Deal with the Devil

Kelli DiVanetti rode up on her motorbike in front of a large club, it was Friday 9 pm in Kyoto... It had grown dark but night life was just starting to wake up. Kelli parked her bike and removed her helmet, flicking her purple hair back over her head and taking a look at the building beside her.

Dear Ms. DiVanetti

I do so hope you would do me the pleasure of making your acquaintance and unwinding after a long hard week. Friday at 9pm? I know of a truely delightful quaint little club towards the outskirts of Kyoto central...

Kelli looked at the letter one last time before stuffing it back into the pocket of her leather biking suit. She certainly didn't disapprove of the idea of having a meeting in a night club, but this particular night club seemed to be of a more sophisticated caliber then she was used to.. while she was rocking up in her biking leathers, she could see people going in in suits and evening dresses. It was suitably awkward as she walked up the white stone mable steps to the suited up bouncers and receptionist.

"Hey.."

"Hello... May we help you, Miss..?" The Receptionist asked, getting ready to turn away this scruffy looking scally wag

"I got this.. with Melissa Sellers and all that.. guff..." Kelli said pulling out the VIP card and handing it over. The receptionist took the card and then examined it with disbelief, expecting to see something on the card that would show it off as the forgery that it must be. After a few moments of finding nothing, the receptionist coughed into her hand.

"Uhm.. Ok.. well then... your company has the VIP room on the the second floor." The bouncer on the left stood aside from a stair way that lead upwards and even took the time to escort Kelli up to the VIP lounge.

Kelli was greeted with a room that had a glass wall overlooking the rest of the club downstairs, in one corner was a mini bar and closer to the "viewing area" was a couple of couches facing each other with a table in between them. It all looked far too extravagant for the likes of Kelli DiVanetti, but pretty much what she might expect from someone like Melissa Sellers that has much more money then she knows what to do with... It certainly didn't look little or quaint by any stretch of the imagination

Aoi was both surprised and not surprised when she received the mysterious letter from her superior in the AFW Melissa Sellers. She was really just a rookie. She only had a few matches but she had already sniffed at the Tension title. The miraculous thing was that she really could barely wrestle. But Melissa was a woman of her own heart and she felt like she had a rapport with her boss because they had a common interest. Both of them seemed to despise men and all they stood for. But she hadn't even so much as passed Melissa in the hallway since her entrance interview. She was surprised that Melissa even remembered who she was, honestly.

But the woman did and now she was invited to one of the most ostentatious clubs in Tokyo. It was something Aoi only sniffed at once when she managed to get a rich guy she was dating to take her to it. But even then, she'd never been past the main area. The VIP section seemed like some sort of Shangri-La.

The evening of the date, she attended to herself in in an especially meticulous manner. She chose a sky blue dress that came down to her mid calf. It had thin spaghetti straps and showed off her ample cleavage in a tasteful way that would create quite an allure to any men she passed. Her eyelashes and eyebrows were immaculately plucked, the former with a long brush of make up. Powder applied and the best looking neutral lipstick to accentuate her natural beauty. Navy heels and stockings. She looked awesome and would be the object of any man's desires.

She decided for the evening to even spend some money she had stashed away on a limousine to come and go to the club in grand fashion. She enjoyed a drive through Kyoto, sipping a bottle of perfectly chilled champagne until it was time to enter. She pulled up to the club and stepped out of the door, making sure a long, exposed leg could be seen by those in wait before being covered up by her dress as she stood up.

She strolled up with all confidence and flashed the VIP card before she was even asked. She fluttered her eyelashes at the bouncer and strolled through, stopping just at the entrance to take int he scene before making purposeful strides up the stairs to the VIP entrance.

The first person she saw was Kelli and she tilted her head. The woman did not seem to belong here one bit and Aoi wondered what she might be doing here. The message said nothing about other people and Aoi felt slightly disappointed. Still, she didn't let it show and perked up, puffing out her chest a bit as she strode towards Kelli. If she didn't have her VIP letter, she wouldn't be here and that was all Aoi really needed to know.

"Excuse me." She said tilting her head in a polite bow. "My name is Tamazaki. Tamazaki Aoi. Were you invited by Sellers-sama as well?" She asked in her cheerful and friendly Japanese tone.

Kelli had only been there a few minutes and had moved over to check out the mini bar when Aoi entered... Unlike Kelli, this girl actually looked like she belonged here with her dress. Kelli turned around, leaning on the bar top lethargically with one elbow as Aoi addressed her.

"Do I look like I come here often?" she said, acknowledging the fact that she had not dressed appropriately, but in a tone of voice that indicated that she didn't really care about that. "Only on invitation by people that can fire me... Kelli DiVanetti." Kelli said signaling her hand in something in between a wave and a salute "You got a love letter too I presume, seems you're asking?"

