Rias had the advantage and she was gonna press it. Realizing that Mai was trying to get out of it, she quickly used her left arm and shoved it against Mai's throat to push her into the corner to cut off her breath, while her right hand will start to punch Mai's exposed stomach.

Mai was getting overwhelmed by Rias' speed, and took multiple shots to her. Mai was wondering why the referee was letting Rias hold her in place in the corner. Frustrated, yet calculated Mai would try to swing a left hook at Rias, hoping Rias was too focused on throwing right hands to notice this powerful counter strike.

Rias who had gotten carried away, left herself open to a counter attack. She didn't see the left hook until it was too late. It slammed into her kidney's, causing her to gasp in pain as she stumbles back. She wouldn't be able to act for a second, but she hoped that Mai was the same.
She would try to regain herself as soon as possible so that she could continue to attack.

Mai would try to take advantage of Rias' vulnerable state by throwing a right uppercut to Rias' stomach. If this worked Mai would take a moment to recapture her breathe, to recover from Rias' assault from earlier. "You're one tough bitch, I'll give you that." Mai said before firing off her right uppercut aimed for Rias' stomach.

Rias who got too aggressive didn't see the uppercut until it hit home, causing her to double over. However Mai would quickly stop to talk instead of attacking letting her regain her senses. As the second uppercut came, Rias would sidestep it and counter with a powerful right hook to Mai's face, putting all her strength into it hoping to knock her out.

Mai couldn't believe that Rias sidestepped her second uppercut, as she realized that she was in trouble. Mai took a powerful right hook to the face. Mai began to stagger after the hook smacked some saliva out of her mouth. Mai would use the rope to try to guide herself away from Rias hoping was too out of breathe to follow up. Mai leaned back on the ropes behind her dazed, as she tried to recover from Rias' offense.
