Finding something new....(For Indigo)

Another cold night in Japan, the land had a vibrant nightlife to be sure. But there's things that normal people don't believe in, and it's that belief that powers them. Vampires, werewolves, witches, they were all real.

Although the reason humanity didn't know they really existed was the fact that so little of them were left, most of them decided to just stay in the shadows and live and let live. Truth be told with age came wisdom, and the wisdom was not to piss off humans. 100 humans for every vampire for example.

But even then there were still some for didn't abide by those laws, and then it came time for hunters to bring these people to justice. Or at least sort out the problem one way or another.

Speaking of which, a young man who was about 20 walked down a dark path. He wore blue jeans, black sneakers and had no shirt on with tattoos inked on his chest. A black leather jacket was slung over his shoulders, as he felt his dirty blonde hair sway in the cold breeze. His name was Light Killer, a former magical test subject.



He was part of a team who worked as a supernatural black ops group, although to the public they were a paranormal detective agency. The former test subject grinded his teeth together as he walked down the alley. Light had received a job from his boss Ryan Carlson, to investigate signs of magic being cast in a run down building. It was in a nearby forest, with the former test subject making his way through the dark trees and branches.

A while back Light had clashed against a divine being, and was feeling bored out his mind. After fighting that Raynare woman Light had just felt like nothing was as good, the pair duked back and forth and back and forth. But Light owed Ryan Carlson a debt of infinite loyalty, and took on the job. After arriving at the location Mr John Doe saw it was derelict, the sort of place where all sorts of supernatural things could occur. The features of it were distinctly Japanese, as much as Light knew at any rate.

"Boss this is Light, I'm at the location and will check for signs of activity." he muttered into his phone.

"Roger that, report back when your done. Good luck, Carlson out." his leader said, he didn't say if Light needed help. Because the former test subject was never able to be killed in battle, sure he could suffer lethal injuries. But he'd regen swiftly, he had been shot, stabbed, frozen, shocked, set on fire, had spears of light stabbed into his knees. You name it he's probably suffered it.

Light slowly slinked into the building, he was certain that something had set up shop here. So he'd enter via going through the front door, sniffing the room for any signs of life. The place looked old, as in everything was just left to dust. But Light wasn't paying attention to that, no he was here to sniff out the supernatural.

It has only been literally days. Just a few. Since the crimson dripped from her hands. From the tool used to commit such a crime that took nothing more than an impulse triggered by fear and pain to accomplish. Not very much has been the same since that day. There was no remorse nor any guilt, however. It had to be done lest a lifetime of imprisonment would have went on for an unknown amount of time more.

After the heinous act, out came a wanderer who had been imprisoned for so long she had never truly known what freedom was like and had only experienced it for minuscule amounts of time. The wanderer was quickly picked up off of the streets for two reasons. One was just for the pure kindness. And the other, and more realistic reason, was to use what skills she had in the combative field for entertainment and to show off. She was soon given a home in the form of a forest. This did not change what little trust she had in the world.

She had found a home just earlier in the day. In the forest lay the decay of an old-style Japanese home. Inside was wooden everything. Outside was lined with stone walls to give protection and support. There were sliding doors that led to the various rooms. Torches lit earlier provided outside lights. Candles were carefully placed inside. The stone outside was filled with moss that had grown over the years.

A white-furred hand carefully floats itself over a candle. Slowly, it lit. The hand backs away. Eve, a white-furred Liepardian, stands up on her feet. Her ears perk up highly on her head. A door had opened. The front door. No way was this someone's home already. There were no lights and the floor was too dirty with dust! Eve put one hand on the hilt of her small sword and one on the sheath.

She slides open another door and runs out. Eve charges at the intruder, taking out the sword and making an upward slashing motion.

As soon as Light entered the place he knew that something wasn't right, years spent living in a forest had given him a sort of danger sense. Warning him when wildlife was present that intended to do the former test subject harm to him.

Just then he heard a door open near him, and out rushed a figure that looked to be pure snow white. Light didn't have time to complete the image though, as he suddenly felt a large cut up his bare chest.
"YAH!!" Light yelped out, he was unprepared for it and eat it head on.

The former test subject then staggered back a few steps, holding his wound. Only for it to heal rapidly, blood stopped pouring out of it in a few seconds. And the skin began to close itself up, it was one of Light's many powers. And one that had saved him many times, this injury was minor compared to what he had gone through.

