"You're so stupid, but at least you know you're stupid, stupid" - Saya.

Saya tends to be a very mean and somewhat impolite person, even if she doesn't do it on purpose. Being a genius, Saya always considers herself right and because of this she can be considered stuck-up, being this part of the reason she's a little inclined to the 'heel' alignment, as fans often don't like her attitude, but Saya tries to ignore the fact as best as she can. Saya is also a very prideful woman, as most people with genius minds are, and never loses the chance to demonstrate her capabilities. Despite being this way, Saya is a very caring person and looks out for those she cares, mostly her family.

Past/History:

Born and raised in Japan during her childhood years, Saya grew up in an influential family in the country, as she's the daughter of an important politician. Saya never had any difficulties obtaining what she wanted, never suffered hunger nor thirst. She had an easy life full of commodities. This, however, is what started to annoy her the most, even at a young age. Most kids growing up under these circumstances become spoiled, but Saya felt these same commodities were the ones limiting her potential. She wanted challenges.

That's why, at the age of 10, she told her dad she wanted to leave the country, and finish her studies somewhere else, without her family protection. She was grateful for all, but she had to leave if she wanted to achieve her full potential. And that's when she moved to the USA, all alone in a new world completely unknown to her. Once there, being the 'foreigner', she was constantly harassed by the local kids, especially the girls, looking at how smart and pretty the little girl was. It was during this time that her pride and fighting spirit bloomed, as she constantly defended herself against them, willing to prove them now one could make fun of her. At age 14, she started practicing wrestling and boxing intensively, as her conflicts were turning quite physical, and were not only kids' games.

It was at 16 years old that she began competing at wrestling in a local girls' league. It was no surprise, at least for her, that she completely dominated it, and began participating in national events soon after. When doing an interview in one of these events, people were looking for a nickname for the Japanese beauty that was destroying the league, coming up with silly things like 'Kamikaze', and they suddenly decided to ask her how should they called her. That's when she came with the nickname 'Cherry Blossom', remembering her parents used to call her 'Sakura', the Japanese word for it.

At 19, however, she felt the need to look for a new challenge, as the local leagues were not amusing to her anymore. Doing a little investigation, she found out about the AFW league, a wrestling organization at Japan. She decided to give it a try, and returned to the country that saw her come into being, looking for new challenges.
