Peace Across Worlds

When asked what HE did for fun,Jay pauses for a moment. "Before the AFW,I traveled the western US and the North on foot.Now? I guess I jsut...Meditate,or explore my surroundings..." He sounded boring....

"Tell me more about it." She starts to wonder about where he has all been, even if she has been there herself, though she cannot recall if she has at the moment.

"Be it noted that I had a friend with me in the beginning.After leaving my mountain town home,the two of us went North to a large body of water.Not an ocean,though.There,we encountered the Kazar Pyros and Kazar-Aquam.We helped the Pyros defend their land.After that,she left to follow her own dreams and goals."

"Ah. Well I travel with a group of people, but that's usually when I go on trips that will take me really far away. I haven't done anything like that in a while but I'm ok with how things are now." it won't taker her much longer to finish, but she waits for a couple of minutes before getting more.

Jay smirks. "So,you do have some sort of fighting skill.I'd like to see it sometime.Everyone's style is different you know." The lion stands up and goes back to get more.It was an odd tiome to eat during the day,and the only people here were some elderly people,which even then were few.

"I'm not much of a fighter I'm afraid." she tells him. I mean I can defend myself if someone is trying to kill me but all the in-ring stuff isn't my thing."

Jay came back with a second full plate.He had thongs like mac and cheese,sushi,and chicken. "W-Well....It doesnt have to be an in-ring thing.Maybe I was just trying to mean....You and me?" Always poking trouble and looking dor a scrap the lion was.And this may have been where he would fuck up. "After all,I have to show you my skill somehow."

"Yeah you do but testing it against me wouldn't prove anything." she gives a small sigh but then forgets about it. While they continue eating and talking, little do they know that Veldaris is there as well. She finishes eating and goes to leave, but she sees him out of the corner of her eye. She makes sure he sees her. He walks past him, giving a wink and a nudge on the shoulder, thinking he is on a date and encourages him before she heads out the door.

Jay's face lit up like a fire.Veldaris was here....She was here,on Earth.Remembering that Lina was still here,and that Veldaris left,Jay tries to make his blush go away.He looks down to hide it. "S-So,if not you then who do I prove it to?"

Lina does notice Veldaris walk by but didn't really react to it. She did see Jay looking down too. "You ok?" She then shrugs at the question of who to prove it on. "Random workout partner? Maybe work out with that Nick guy, I don't know who you have around here for friends." she then goes up to get more food.
