AV 14: Akashi Tanikaze Vs. Rebecca Tomko - Last Woman Standing

Akashi watched as Rebecca climbed the ropes. Her stare was distant but some how directed at Rebecca. Though her body barely moved, her mind was on fire.

As the Amazon's shadow loomed over her, Akashi knew she couldn't just fling herself out of the way. Maybe, though, she didn't have to completely move.

Akashi threw her leg up as Rebecca soared flew through the air.

Rebecca wasn't the most graceful wrestler in the air, but for someone her size she was getting some impressive distance across the ring to the amazement of the crowd, even the amazon was stunned by her own atheleticism. She hadn't jumped this far since she stopped playing basketball, and even then she was mostly playing because she was the tallest girl around. It all seemed to be going so well until Akashi brought her leg up. "Aaguh!" The giantess yelled as the sumo's foot caught her in the face mid-decent, her whole body altering course with the impact. Her hips hit nothing but the mat, shaking the whole ring as her upper body just collapsed into a heap afterwards. Only the slight movement of her chest giving any indication that there was still life in the amazon.

Akashi's leg collapsed back to the mat after the jarring impact of Rebecca's face against it. She rolled to her side and pulled her leg up as the referee looked at both girls. Neither of them looked like they were making an attempt to get up straight away so she threw her hands in the air and started it up.

"ONE!"

"TWO!" The ref cried out, the scene looking a lot like the opening moments of the match, both competitors laid out with blood dripping from their heads. This time however, there didn't seem to be any movement from the two titans. The ref it seemed could count for as long as she pleased without any sign of life. "THREE!"

When the four count hit, Akashi began to stir. She felt ay more worse for wear than she had at the opening collision but at the same time, she had more ability to move. Her body was heavy but she wasn't completely laid out, having been dropped a few moments earlier rather than just a second ago.

Akashi slowly rolled onto her hands and knees as the referee continued to count. By the count of seven, Akashi was on wobbly feet and lurching over towards Rebecca. "Get... up..." She growled. "So I can put you back down." Akashi said, reaching for Rebecca's hair to try and stand the girl up, or at least get her up enough to break the count.

"Ngghhh..." Rebecca groaned when she felt a tug on her blood-soaked hair, her eyes blinking open to see the sumo trying to get the amazon back on her feet. "...Make me." She growled as she was pulled up to her knees, just enough to get her hands free and slap Akashi right in the face. She had gone through too much to put any force into it, but the message was the same wether it knocked the Japanese woman on her ass or just made her mad, Rebecca wasn't going down easy.

Akashi watched the slap as it smeared across her face. Her head tilted and it stung but it didn't drop her. At this point in the match, Rebecca was going to need to muster up a little more than that to put Akashi down.

"Don't worry, big girl." Akashi sneered and tugged so they were at eye level. She let go of one of Rebecca's hair and slid it around her frame. Then the other and let their heads rest together. Their faces were so close and Akashi's glassy stare looked into Rebecca's eyes. "Stay the fuck down." She growled and then summoned all of her strength to heave Rebecca up and plant her back down skull first with Akashi driving her own skull into Rebecca's head, crushing the Amazon's between the canvas and her own blood splattered forehead.

Rebecca winced as she was pulled by the bloody strands of hair back up to her feet, still glaring into the eyes of Akashi. Whatever the sumo had planned as Akashi pulled the two warring giantesses together was going to suck but the amazon wasn't going to give her the satisfaction that she was dreading what was coming as their heads pressed together.

"Fuck you." She growled out before Akashi hefted her up and down again, the Japanese woman looking to shatter their skulls with her most powerful move, the brawler buster. It had put down some of the toughest competitors ever to grace AFW, but it was pretty much as dangerous to Akashi as it was to Rebecca, if the Amazon could withstand this then the sumo wouldn't have anything else that would keep the big Amazon down. Bracing as best as she could for impact she waited for when her head would hit the mat and bounce straight back into Akashi's.

A surprising sound echoed throughout the arena, not the shaking of a 400 pound collision, but a distinct rip, a tear as both the amazon and the sumo disappeared from view much to the shock of the audience and the amazon herself, her eyes opening as she felt something beneath her give way the moment her head hit the mat and the light disappeared behind Akashi's head. The last thing she saw was Akashi's hateful glare as the two fell through the ring and to the floor below.

The audience held their collective breath as the two beastly competitors crashed into the ring. They would not be able to recover their breaths though as the canvas did not hold the girls down and soon both of them crashed right through the mat. The murmur fluttered through the crowd and no one knew what had happened or what would happen next, least of all the referee.

She inched closer to the hole in the mat and peered into what seemed like an abyss. It was not though and there was the two girls underneath the mat in a pile. She wasn't sure what to do in this situation and stepped away from the hole. She turned her back and looked at the time keeper, ring announcer and announce team. She only received blank stares in return until finally there was a soft crackle in her IFB.

She stood with a furrowed brow listening to the chatter on the other end until finally after a few long minutes had past, she turned and looked back at the hole. She raised her hands in the air and started doing her job.

"ONE!"

Akashi had laid still as she crashed first through the canvas and then through the mat and on top of Rebecca's form. Her breathing was soft and their bodies meshed together. For Akashi it seemed like her and Rebecca were just taking a nap. A sweaty, bloody nape. Akashi's arms were loose around Rebecca and their cheeks pressed together, Akashi feeling the Amazon's breath softly tickle her ear. Most likely the same for Rebecca.

She screamed inwardly as she laid there. She wasn't sure if either of them could get up after an hour, let alone in ten seconds. She had just been listening for the count but it never seemed to come. Akashi's head drooped and she was ready to go to sleep, just so the pain would go away when finally, she heard the Pavlov response that sparked in the back of her head and made her body twitch. However, even after the count of one, all she could do was groan and shift on top of Rebecca.

Even with the sumo shuffling on top of her, the amazon didn't stir slightly. Her bleeding head cradled by a folding chair, splinters of shattered spare tables surrounding her, her eyes softly closed, only the pulse in her chest and the light breath tickling Akashi's ear let the sumo know that there was still some sign of life. Moving however was completely out of the question. The shifting motion on top of her, the count of the referee, nothing pierced through the amazon's veil of darkness.
