The band leaves but the crowd remains. Each wrestler will have to do their best with the crowd cheering, perhaps literally, right in their ear!

First she took part in Avalanche 2013, and now the Super Athlete was taking part in Summer Splash 2014. Tatsuki was looking forward to this wrestling event for a long time since when she first joined the AFW but wasn't able to take part in last years SS. She knew what to expect with her opponent but not with the kind of match she is having, it will be quite interesting to have the crowd stand real up close to the ring so everyone who was close can get a much better view of the action, and Tatsuki will be glad for them to get such a chance! After the Taxmen, in which the athlete is a fan of, finished with their performance using the wrestling ring as their stage for their music, Tatsuki began to finishing up to get herself ready for her grand entrance into the arena with a small twist.

Tatsuki was already dressed up in some of her Fantasy Hero outfit save for the short jacket and the gauntlet while the band were in the middle of their music performance, so she was already close to ready to make her appearance. She puts on said jacket and gauntlet then picked up a long pole that is almost the same length as her staff but is slightly longer then it and then went over to the entrance as she waited for the signal to enter. Her second theme Fearless Hero by Nana Mizuki, which she uses for Title, PPV, or Event matches, began to play over the loud speakers as little Tatsuki comes out into the arena on the stage while carrying the pole which is a big British flag as she holds it up to let it flow around. "Du da da daaaa!"

Since this was a "British Invasion" match, Tatsuki wanted to play around with this a bit so it would look like she was a British warrior invading USA wrestling ring. Of course everyone knew this was just either a joke or a performance considering that it's the petite athletic wrestler who like to entertain the crowd. Tatsuki then got into a stance while holding the flag as if she were a soldier and began to march down the ramp in which the fans left plenty of room for the black haired athlete to walk down once she got close to the ring.

It certainly was hard for Tatsuki to keep a straight face through this act as it was kinda silly and the expression on her face clearly shows she is trying to hold in her laughs and giggles, but once starts to climb up onto the ring apron with one arm she began to laugh a bit as she hung onto the ropes. But the athlete soon got her bearings together and then slipped between the ropes to get into the ring, Tatsuki walks to the center before raising the flag up high again and waves it around. "Gung-ho!" She did this for a while bit more until the black haired British-Japanese girl walked over to her corner with the flag in hand and leaned against the turnbuckle, now waiting for her fellow British athlete opponent make her own entrance while barely keeping her excitement in check.

With the dulcet tones of The Taxmen echoing throughout the stadium, their half time show performance complete with well-timed lighting and smoke effects thoroughly entertained the audience who had the privilege of enjoying the band as well as the next match closer than any other audience perhaps has ever been able to. With the crowd that close the atmosphere would be similar to early 20th century boxing matches, surrounding the ring and nearly making them a part of the match itself. While the teal-colored Super Athlete had nothing to worry about since her adoring fans wished her no harm and at most wanted an autograph and a picture with their hero, a certain aristocratic heiress was more than a smidgen concerned for her well-being, not exactly the fan favorite of any match she was a part of. Speaking of which…

For all the good will and cheer Tatsukiâ€s entrance brought out of the crowd, the mood would become an immediately uptight affair with the Imperial Roseâ€s sovereign theme kicking up after several seconds of intentional waiting to build up the hype. The pitch black Titantron would be illuminated with the digital image of a flowing Union Jack flag, along with red, white, and blue fireworks screeching upwards off the ramp leaving strands of like colored smoke behind them, spotlights from both the rafters and the stage adding to the spectacle. Amid the breathtaking presentation heralding the entrance of the heiress herself, an unfurling of the curtains revealed the Imperial one striding gallantly forward with her glittering cape also brandishing the United Kingdom flag on her back, her usual entourage accompanying her with three on each side dressed in blue and white tracksuits.

Stopping just at the top of the ramp the heiress paused briefly to soak in the electrifying atmosphere of partaking in an AFW Pay-Per-View, both hands resting on her slim waist surveying the grandeur with an egotistical grin that only expressed a hint of the confidence she had in herself. Many wrestlers never get the chance to partake in such an event for their entire career, and here was the aristocrat nearly headlining the ceremony after being in the companyâ€s employ for a few mere months, an inevitable series of events given Gwenâ€s naturally abounding wrestling talent. Her accompanying crew who had by now rushed down and cleared a path for Gwen to enter the ring, with one in particular close to the ring and on one knee facing the heiress. With his fingers interlocked and a nervous look on his face, the terrified Primol employee knew the consequences to botching this next feat of acrobatic grandeur.

