You're in serious need of help... [For Wamts]

Gail bit her lip to stop herself from making her default response. She knew enough that the first thing she'd say wouldn't do much to improve the situation. Instead, she stopped thrashing around at random and tried to move in a way that would be a little more effective at helping her escape. She'd move her trapped arm one way as much as it would go, and then back the other way, while her untrapped arm would push up on Seiko's elbow. She'd never practiced escaping a hold since... ever, so she was basically making her shit up on the spot.

Seiko looked down at Gail as she girl went rather quiet, wondering if she had gotten through to her...or if she had just ended up breaking the girl's spirit...either way the Omega Dragon would have at the very least gotten a bit of fun. When she soon started to feel how Gail's arms were moving around...rather clumsily at that as she tried to free herself rom Seiko's hold.

The Japanese woman would grin a bit, all before she'd start to slowly ease up more and more on the hold to make it feel for Gail as if she was fighting her way free...after a bit she'd release the hold and let out a convincingly fake whistle of being impressed. " Looks like you got what it takes, clumsy as all hell and with no technique...but you can at least get somewhere."

"Wow, thanks." Gail's tone did not sound very appreciative of Seiko's comment. She could do this just fine on her own! ... Well, she probably couldn't escape Seiko's hold on her own, the woman had been obviously going easy on her, compared to how things were at the start... But that was beside the point!

"Ughh... J-just lemme..." What would she say here? "Get outta here"? She didn't want Seiko's help, she was a perfectly... terrible wrestler. Ok, yeah, she kinda sucked. But she could get better without her help!

...As she'd been saying ever since her first loss here.

"Lemme just sit down for a sec... -before I do a-anything else..."

Seiko had to roll her eyes a bit at Gail's tone, it seemed as if this girl really didn't want to improve herself at all, or maybe she was just stubborn ? Who really knew beside Gail ? No one. The raven haired girl would move fold her arms underneath her chest, tilting it to the side as she'd on at Gail, watching the girl for a second or two.

" Sure, take a sec...take all the time in the world. That's not gonna improve you though, that's just gonna keep you where you are." Seiko let out, how cliché could she get really ? If all she did was act like some Mickey then maybe this wasn't going to be all that fun ? Oh well...she had never tried it before so why not ?

" You can give up, go home and be a nobody. Or you can make something out of yourself. To do that you need to train harder than ever before, harder than anyone you've met! " Seiko let out as sort of couldn't believe the words coming out of her own mouth...if this was something that motivated Gail than she'd have to buy herself a huge bottle of sake...for clearly she'd be loosing a bet to herself.

Seiko was starting to quote motivational posters. Fantastic. She kept her jaw shut as the words rolled over her. She got back to her feet, breathing a bit louder than necessary. Really now, she didn't need to be told this stuff, certainly not by someone who she had known for all of 15 minutes.

She quietly walked a few paces back and forth, trying to avoid eye contact for the moment. "... Can I... try again." If nothing else, she figured that earned herself some respect points for not blowing up like she normally did in these situations. Not that Seiko would care.

The raven haired girl would look on at the panting Gail, seeming to be in a bit of a pickle, perhaps she'd get mad...or perhaps the girl would just give up. Though when it came down to it, the brunette didn't. Seiko raised an eyebrow as she would look on at the cute young girl.

This was something that surprised Seiko, she was kinda happy about this...well not happy, but intrigued. The raven haired beauty would nod her head as she looked on upon Gail. " Do as you wish." Seiko let out as she'd shrug her shoulders, she'd stretch her arms out to the sides as she kept her eyes on Gail. " You know...you do have a lot of potential for someone who's lazy."

"... Thanks... I guess." Seiko's words seemed to hold a bit more weight with most, right now. At least, she wasn't replying with snark.

"So... round 2...?" Her expression changed into one that was slightly more determined. It was abundantly clear that Seiko was a bit out of her league... but since this was just practice at the gym, that was a good thing.

Now that it seemed as if Gail was a bit more on-board with the idea of training it seemed as if the raven haired beauty could get things going. This young girl did have enough potential to at least be competent and able to beat plenty of the girl's in her weight class...if she was willing to put the effort into it. Seiko could see that much about her, hell most could probably.

" Yeah, round two." Seiko responded with a light smirk as she would offer a standard lock up towards the girl. She was of course gonna hold back a bit, and try and help Gail out a light bit now, suggest what she could do perhaps or leave windows in her stance or hold for where Gail should try and escape or attack.

Gail smiled a little, trying to feel more into it for this next round... she kinda knew it was at least partly a matter of motivation... but motivation was the hardest thing to fix.

"Come on then...!" She accepted Seiko's lock, knowing full well there wouldn't be much of a chance to overpower her... but this was practice, so she should at least run through the motions. Pointless at it'd be... Hey! No more thinking like that for now! She told herself, as she tested her strength against someone who'd already proven herself superior.

Seiko was by far from a cruel person, especially when she was trying to help this young girl she saw no need to do so, instead she'd go easy on her, which she had done since this little spar started but still.

She stepped up and would attempt to go in for that lock up, trying to offer up a bit of resistance as she locked together with the cute Gail, attempting to slowly push the girl back so perhaps she could attempt to give Gail a chance or a window to find a way to fight back..
