AV 14: Adrian Kytes Vs. Kelly Conway for the Friction Title Contract!

Kelly swung her arm fiercely towards Adrian's neck, hellbent on taking the brunette right off her feet but the agile Adrian would suddenly duck into a slide, going right between Kelly's legs.

"What!?" Kelly gasped, the crowd gasping in awe as Adrian slipped through before grabbing her legs out and pulling them out from under Kelly, making the blonde just flop forward, her eyes shooting wide during the fall, barely turning her head to avoid landing nose first of all things.

"Ough!" Kelly hit the mat hard with a heavy thud, a little dazed as Adrian rolled up on Kelly and pulled back on her legs to apply that boston crab!

"Haaaagh!!" Kelly screeched, arching her back as she felt her lower back bent bent, making her grit her teeth from the pain and frustration she felt.

"You won't...Make... A fool of me so... Early!!" Kelly growled, trying to raise her elbow and repeatedly bash it into the lower back of Adrian.

Adrian smirked as she pulled at Kelly's legs, she hadn't pulled off a rolling boston crab in a long while, all these little tricks, moves, facets of the wrestling world had just been going to waste in her head. Perhaps this was what people meant by getting her to stop thinking of shortcuts, she could think off much fancier stuff now, legitimate techniques, even if it wasn't the fastest way to get from A to B. She could just hold on for a couple of minutes thinking of ways to make Kelly submit until the Blonde objected with her elbow.

"Ow! Ow!" Adrian let out, her grip slipping as Kelly smashed herself lose, Adrian preferring to abandon the hold rather than risk getting caught in a striking war with Kelly on the ground. "So... your pinky got anything that can top that?" She asked in a sweetly sardonic tone.

Striking Adrian with the repeated elbows, Kelly sat up after Adrian released her.

"Got anything to top that?" Kelly repeated and then gave a hearty laugh. "Kytes, you stupid twit. I've got an arsenal that it is ten times the size of anything you could ever think of!" Kelly declared before trying to rush Adrian, hoping to ram her boot into the girl's stomach if the high flyer wasn't agile enough to evade her.

If the boot connected, Kelly would try to grab ahold of a hunched over Adrian, wrap her arms around her waist, bend her knees and then try to lift, attempting to fling Adrian off her feet and drop her behind her with a gutwrench suplex.

"Guh!" Adrian grunted when Kelly kicked her in the gut, doubling over, but when the blonde bent down to grab her, she'd end up finding herself surprisingly off balance. The brunette had grabbed Kelly by the leg and lifted her head up to smirk before twisting her body around the Friction World Cup champion's leg, taking her back to the ground with a dragon screw.

Kelly shot her leg into Adrian's stomach and grinned the very moment she heard the woman grunt in pain. It was so satisfying to kick some oxygen out of Adrian's lungs like that.

But when Kelly tried to pull her leg back, it didn't budge. IT felt stuck for some reason and had Kelly hoping a bit on one foot, her eyes widening as a result, looking eye to eye with Adrian, who didn't appear winded but was smirking!

"W-..." Kelly was about to say something, but before a word could even form, Adrian twisted Kelly's leg and dropped to the mat, flinging the blonde down!

"Haagh!" Kelly bounced of the mat with a heavy thud, clutching her knee as she rolled onto her back before scrambling and stumbling up, falling against a nearby corner.

"Heh..." Adrian chuckled as she picked herself up off the ground. The dragon screw was always fun in how it sent people flying with little strength of her own required, compared to trying out a suplex, plus damaging the leg when she was trying to school Kelly with technical wrestling worked as a nice little bonus. "What did you say about me tapping out tonight?" The brunette asked as she pounced at Kelly, wrapping her arms around the blonde's head and pulling her into a tight headlock.

"I said you'll tap!!!" Kelly spat from her corner before Adrian flung into her and wrapped her arms around her head, getting pulled to the side of her waist for a sudden headlock.

"Idiot..." Kelly growled and did the one thing she knew she could do right now, cling to the ropes and try to force Adrian to break her headlock before it even started.

"Break!" The referee called as Kelly grabbed hold of the ropes, the cosplayer quickly releasing the blonde from her grasp without much of a protest.

"Alright, alright, I'm breaking." Adrian said, shuffling away with her hands raised high. "That was a fast response though, you one of our regular refs? They're usually really bad at that sort of stuff." the brunette commented as she waited for Kelly to get out of the corner and back into the match, if she hadn't had enough already.

"Heh! Heh!" Kelly snickered against Adrian as she was forced to break her hold, prompting Kelly to just grin at her as she backed off.

"You can't blame her! She's just doing her job!" Kelly added. The ref girl responded to both comments with a sigh and a roll of her eyes.

Kelly then marched out of the corner, carefully circling Adrian before stopping raising up her hand carefully, offering it to Adrian, asking for a test of strength.

Adrian added with a sarcastic clap for the ref "That-was-competent" *clap clap clap-clap-clap* before going back to work with Kelly, if there was one thing anyone could bond with anyone in AFW over, it was that the referees had a worse track record here than in the earliest Tour de France races.

Adrian wasn't worried about locking up with the blonde as she gripped her hand and raised the other, she might not have gotten a good feel for Kelly's strength in the opening collar and elbow tie-up but she was still feeling good about how her might matched up, and if it didn't, there were like a 100 different ways out of a bad test of strength.
