So... Kitten, you win.

I shake my head at all of you.

I think Siren misunderstood, which is typical for an English chick.
Furthermore, you'll note that Kitten has not actually denied that she is fat. She's like 4'9" and 500 lbs. When you squeeze her she squeaks, like human Bender only different.
Also, in order for spinach to be overrated, it would have to first be rated, and then there would have to be an objective standard for it to compare to. I like to think of spinach as spinach. Have fun eating your fistfuls of raw leeks.

Re: Alternatives to chocolate?
Spinach, like any other type of vegetable, was indeed rated for nutrition value and scored big with available iron. But the real value of iron in spinach was vastly overrated cause of a counting mistake, but the mistake stuck and even influenced the Popeye Character.
So if there is a vegetable that is overrated, it is indeed spinach. True story. " title="zomg" />
For chocolate competition, there are always chips as the nr. 1 contender too.^^

Thank you, professor, let me clarify:
Said ratings are largely worthless and nobody cares.
/pats spinach

Spinachs suck and are overrated almost as much as you.

Re: Alternatives to chocolate?
Those who dare argue about the best of the leafy green veggies, just read this totally credible resource about the content of spinach...and then kindly shut your mouths
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinach#Nutrition
as far as real desserts go...with the exception of the glorious champion that is chocolate...I always enjoy some melon or apples or bananas.....
Banana "ice cream":
Take ripe banana and either cut it up and freeze it or leave it whole and freeze it (I find the former to be easier)
Put the frozen banana into a food processor (read "not a blender") along with anything else you want for flavoring. My favorite is peanut butter and chocolate chips, but other frozen fruits work nicely to give more of a smoothie flavoring
Pulse the shit out of it until it looks creamy
Scoop it into a bowl and either eat your "ice cream" right away or freeze it for future consumption.
You're welcome

Actually, strawberry smoothies mixed with raspberry are the heavy hitters for a nice drinkable dessert~
