Okay, gone through Informe's terms of service a few times, reading through it so I got everything clear. We do not breach any clear terms of service from what I can see. So it seems as if it is simply a screw up on their part, and hopefully it will be fixed before long.

Edit: Can still make new characters, or simply copy the old characters to a new page.

Re-Edit: And now it seems to be fixed! I am able to Edit characters within the Roster page with no problem.

Re-Edit ( The sequel): Well....I spot too soon, I tried Editing one of my Characters Seiko. Which worked fine, but I can't edit Cecilia....sooo I got not clue what's going one. Doesn't seem to matter what img link you use, as I tried changing all of Cecilia's to Imgur like Seiko and it still didnt' work.
