"I see.That is a really good reason." Hearing and remembering that cats truly are a sign of femininity,Nick let out a small burst of laughter and smiled. "Guess that kinda sucks a bit for Jay,doesnt it? I mean,technically being part cat and all..."

"Oh no! I don't think so because lions are more masculine and be more about power." Cougra scratched behind her ears in shrugging. "So you don't mind me being a cat in love with a dog?"

His head turned toward the ear she scratched and his leg bobbed up and down a bit. "Well,some real serious customs come into play.Both on different species,and a ban altogether on humans with...Our kind.But,I was banished so the rules dont really apply here anymore."

Cougra listened on the rules that applied to both species and humans in regards to interaction. But now that he was now longer part of it, she would ask, "So um...does that mean we can be together?"

He stopped when her question was posed.Nick stared intensely into her eyes and said: "Fix it if Im wrong,But I remember saying I'd break the rules for you,Cougra."

Cougra slowly smiled in hearing Nick's response and said, "I just need some reassuring. Thanks, Nick." The thought of a cat in love with a dog was simply preposterous for most people, but for these two, it was no joke at all for they were true to their feelings.

"No,thank you.At first,I was just a clumsy fool.Though I still am,now I have someone nice to help keep myself in check." Nick hugged her tightly,his tail wagged quickly.

"And I'm glad that someone accepts me for being...well me!" She blushed as she hugged Nick back and would softly scratch behind his ears lovingly.

His tail wagged more sporadically as his ear was scratched.Astonishing that someone of Nick's underdeveloped mind when it came to this new world could fit in so easy.But at least,he had someone to help him...
