I wonder who is going to win the IC belt?
Barett and Ziggler don´t need another reign. Sheamus? Belt is still missing in his accolade list, so maybe he wins. Neville in an upset victory? R-Truth? Luke Harper?

Apparently Cena's never lost at Payback or lost an I Quit Match. I doubt Rusev will break that streak.

Cena submitting sounds really outlandish. I read that some fans hope that he is blackmailed by Rusev with taking a "I am now sympathetic to USA and Cena" Lana as a hostage. I found myself sympathizing with the idea because of its novelity, but then it is Cena after all...

It SHOULDN'T sound outlandish.
No one is going to think less of anyone if they lose via submission. Tapping out is just something that happens in wrestling. The've put such a stupid mystique around it though. Like, You want Cener to win every I quit match? Fine, whatever.
But anyone who has any kind of submission finisher as their main thing is never going to beat Cena. That's just dumb. The kiddies aren't going to cry forever cause Cener taps out.
