Personality: Noel is the definition of the "shrinking violet" archetype. She is shy, clumsy, and tends to get worked up over the smallest things. Noel is extremely self-conscious, especially regarding her notoriously flat breasts. She can be socially awkward at times. In spite of this, she is shown to be quite passionate and determined when motivated, and is loyal to her friends and allies.

Past/History: Noel grew up in a rather rich household but her family was never really one that was accepted by the highclass of Japan. Noel however, grew up happily with her father and mother. Noel has always been interested in many activities that most young girls usually had nothing to do with. Noel started to study the art of wrestling at the age of 10 but because of her size she was never really good at it. However, Noel adopted a style that she believes to work her her and she is eager to step into the ring to try it out. Noel also grew up firing pistols at her fathers firing range and she has developed quite the skill at shooting pistols at any type of target.
