Peace Across Worlds

Still hunched over,Jay put the chocolate in his mouth and smiled at Sky.He hears the tone in Diasuke's voice. "Sorry,but I do need to get back home.There is still so much to do,people to meet,battles to be fought." He looked up at them,and gasps softly when given the envelope and told what was in it. "T-Thanks....I almost forgot."

He was about to stand up,but Sky and Excel began to tug a bit at his ears and tail.They felt pretty real,and as long as they didnt rip them off,he was fine with it.

Excel wonders why Jay had him. The look on his face said that he knew biologically they aren't part of Jay for real even though they do feel real.
"Are you staying with Vel again?" Sion asks him as he over hears her talking on the phone with Carl, asking her to give him a lift home even though he has to work late tonight.

Jay stood up slowly and fully,as to let the children know to back away a bit.He patted both of their heads. "Well,unless you found an extra room for me,then I could sat with Veldaris again.....If she allows it,of course." The lion looked back to her.

"I'm ok with it" she says with a yawn in her voice. Daisuke thinks it over and is pretty sure they can find something here. "I think I can find something here. It might seem a bit rushed, up to you though. But if you're going with her in the morning it might be easier to stay with her."

Veldaris looks like she is starting to fade.

He looked back to Veldaris. "H-Hey,Vel? You look tired." He walks over and shakes her a bit by the shoulder. "You okay? Um.....C-Can I crash at your place again tonight? Is it okay with you and....Carl?" His face became red a bit in a crashing memory of last night.

She slowly nods twice. Looks like what she was working on will have to wait. Carl comes by about twelve minutes or so later to bring her back, as well Jay if he does follow. In the envelope that had the money for him was also their contact info, just in case if he wanted to reach them again. Though the first he would notice is their Earth info. When they get back to Veldaris' she plops down on her bed. If it wasn't for Carl bringing her in she might not have made it past the couch. Carl gives her a soft kiss on the forhead and turns to head out. "I'm heading back, got some late work to do tonight. You going to be ok here? Need anything before I go?"

Being worried for Veldaris a bit,which is (again) very rare for Jay to do,he asks to go along with her and Carl.Th ride there,he was still a bit worried for her.But,Jay dare not ask what was wrong.Not just yet.He opened the envelope and smiled.All their information....Just like he wanted....

Jay sat besides Veldaris on the couch quietly,and noticed that Carl was leaving.When he did,and the two were alone,he finally asks: "You okay,Vel? Whats wrong?"

Veldaris doesn't respond to him as she fell asleep upon making contact with her bed. She looks like a bomb could go off and it wouldn't wake her.

WHen she got off the couch,he followed Veldaris to her room.He was hoping she would answer,but she just fell asleep quickly.He sat on the corned of her bed and sighed.She didnt even have the energy to take off her boots before bed.In fact,Jay was feeling tired too.

After a few minutes she moved slightly so she would be better aligned on the bed. She moves a little bit more shortly later as her boot covered feet rest near Jay's back.