Puffing out her chest and breathing slowly in preparation, Gwen would sprint headfirst towards the readied entourage member, using his steadied hands as a stepping stone as he catapulted her a surprisingly extensive length into the air. Bending forward so her face was practically touching her knees, the airborne heiress performed several perfect front flips before landing ever steadily on the top rope, a concentrated show of absolute professionalism and focus sprawled across her face to maintain balance. Once secure in her footing Gwen straightened her spine and regained her cocky swagger, enjoying the view looking down on her opponent from this vantage. From here her performance would be nearly complete, crouching deeply before propelling herself forward in several corkscrew twirls before performing a spinning landing in the middle of the ring with her left leg bent and her right leg extended to her side, her cape and illustrious curls wafting with the circular momentum and adding a certain flourish to the acrobatic stunt.


*Hmph…..that should show this upstart who the REAL Super Athlete is in this federation…*, Gwen thought to herself as she stood tall to bask in her glory.

With all of the crowd being so close around the ring, Tatsuki wanted to give them more then their moneys worth and give em autographs and take pictures with her fans and the like, but of course that is something she had to wait until much much later until after this match ends. The fan surrounding Tatsuki's corner behind her can see up her little miniskirt but she didn't really care, it's not like she is wearing panties anyway but is wearing blue gym bloomers but even then she wouldn't have minded if she did wear panties since the little athlete was very shameless, just having a dopey grin on her face with her eyes closed. "Ehehe~"

It certainly took away for the black haired girl's opponent to make her entrance and Tatsuki maybe thought it had something to do with Gwen spending an hour in front of the mirror or so to make sure her admittedly very good looks were spot on pixel perfect to show off her "perfection" which she somewhat didn't mind, but that was only her guess and not the real thing. As the theme of the fellow British athlete went on with the Titantron displaying an image of the UK flag on it, it sparked a quick interest in what she will be seeing but she was more then disappointed as it went by. Spotlights lit up and fireworks began to firing off as Gwendolyn appears with her trope and the addition of a UK flag cape on her back as she made her way down the ramp to the ring with her escorts making a path for her, this was just completely uncalled for and unnecessary especially considering that this woman was treating this like the main event when it's just an appetizer while the main events were later on after this match. Tatsuki was more then disappointed in this and she just looks upon this with a dumbfounded expression as she watches the curly blonde heiress struts towards the ring. **Seriously? Are you kidding me?**

What personally tore it for little Tatsuki was the excuse of a "athletic" stunt that her adversary pulled off to enter the ring, sure it was impressive but it had no feeling in it at all and it was a lot more overkill then what Tatsuki had ever done, even by her own standards, as well as that Gwen forced herself to do it while needing help to do all of that. Not to brag at all but the petite athlete could easily beat that no problem, but she didn't need to she didn't have go out of her way to try and prove a point to others between herself and someone who is egotistical and self centered.

Tatsuki can easily tell that the only reason the Imperial Princess did all that was to try and out stage the little Japanese-British athlete to try and prove she was better then her, it would have been a very impressive sight and performance had Gwen did that from her heart so she could try and entertain the audience with it, but she didn't attempt to do as at all and only did it for herself. She sighed in disappointment and shook her had a bit with her free hand on her hip. "You done yet? Save flashy stuff for the finals if you ever get selected for one, this is just the preliminaries." Was all she had to say to Gwendolyn at the moment while speaking with athletic tournament terms as Tatsuki steps a little bit out of her corner and handing the flag pole to the ref-girl.

The smoke from the heiress fireworks display still lingered in the upper rafters somewhat before the ventilation could dissipate it, that, combined with the raucous crowd mere inches away from the tethered ropes of the ring gave the arena a more rugged and gritty atmosphere more often seen in underground pit fights than your typical official SummerSplash matches. Begrudgingly pushed aside and away from ringside by those who had purchased tickets for the ringside spectacle, Gwenâ€s entourage would regrettably be ushered back up the ramp and backstage to witness their employerâ€s PPV extravaganza over the monitors. Certainly not disheartened at the prospect of her first solo bout, Gwen turned her head back towards the Super Athlete standing behind her in the corner with a sly grin and a relaxed look in her eyes, demonstrating little to no fear or anxiety towards Tatsuki. Having thoroughly reestablished her dominance as the skilled athlete with that glimpse of her acrobatic talent, Gwen knew this entire affair was nothing more than a rudimentary demonstration of a delusional upstart needing to be silenced with a thorough trouncing by the Imperial one herself.

