No More Fooling Around (Complete)

Since Matt had arrived at Sex Wars, all of his matches had been by chance. The girls here had always challenged him at moments when he didn't even consider it. He couldn't let them do all the work! So he had decided it was time that he go looking for a fight himself. He wasn't in the Gym today for a workout. He was here to challenge someone. It was time for him to do his part for the Boys Team and get some points. No more fooling around. At least, not in the traditional sense. He had lost his last match. Now he would make up for it. After all, the road to victory is paved with losses.

"Or, so I've heard," Matt chuckled to himself, and then he leapt into the ring. Every girl who walked by would know his intentions if he waited there. He did some stretches as he waited patiently for whoever may come.

Caitlin steps into the gym, humming softly to herself as she looked around the area. She had just gotten here, and wanted to take a solo tour of the area. As she walked on, she looked up to see a boy standing in the middle of a ring. She stopped for a moment, looking him over with a perked eyebrow as she measured him up quietly.

Matt was doing some air boxing when he noticed the new girl staring at him. He raised a questionable eyebrow at her outfit.

"I didn't notice this place had a cheerleading squad," Matt muttered to himself. Either that, or she was a wrestler. It wouldn't be the strangest thing he'd seen here. Take his last match for example. Time to find out the answer.

"Hey there!" he called out.

Caitlin smiled politely in response to him calling out to her.

"Hi." She greeted before walking closer to the ring. She crossed her arms and leaned them against the ring apron, looking up at him.

"Just practicing, or are you looking for a sparring partner?" She asked him as he airboxed in the ring.

Matt grinned when she mentioned sparring partner. So she was a wrestler after all. "I was looking for a match," he admitted leaning against the ropes to talk to her.

"Why? You volunteering?" He grinned cheerfully at her. She was cuter up close.

Caitlin shrugged calmly.

"I've JUST arrived here, but hey, why not? If it's all right though, could we fight on a mat rather in the ring? I've been dying to see how well my skills wrestling on the mat match up to others around here... that is if you don't mind." She offered, brushing some loose strands that fell in front of her face out of the way.

Matt smiled at her cute little hairflip. "You're new, huh? In that case, I'd be glad for some mat action!" He leapt out of the ring and landed beside her. "Besides, it's your call. We are in Girl's territory after all."

He lead the way to the mats that were on the other side of the Gym. "By the way, since this is Girl territory, what kind of match do you want to have?"

Caitlin wasn't quite familiar with the rules here, but she shrugged, deciding to ignore it. She followed behind Matt, excited about her first match.

"Lets just make it pin or submission only, no strikes.. just traditional wrestling. Can we make this a spar, by the way? I just want this to be a fun thing. Nothing personal. In fact, if I can decide a match, Can we make this a no point thing? Like neither gains or loses a point regardless of the outcome?" She suggested.

Matt frowned. He had originally come here to get points for his team. But he shrugged. A fight was a fight, and he wanted a fight.

"Sounds good to me!" he said soon enough. They had reached the mats and Matt stood across from her, finishing off the stretching he had been doing earlier. "I'm Matt by the way."

Caitlin saw the disappointment in his eyes. "Err.. I'm sorry, but I don't want so much pressure on me on my first match. You understand, right?" She asked.

She couldn't help but giggle at his name. "Matt? Now that's ironic. I'm Caitlin, by the way, nice to meet you." She greeted before standing on the opposite side of the mat.
