AV 14 Main Event: Angel (C) Vs. Taylor Parker for the World Friction Title!

"Gotcha, you little bitch..." Angel muttered, as she yanked Taylor upwards, ending up with the blonde pressing against her. When her hands came up to try and release the Latina's grip, she was more then happy to let go. With Taylor so close, it was a waste to keep jerking on her hair anyway.

Instead, her arms slid slightly downwards, trying to snake around Taylor's neck, the champion trying to pull her challenger into a sleeper hold, trying to pull her closer, tight against herself. It wasn't anything fancy, but if she could restrain Taylor for even just a few seconds, it would be better then nothing.

Taylor bent forward at the waist when her hair was free, with just her butt leaning against Angel's hips, but the Latina quickly pulled her back in.

"Ah!" She cried out, and quickly found the champ's arms constricting around her neck. She tucked her chin down and grabbed at Angel's forearm, struggling to pull it down enough to keep from fading. Now she wasn't so happy for the lack of rope breaks.

"Ghk... Rrrgh..." She growled through her clenched jaw and stumbled forward out of the corner. She bent forward and reached back for Angel's legs to pick her up as if she was giving a piggy back ride. Without her arms to resist Angel's choke, she could feel her head rapidly getting fuzzy, and she had to act fast. She quickly backpedaled and jumped against the corner to squash Angel between her back and the turnbuckles.

Angel grit her teeth, trying to squeeze Taylor's neck, as hard as she could, as tight as possible. Even when Taylor started to tug on her arm, she refused to relent, knowing that she was at a disadvantage and needed to pressure the blonde as much as she could while she still had a chance.

The moment Taylor's arm let go of her, she started to tighten up her sleeper even more, refusing to relent. It wasn't until Taylor lifted her up and slammed her backwards into the turnbuckle again, that her sleeper hold finally let up on her.

"Nnf!"

She grunted, her arms jostling loose as Taylor slammed her into the corner, the Latina hitting the turnbuckle then drooping forward against Taylor, her arms only loosely hanging over her shoulders now.

Taylor gasped in a deep breath when she finally dislodged the crushing choke. With the champ draped over her back, she grabbed hold of her arm, popped her hips, and flung Angel onto the mat, an ippon seoi nage courtesy, indirectly, of John Mitchel.

And with Angel out of the way, Taylor quickly slid out of the ring and paced outside, one hand on her throat, while she caught her breath.

Angel hit the mat with a thud, her body jerking as she hit the canvas. She rolled onto her side, curling up and gingerly rubbing at her leg, especially at her knee. Taylor had done a number to her leg, but luckily she had stopped in time before things had gotten too bad. She could still get through this. She just needed to be a little careful.

Several seconds later, she rolled onto her front, and pushed up to her hands and knees, shaking her head and looking around for Taylor, trying to find the girl so that she could keep her eye on her as she began to rise back up to her feet.

And there she was. Waiting outside of the ring. Angel had almost forgotten this was a falls-count-anywhere match, so Taylor could take as much time as she needed outside the ring and not have to worry about getting counted out. That was time that Angel couldn't allow her to have. With a deep breath to steady her nerves, Angel moved forward, going to slide out of the ring, keeping several feet away from Taylor for the moment, lifting her arms and staring towards the blonde.

"Don't run away yet, chica. We're just getting started..."

Taylor watched Angel intently as she moved toward the ropes and slid out of the ring. Her neck hurt, but it was feeling less and less like a crushed-up can the more she was able to breathe freely.

If anything, she kind of liked the choke. It let her know she was in a real fight.

The moment Angel's feet hit the floor, Taylor pounced on her. She raised an arm high and grabbed a fistful of Angel's short, white hair, and then clubbed her forearm down across the back of Angel's neck.

Angel hissed when Taylor grabbed her hair, forcing her head down to that she could club the back of her neck. A loud cry passed her lips, as Taylor's forearm slammed into her, forcing her down to her hands and knees.

Enough. She was tired of Taylor's dominating the match. It was time to try and turn things around.

Trying to ignore the pain in her neck, she lashed out with one arm, snagging Taylor around her leg, trying to yank it out from under her and bring the blonde down to the floor with her.

"Gah!"

Taylor hopped on one foot and cried out before losing her balance and falling on her butt. She jerked her leg away and reached for Angel's shoulder while she got up to her knees. She reached across with her left arm, and then gave Angel a stinging backhanded chop across her well-endowed chest, hard enough to leave a bruise.

"HAH!"

As soon as Taylor went down, Angel hurried to get back up. Taylor was moving just as fast though, and the two women got back to their knees at about the same time.

Taylor's attack came in first, her chop slamming across Angel's chest, forcing the Latina to reel back, gasping out in pain. One hand came up, clutching her chest tightly, but the champ wasn't going down, not yet. Not with so much on the line.

With an angry glare aimed in Taylor's direction, she leaned back forward, bringing up her other arm to fire off a hard, knife-edged chop right back at Taylor's chest!

Smack!

"Gaaah!" Taylor cried and reeled to the side, a hand over her considerably smaller chest. The crowd shuddered at the sound, like gunshots and skin. Luckily for her, her suit covered up the red mark on her chest.

"Grrrrrrrr..." She grit her teeth and lunged into Angel, grabbing two handfuls of hair and crashing her forehead into the girl's face, before her body followed suit and collided with her.