“Oh?.....I thought that humble introduction was actually rather tame, though I suppose such a restrained entrance will allow for an even greater spectacle when I do headline these events,” Gwen stated while unclipping her cape from around her neck and tossing it with a twirl towards Tatsukiâ€s corner, draping it over the the teal-colored heroine while Gwen approached the ropes with a slight wiggle in her hips. Never missing an opportunity to showcase her illustrious physique, SummerSplash was a grand stage that she intended to exploit to her heartâ€s content. Turning sideways and leaning against the ropes Gwen arched her back and lifted her leg up until her toes were pointed skyward before resting her foot on the middle rope. Flaunting every sumptuous curve of her pristine body, Gwen soaked in the boos and cheers alike with a sinister smirk as cameras lit up her side of the ring.

Tatsuki kept her eyes on her new rival as she trounces around in the ring, and she easily caught the flag cape when her adversary tosses it to her without it covering over her and handed that to the ref-girl as well. Even with how weird the situation turned out, the little athlete didn't pay any attention at all to the way Gwen was showing off her body even as a few people began taking some pictures of her, well it is an amazing figure and the leotard showed that off pretty well there was no reason to do so unless you were at a fashion show or modeling stage, something that the sport of wrestling, as well as the sacred wrestling ring, is not. "I thought we were gonna wrestle, not show off our fashion."

It seriously was getting out of hand and what Gwen said earlier didn't make it any better, claiming she will "headline" these events. She really didn't understand at all how these annual seasonal wrestling events worked at all and it was just sad to say the least, especially since it's because of Tatsuki that she is even here to begin with. "You know, you should be thanking me. Because if your opponent had been anyone else but me, you'd have been taking part in a "Dark Match". Meaning you'd be wrestling in an empty and barely lit arena." Tatsuki said as she puts her hands on her hips and walks a bit closer to the center of the ring. "Also, if you hadn't noticed, you only get ONE match in Summer Splash and yet to come Avalanche event and that is it." She added while even bringing up her left hand to raise her index finger to emphasize on the 1.

For a brief instant the heiress had won back the crowd over to her side, their hooting and hollering accompanying the flashes of light washing over her curvaceous figure. Gwendolyn basked in the adulation for as long as possible as she made her sultry poses before she overheard the griping of her stick in the mud of an opponent. Turning her head back to Tatsuki with a raised eye brow and arrogant smirk, the heiress could plainly see that the gymnast was all business and no pageantry this day. “Hmph….how utterly dull you are, Ms. Le Feuvre,” With a flick of her golden curls Gwen strided away from the ropes with a distinct wiggle to her hips as she confronted her adversary square in the middle of the ring. Staring down upon the petite athlete, Gwen listened intently to Tatsukiâ€s informative dialogue with an intrigued look upon her face….though her stern visage would crumble from her inability to stifle her laughter at the sheer ridiculousness of Tatsukiâ€s claims, one hand covering her face as she enjoyed a pompous laugh at the diminutive gymnastâ€s expense.

“...Ah, you possess such a facetious wit,…the very idea of one such as myself participating in such a demeaning affair is almost as ludicrous as the notion of you winning this little contest,” Gwen boldly stated with a confident grin, her mean spirited comments intending to provoke Tatsuki into making a mistake once the festivities began. “Hmm…..I believe itâ€s safe to say the AFW officials will waive that ruling in MY case, once they see what Iâ€m capable of,” Gwen would then raise her hand and offer the gymnast a sporting handshake, a purely innocent appearance sprawled across her flawless face. “ All jesting aside, hereâ€s to a harrowing contest to determine the superior athlete through a fair and honorable bout~…”

Gwenâ€s true spirit of sportsmanship would shine through in this courteous gesture…..until the bell would ring mid-shake, signaling the beginning of the match and the heiress†first offensive strike, attempting to pull Tatsuki forward for an over the shoulder flip landing the gymnast on her backside.

Seeing Gwen being all flashy and showoffy the way she was made Tatsuki think that the Princess should have taken a career as a fashion model or something of the sort, she fits that role perfectly in every way from how she was acting. Even as Gwen finished up with her ego offing and came over towards the athlete she was still showing off again, but it seriously wasn't of any importance to Tatsuki at all, even when she was called "dull" by her adversary. "This ring is a place to compete against others Gwen-san. Unless there is a good reason like the band from earlier, there is no reason to use the ring as an excuse to show yourself off as if it were a fashion show."