"Ngh, that hurt dammit!" Light said with a snarl. He then managed to get a look at who attacked him. A woman with white hair and white skin, it reminded the former test subject of that Kitsune who's name he forgot. Not to mention a voluptuous body as well, but Light was more focused on the fact that the woman tried to whack him like many others have in the past.

Eve took out the sword, slashing upward to cut the intruder. She wanted to take only that one swipe and be done with it. She exhaled softly and lowers the sword. As she dis that, Eve could see...Watching the wound heal itself. She takes a step back and makes a few gasps.

What was this? A human? No...Humans normally went down after the first strike, or even the second. The Liepardian rowls lowly at the taller man. "Away!" She yells, taking another stab at it. Literally. She thrusts the sword forward to stab him.

Light had been attacked once, and now this woman was on the offense again. Light's self defence instincts kicked in, and judging from this woman's reactions she clearly didn't expect the former test subject to have survived that hit. That was small change compared to what he'd gone through. Swords to the head, set on fire, shocked, frozen, shot. You name it Light's probably had it done to him.

And so John Doe decided to just tank this hit, seeing as how Eve was now going forth to imbed the blade into him. There was a noise as the blade went into him, and Light stepped back with a grunt. Blood was pouring down the wound, but unlike most people who'd writhe in agony he merely just turned around and put a hand to his earpiece.

"Boss this is Light, I've got contact and have just been stabbed with a sword. Orders?" the former test subject said as if Eve wasn't even there.

"Roger Light, try to talk to the aggressor first. And remember no killing, remember what I told you about your urges." Carlson responded.

Light merely nodded and cut off communications, turning to face Eve and think of something to say
"Uhhh, nice sword." the magical weapon said as he looked down at the blade in his belly.

Without any problems, she was able to strike. "Haaaaaa!" She yelled, sliding the sword straight into the lower abdomen of this man. Eve's small sword was not enough to run him through. She didnt want to do that, anyway. She stopped the sword halfway and panted a bit. She saw that he was...Was...Unaffected by it. she gasps softly and looks up at him. He was speaking into the air. Who the hell was this?! She, slowly takes the sword out and dropped it. It clanged on the floor.

Eve breathed heavily at him, taking a few steps back. Her fur quickly stands up on end, all of it. Eve hissed loudly at the monster before him and ran off towards another room.

Light had raised an eyebrow at the woman, she had yanked the blade out of his gut. The blood dripping down before promptly sealing itself back up, trying to kill Light in conventional ways wouldn't really work. The magical weapon had to remind himself that not everyone knew about this power of his, those who created him had no morals and thus no ethics. Hence he had these powers.

And then he saw Eve making a mad dash out of the room, no doubt shocked by the former test subject's healing ability. He couldn't die, but could be knocked out of course. The boss had ordered Light to make contact with this woman, and he wasn't about to fail a mission his leader gave him.

"H-Hey! Stop running dammit! I want to talk with you!" Light stammered out as he bolted after Eve.

She ran to the end of the hall with speed. Being as heavy as she was however, caused her Liepardian speed to be evened out to be just a bit faster than a mere human's speed. She, at this point, thought that the home that was found today was already occupied. Eve had to get out. She had to escape.

Eve could hear him saying that he wanted to speak to him. Eve ran into the other room. She turned around, now in the different room. The Liepardian was ready to pounce at the man when he entered. "Stay away!" She yelled at him, but obviously knew that he was coming into that room. And she was ready to jump at him.

Light wasn't liking this situation, in truth he'd probably be fine just leaving. But his boss had given him an order to make contact with this woman, and considering Light lacked finesse in social situations....Yeah, he wasn't going to relent anytime soon.

"I said to stop running from me dammit!" the former test subject yelled out at the top of his lungs, he was like a bull in a China shop. Or an axe. He was storming his way down the hallway, it's confines too close for him to run on all fours.

Light would enter the room Eve was in, only to be tackled down by the Liepardian woman. Although Light didn't know what she was, but she was most clearly not a human. After being floored Light would grunt out and then say "Calm down dammit before I get mad."

She knew he wasn't going to leave. That's why she had to pounce on him. Now, Eve was a bit heavy. Surely not as heavy as the bigger man was but, was able to use her weight to her advantage anyway. Eve jumped at him and knocked him down onto the floor. Her palms were flat on his chest.

She states into his eyes and growls. "Mad?! Are you not mad already? I-I stabbed you!"
