The more detail you have on your profile the better. There's no such thing as too much.

HOWEVER, you also don't need to worry about not putting enough. A solid paragraph in the personality and history section and having the rest of the the profile filled out should be enough. (There is a profile template around here somewhere in the info guide)

As far as leagues go:

Kawaii = cute, usually inexperienced girls. Tehy tend to look like loli's but don't necessarily have to be. They do a lot of bed and soft wrestling and basically can be anyone who isn't really an experienced professional wrestler.

Friction is Pro Females. (kawaii can wrestle pros and vice versa) Friction wrestlers can participate in pro or soft style hentai matches and hard core matches. There's no real limit to what matches they can be in.

Tension is Pro unisex which is primarily male vs. female but can also be male vs. male or female vs. female. (the FvF stuff in tension is SUPPOSED to be seperate from the Friction girls, but a lot of people just have characters that go back and forth between leagues)

Fur N Feathers is for any character that has superpowers, is an anthropomorphic animal or wants to fight those things)

and if none of the above fits, that's what the Alternative arena is for (it's not a league like the rest)