Aoi lowered her head at the brutishly rude manners of the woman. Maybe the woman was eccentric, she had thought. It seemed appropriate for Miss Sellers to like girls like that. But she was quite a crass woman and it was hard for Aoi to hide her displeased frown. She did her best though and bowed when Kelli waved. She was lucky she was Japanese. That made it easy to suffer through Kelli's indignities.

"Yes. Yes I have." She said as she straightened out. Although it seemed, from the invitation, that it was supposed to be private.l I was not expecting other girls." She paused and tilted her head briefly. "Then, honestly, I did not know what to expect in general. Do you know why we are here? If anyone else is coming/ Where Sellers-san may be/" She was probably wasting her breath but the worst that could come from her light interrogation was another crude rebuke.

Kelli tilted her head slightly to peek over the edge of the counter, trying to see what drinks was on offer... She hadn't really thought too much about if there would be other girls or not at this meeting, however if she had been asked she'd have probably said the same as Aoi... The biggest problem was that she had no idea what they were being called here for though.

"Well, guess it can't be all bad... Doubt she'd invite us to somewhere this fancy just to scold us. But Then again, I've heard that Melissa cat is on the sly side.." Kelli made a tutting noise with her lips as she turned slightly, leaning her back against the edge of the bar top. She didn't like people of authority too much, and disliked it even more so when they threw their weight around and acted as if they were more intelligent then the lowly wrestlers under them.

"Something tells me that she wants something... And all this is to butter us up."

Aoi looked over to Kelli and smiled a bit. She slid over to the bar and looked it over. It all did seem to be quite too good to be true but the Italian had a point. "It does seem that way, yes. I found her to be quite charming, personally." Aoi said in a complementary tone. But then, Aoi found herself to be quite charming as well and sly could be a nice way of describing her other characteristics.

She slid her fingers along the luxurious bar. "If this is the lengths someone is willing to go to to 'butter me up'" She added. "Then, I'd love to be buttered all day long. I could certainly get used to this." She smiled as she turned to look back at Kelli. "You're with Tension as well?" She asked, knowing the girl had to be. "Sellers-sama must have wanted us here for a reason. But you and I seem quite different. I can't imagine what it would be." She said, tilting her head. She decided to order a glass of champagne, chilled.

"I wouldn't get too excited.. For all we know, she might just want us to take out the trash every Tuesday's.. Probably nothing to do with " Kelli exhaled, looked over the bar again and then finally reached over "Welp... might as well get my money's worth while I'm here." she collected a bottle of beer and then used the edge of the previously pristine dark wooden counter to pop the cap off.

"Yeah.. I had a short stint in Friction, but pretty much a Tension girl.. And you too it seems? Haven't seen you around..."

"I might be willing to get my hands dirty if this is how I'm rewarded." Aoi said with a smile. She made her way to one of the couches. and took a seat. "Frankly, she can do what she likes." Aoi said, leaning into the plush sofa. "At least for now. This is divine." Aoi then looked at Keli. "I'm in Tension. I've only had a few matches but I have already been quite successful in my own estimation. The men here are even more wretchedly idiotic than they are outside. I guess injecting yourself with barbaric amounts of testosterone leaves little room for a brain." She added coolly before taking her glass and gracefully putting it up to her lips.

"Heh.. Yeah, that sounds about right.." Kelli said before taking a swig from the bottle "But what do you expect from the guys that join up with Tension...? Most of them think they'll get an easy ride in a match with me or use the opportunity to cop a feel... You should see the look on their faces when they end up laying on their back staring up blankly at the ceiling lights with a girl one foot shorter standing over them..."

Emi was taken by surprise when she opened the mail one day and noticed she had a letter from someone high up in the AFW. Emi had no clue why she was being summoned but she knew better than to piss off her superiors. On the day of the appointment Emi decided to jog to the club instead of taking a cab so when she arrived she didn't look like a usual club goer. Emi was wearing a hoodie and some track pants as she stepped up to the receptionist. "Um, i received this letter." Emi said as she flashed the letter to the receptionist.

"Ah, Head right up to the second floor VIP room." The receptionist said and Emi waited for the bouncer to move before heading up to the room.

When Emi entered the room she was taken by surprise as two other women were standing there. "Well, it looks like i wasn't the only one to get a mysterious letter it looks like." Emi said as she looked over the other two women in the room as she moved to a nearby seat and sat down. "So, i am Emi, Who are you?" Emi would ask nonchalantly as she wondered why she was called here tonight.
