For Juri and Koto we can always just say that there enthusiastic cos-players, that would explain the tails and fins. Plus I think they'd be more appropriate than my other idea for commentators....

Nope. It doesn't make it okay. We have plenty of chars on the roster who barely if ever fight. Everyone in the main AFW universe that houses Tension and Friction is human. They are not anthros. Having Natrual Blue, Pink and Green hair is legal but you can't be a neko. Sorry.

Killcarrion has the right idea though. They can be cosplayers, because that's okay and suitable, plus its japan so Tails and Fins are hot.
