It just occurred to me, when someone else pointed it out to me, that the duos defending their partners title makes a HELL of a lot of sense if there is a male hentai champion and a male wrestler wants that title.

So now I feel stupid for ONLY thinking about the pro title.

I get that M/M is a rare, yet possible, issue, but I'm pretty sure THAT issue has never occurred here.
