You never know with WWE. After initial resentment, I thought too that Kevin Owens had a bright future in WWE. But now, he could well be on his way to become another Barrett. Suits me right for getting my hopes up I suppose.

Still, they make better use of the guys than I initally thought. It would have been delusional to believe that Sami Zayne would defend the WWE title against Kevin Owens, but I honestly thought that they bring these guys in to completely destroy any indie promotions and fight them for the very last customer in a shrinking business.

Kevin Owens has a lot that Wade Barrett doesn't. And I'm a pretty big Barrett fan.

I'd love to see Hideo be a main event guy someday. But WWE rarely ever does anything big with Japanese stars. Hope he turns out to be a rare exception to that.

I hope Hideo does too...he has great in-ring and out-of-ring mannerisms. Hopefully his time off will give him plenty of time to brush up on his English though so he can start cutting promos!

I guess most people would be hard pressed to list more than 5 japanese wrestlers who were even WWE midcarders and wrestled regularly for WWE, I am not even sure if I would list Joshie Tatsu as one. If I remember well the wrestler Yokozuna, with a sumo of the rank of Yokozuna being the prototype of a Japanese hero and even knighted, was not even from Japan.
