Title Match: Angel vs. Rainbow Mika!

Angel's body shuddered as her boot slammed into Mika, smashing right into the woman's forehead. She felt a rush of adrenaline, watching as the masked blonde's head went flying backwards, her body dropping to the mat right in front of her. It was a good feeling, putting this clown down like that, and the gasps of the crowd only made it that much more sweeter.

"What's wrong, chica?" She asked, her voice dripping with sarcasm as she smiled down at Mika. "Can't take a tiny little kick, huh? I thought you were tougher than that!" She let out a brief laugh, planting her hands on her hips, cocking them out to the side. It looked almost mocking, the way the Latina stood over Mika as if she had already defeated her. "Guess not, huh?"

With a few slow, easygoing strikes, she stepped around towards Mika's side. Turning her gaze away from the Rainbow Warrior and back to the crowd, she grinned again, raising one of her arms up into the air. It was like she was signalling the audience, almost. She stood there, her fist high above her, for just a few seconds. Then, her let her arm come falling down, folding itself up as she let her body drop towards the mat. Her elbow was aimed right for the midsection of Mika, and Angel had little doubts that her attack would find it's mark.

Mika barely heard Angel as she lay on her back, her head slowly shaking from side to side as she tried to clear out the cobwebs. She groaned loudly, and clutched her throbbing forehead, her booted legs kicking slightly at the mat as she started showing signs of life. "Ow..." she moaned, "thhhat...was...mean..."

All of a sudden, Mika heard the roaring of the crowd in the background. She had no idea that Angel was actually extolling the crowd and riling them up. The sound was enough, however, to make her blink her eyes open. Weakly, she turned her head, and her blurring vision could just make out Angel standing over her, arm extended out as though she was going to let it drop.

Her brain suddenly clicked on. Wait a minute, Angel was preparing for a dive! Gasping, Mika tried to roll, but given how dizzy she still was, she had only a fifty fifty chance of rolling out of the way in time....

Angel's elbow dropped straight down, an arrow aimed right for Mika's midsection. Angel had no doubts that her attack would find it's mark...at least, until Mika decided to try and move out of the way.

Unfortunately Mika had decided that NOW she was going to try and get out of the way, now that Angel had already committed to her attack. Luckily for the Latina though, Mika was still dazed, dizzy, so she wasn't able to fully escape from the attack. Rather than slamming into her midsection, Angel's elbow would miss, instead smashing right into Mika's side as she tried to roll away, right into the bottom-most part of her ribs!

Angel grinned as she felt her attack hit home, but wasn't going to stop there. Up to her feet she hurried after the attack, turning from Mika again, this time to race towards the ropes. She hit them, leaning against them for but a brief moment before bouncing back towards the Rainbow Warrior, this time jumping towards her, intending to fall down towards her body with a double leg drop!

Mika rolled, thinking she would be able to avoid the attack...until Angel's elbow jabbed sharply into her side. "AGH!" she cried, the blow sending her sprawling over onto her front, clutching her hurting side. Her teeth clenched as she propped herself up on her palms, a look of pain and grim determination set on her masked face.

Unfortunately for her, determination counted for little in this case. She became aware of Angel running towards her again just as the Latina leapt forwards. Still hurting from that elbow, Mika was unable to roll away in time-- her entire body jolted violently as Angel's legs crashed down on her back, flattening her against the mat. The Rainbow Warrior was left face-down and groaning, "Nnnnuhhh..."

Angel flattened Mika to the mat, her strong legs forcing the blonde right back down again. Her body shuddered from the impact of her legs across Mika's back, the Latina quite enjoying the sensation and the sounds that emerged from it. Mika's groans and cries were like beautiful music to her ears, reminding her that she was the one in charge here.

Feeling confident about the way the match was going, Angel started to slide forward in her seated position, moving to raise herself onto Mika's back, taking a seat upon the woman. She turned herself so that she faced Mika's head, and reached out again, letting her hands slide around towards Mika's chin. Taking a firm hold of it, Angel would start to lean back, trying to pull Mika into a simple, yet no doubt effective if she could pull it off, chinlock submission.

"Nnnnugh..." Mika's arms pawed against the mat as she tried to push herself upright. She had gone into this match underestimating the Latina, she realized, and now she was paying for it. She came to this realization just as she felt Angel's butt press down against her back. The next thing she knew, the other girl's hands were cupping her chin, wrenching back in a painful chinlock.

"Ah....AAAAAH!" Mika cried, her legs kicking against the mat as Angel tormented her. Closing her eyes, she resolved not to take this lying down: pressing her soles, knees and palms against the mat, Mika dug into reserves of strength and tried to push off the mat, hoping to flip backwards and slam Angel against the mat underneath her! If, however, she was simply not strong enough to flip Angel like that, then Mika would do the next best thing and try to get an ankle over the ropes.

Angel smiled, her grip on Mika's chin secure and tight. Mika was trapped, clutched tight in her hands, with nowhere to go and nothing to do. She leaned back more, really trying to work Mika with the simple hold, stretching her backwards in a most painful manner. Her smile grew as she heard Mika's cries, hearing the sound of the blonde's feet kicking the canvas. It really was like music to her, a sweet sound that reminded her that she was in charge of this match.

At least, she was in charge until Mika decided to turn things back around again.

Before she realized what had happened, Mika had summoned up her inner strength, tapping into those extra reserves of energy in an attempt to flip herself over. Angel didn't have time to react or to try and stop her, didn't even have time to let Mika go, before the pig-tailed fighter had flipped herself right over, throwing Angel onto her back with Mika lying atop her. Angel let out a surprised gasp as the woman landed on her body, squirming beneath her with a frustrated look on her face.

"G...get off!" She shouted, trying to buck her body in hopes of tossing Mika away from herself.

Mika's face reddened from the effort of pushing herself up as she dug her knees and palms against the mat, huffing as the effort more and more strain on her chin. Angel's grip was strong, and the pain in her neck became more and more intense, but Mika wasn't giving up so easily. With a loud cry, she arched back, lifting her body and Angel's up off the mat and dropping backwards.

Feeling Angel's body jolt underneath her, Mika gave a sigh of relief as she felt the chinlock relax. Groaning, she rolled over, her pigtailed head resting just under Angel's chest as she weakly covered the other girl for a pin, catching her breath all the while. Angel was quick,through, and shoved Mika away from her. The Rainbow Warrior was sent rolling towards the ropes, and, grabbing the bottom rope, made an effort to pull herself back up...

When Mika rolled away from her, Angel was relieved. Mika wasn't really a small girl, so her weight pushing down onto the Latina was pretty uncomfortable. She sat up, once Mika was gone, forcing herself to flash a smirk towards the blonde as she started to rise up as well.

"Ready for round two, chica...?" She asked, eyeing Mika carefully. Once Angel was back up on her feet, she decided to stay on the offense. With Mika there at the ropes, she charged straight towards the masked warrior, throwing up her arm for a big clothesline, in hopes of knocking Mika straight out of the ring.

Unfortunately for Angel, Mika might have been larger, but she sure as hell wasn't any slower, either in wits or in movement. As she propped herself up on the ropes, Mika saw Angel lunging towards her, and knew she had to move.

Spinning sideways, Mika grabbed the top ropes and dragged them down, hoping that Angel would not only miss her, but would go tumbling over the ropes and out of the ring in the process!
