"Hey, who didn't like Linkin Park? I've still got Meteora on my Ipod. Their later stuff was a bit hit and miss for me though. I'm more of a rock and metal girl anyways."

She said with a smirk, before letting out a slightly girlish "squee!" as she got to keep the picture, taking it and tucking it into her wallet.


"Awww, thank you! I'll look at it every time I need a laugh."

She teased, before taking a drink.

"So, when did you grow out of that? For what its worth, your hotter as a blonde."

"Oh, come on, you were not a Linkin Park fan back then." She stuck her tongue out and wagged it. "You were, what? Seven? Jenny Come Lately."

Valley was once again greeted with the reminded that she was dating someone who, if this conversation had been held in the US, would get her arrested for giving alcohol to a minor. She brushed the thought aside.

"And thank you, thank you." She gave her hair a sultry whip for emphasis, before straightening it back out to a clear face. "And that lasted, like, a month. It had a lot to do with this guy I was dating at the time. When he left, I started caring what the mirror looked like, again. Then I moved into cheerleading. Was all over the map."

"Well, no, not at that time, but I got into them in my teens."

Ace smirked, liking that sexy hair whip.

"Ahh, it was a boyfriend thing...I get that. My first girlfriend kept trying to pull me towards stupid rich girl crap. Always wanting to go car shopping with her when wrestling was on."

She shook her head.

"Sooo uh....how many other boy or girlfriends have you had?"

She asked a little nervously

Ha. Car-shopping. If there was any doubt her girlfriend was in the 1% - and there wasn't, since Valley had seen her mansion of an apartment - that would have killed it.

She leaned back at that question, rubbing her chin. She had figured it was coming, sooner or later.

"Well..." She trailed off, then focused back on Ace. "Boyfriends, five. Longest one lasted six months. Girlfriends? I had a kind of girlfriend, but she wasn't really gay, she just thought she was. When push came to shove, she wasn't into it. You're my first, pretty much."

She reached off and sipped her beer as her brows furrowed. "That a problem?"

"Uh no! No, no problem! Just curious is all."

Ace giggled a little nervously. It honestly wasn't a problem with her, just a question about the girls experience really.

"Let's see..."

She said thoughtfully, taking another drink of her beer.

"Well, I've never had a boyfriend, but I had a couple small girlfriends right before I left home, but those only lasted a few month between them. Then there's been a few one night stands over the last few years, but nothing beyond that. So...your pretty much my first serious anything."

She blushed, taking another, longer, drink.

That was good, Valley was a little worried there for a second, thinking she be giving off some weird vibes. She wasn't old enough to qualify as a cougar but she was still too close for comfort.

"That's good, I think." She shook her empty glass around and let the ice clink about. "We're learning together. Don't have to worry about any misconceptions or setting the bar the wrong way or anything - it's just me and you. It's our thing, purely our thing. There's no pressure."

She gave Ace a playful kick under the table, as a thought at Ace's wording occurred. "You said you've never had a boyfriend - have you ever wanted one? I mean..." She straightened back up, not wanting to make light of Ace's feelings. "Are you bi, too?"

Ace could not resist a blush as Valley said that...our thing...it felt good though, knowing that they had something special, shared between them and them only.

The light kick made Ace pay attention again, taking a drink as she thought over Valley's question.

"Well....I dunno really. I never really paid too much attention to boys. I mean, before I left I had only just started being interested in relationships, and once I left there was never really time to get to know anybody. So....maybe? I guess I've just never met any boy that I've had any interest in."

"Why do you ask? Worried about threats to your spot?"

Ace said, giving a cocky smirk towards her girlfriend.

"They're overrated, trust me, you're not missing much." She rolled her eyes and plopped an ice cube in her mouth, letting it start to melt. "Well, no, okay. Bruce was good. But I've got to say, my experience with the fairer sex has been much better so far.

She leaned in, mirroring Ace's smile. "And maybe I am. I don't have to take the train over to Tension anytime soon, do I? Any guys I need to educate? Because I'll do it. Kick in the face."

"Heh no. Well, you could beat up my old manager, Tai. God knows I nearly did once I found out what a perv he is. Guy completely misled me on what he was good for. Kick his ass whenever you want, assuming he ever gets a job in AFW again."

She smirked.


"Besides, from what I've seen of Tension, I seriously doubt any of these guys could even hold a candle to you[size=50:emr31r6g]...or dat ass..."

Tai, Tai, Tai - that name rang a faint bell, that she could just barely hear. None of it had a good connotation to it, either. The same could be said for a lot of the Tension crew, though Valley reckoned that it wasn't completely earned. She caught a few Tension matches every now and then, and a few of the guys seemed respectable enough - shame that a few bad apples could ruin the basket.

Still, she was mostly kidding about going over to Tension. She had never wrestled a man before, and she wasn't looking forward to starting.

"I'll be sure to keep a super-kick ready if I ever stumble across him, sweetie." She leaned in and turned her ear towards Ace. "And what was that last little bit?"