While she was in the middle of her explanation of how the seasonal wrestling events worked, she noticed that Gwen looked like she was paying attention to what she was saying, which makes Tatsuki feel happy that she was listening, but that came crumbling down when Gwen laughed in the black haired girl's face while spewing more words that smell of ego. "You aren't special Gwendolyn-san, even the "almighty" Friction Champion is only allowed just one match in these things." Tatsuki said, while using a tone while rolling her eyes when she said almighty which showed that the athlete isn't fond of the current Champion at all. "I'm am just trying to share my knowledge with you, I've been here longer then you so I know how it works around her which you do not."

This "match" was starting to become something different then a match in a way with Gwen's self praising speeches, but the moment that surprised Tatsuki was when her rival raised her hand to offer a friendly handshake to Tatsuki, even saying a fair play speech as well. Something was really fishy about this, especially considering who it was that was offering the handshake, but being the honorable wrestler that she was, Tatsuki took a hold of Gwen's hand and gave her a firm grip and shook it, showing once again of her grand and true sportsmanship. "Yeah, to a fair and well fought match."

But the second that bell rung, what Tatsuki was afraid of came true, her gymnast opponent took advantage of this moment and pulled the athlete in up and over her shoulder to throw her back first into the mat. But luckily, Tatsuki was prepared for this, while she was over Gwen she positions her feet to be angled so her body was something like a backwards C with her body facing up so that she safely lands onto her feet.

"I knew you would do that, my turn!" Tatsuki would say before quickly grabbing onto her fellow British opponent' wrist wish her free arm, and twist herself around to use the momentum that Gwen used to throw her down against her to twist the Imperial one's arm around to flip her and make her slam onto the mat back first, causing a quick uproar in cheers from the crowd which was originally a barrage of boos towards Gwen for taking advantage of the Super Athlete in the handshake.

Gwendolyn would practically roll her eyes towards the educational sermon Tatsuki droned on about the ethics and sportsmanship of the art of wrestling. The whole situation reminded her of being scolded by one of her teachers during her years of being home schooled. To the heiress the wrestling ring was simply another venue to display her talent and sensual allure to the world, and Tatsukiâ€s well-intentioned offer of advice from came off as condescending to the aristocrat, still not seeing the petite gymnast as anyone who had any place lecturing her in any way. All the more reason to enjoy educating this little goody two shoes as to who she was talking to as if she was a novice.

Feeling Tatsuki be rolled over her back after the heiress brilliant opening maneuver brought a distinct smirk across her face as she envisioned the night progressing as intended, with Gwen easily putting the gymnast through a clinic of submission moves for an effortless win. But that vision would be shattered when she looked up in a surprised gaze to see the gymnast standing before her as instead of lying on the mat where she belonged. Her eyes would grow even wider after the gymnast yanked her forward and attempted the flipping maneuver to the heiress, gasping out loud as her opponent expertly used the forward momentum to judo throw the more heavier of the combatants. With a frustrated yell the heiress relied on her own years of gymnastics instinct and twisted her own body mid-air to land in the same fashion as Tatsuki, a few spattered claps heard from the audience in appreciation of the mutual athletic display.

“…*Tch*…Amusing…But I have no intention of being made a fool of this day,” the heiress spat back with an annoyed grimace, unfortunately not as appreciative of the spectacle as everyone else. Practically still in the same stance as when they this entire exchange started, Gwen would attempt to yank Tat forward with a twist so the gymnast would have her back to the heiress, enabling her to wrap her arms around Tatsukis neck in a tight head lock.

The match has gone underway and it already had an interesting but dirty start up by Gwen's hands, as Tatsuki was able to counter the heiress' attempt to throw the athletic girl over her shoulder and tried to do a similar tactic against her but not at all in the same way. She tried to just twist and swing her opponent's arm to force her to flip over and slam on her back, but surprisingly the Imperial one was able to counter that too in almost a similar fashion of what Tatsuki did but differently as it was a closer shave then being thrown over the shoulder like what Gwen tried to do to Tatsuki. "What?"

After all of that with 2 attempts to throw and flip each other over, they were back to square one when the match had begun, as if nothing had happened at all. But Gwen took the initiative pulled the Super Athlete in and twists her around to put her in standing Sleeperhold lock. "Geh!"

Tatsuki instantly brought her hands up to grip onto Gwen's arm that was around her neck to try and pry it off a bit, but she knew she had to do something else to get her opponent off of her. With quick thinking, Tatsuki will move one of her legs back behind the Princess' leg and then throw one of her arms back to elbow Gwendolyn in the ribs before pulling her leg forward to try and trip her opponent down, and hopefully without the athlete being in her arms still.
