After Match Misery (for Kaz)
Eva's second match hadn't gone nearly was well as she wished it had. Sure, she did so much better against D.D. than she did King, but still, two losses in a row, and no wins was pretty hard to swallow. Not to mention, very disheartening. It made her feel a little like she wasn't cut out for this business. She tried her best, and in the end, she still ended up losing. It helped that she had gotten a few good cheers from the audience. At least someone was on her side. But no one else was. She didn't have any friends here yet, and with two losses under her belt, and no win to speak of, she felt that the only people she could even try to make friends with were those who were in the same boat as her. And she was sure there weren't very many. As far as she knew, almost everyone else had at least one win. Eva couldn't say the same.
After leaving the arena and going backstage, Eva went to a nearby wall and just slumped to the floor. Thankfully, none of the staff bothered her, or asked her to move. She didn't want to be in the way, but she needed a moment to rest a bit. Everything hurt, from her ribs, to her head. D.D. had done a number on her with her strong moves. Eva had done her fair share of good moves too. She wondered how hurt D.D. was after the match. She saw the girl pass out in the ring right after, so she must have been as exhausted as Eva felt. But at least she won. She had that going for her. Not having to deal with the shame of losing must feel pretty good. Not that Eva would know. Leaning her head back against the wall behind her, she would shut her eyes, taking in a few deep breaths to try and relax a bit, though it hurt to breath in a bit. She made a mental note to take a nice warm bath to try and sooth the aches.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
D.D. finally came back to her senses, only to find herself lying down on the infirmary bet yet again. Three matches so far and all of them ended up with her being sent here. The albino groaned softly as she got up into a sitting position, wincing from the pain she felt on her body. She sighed. At least she got herself another win, and the injuries weren't as bad as her last two matches. D.D. took her time for a bit before she hoped off the bed and walked towards the infirmary's exit. No one else seemed to be there so it seemed, perhaps the staffs were taking a break or something.
The pale skinned girl made her exit and walked aimlessly around the backstage. Her head was still throbbing a bit and she didn't felt like heading back to her home right now. As she wandered around, passed the sign that gave the direction to the shower room. She stopped and looked at the sign with a half blank stare for a while, before eventually walked away. A shower sounded nice after that intense match. Hopefully no one else was there at this hour. It didn't take long until D.D. arrived in front of the shower room, but for some reason she didn't go straight in. Instead, she silently stood in front of the door with a rather absent minded look, as if she's having a second thought about taking a shower here instead of her home.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
After sitting against the wall for some time, Eva figured it was time to get up. She needed a shower. Badly. She was covered in sweat, and hey, she figured that maybe a nice hot shower might make some of her aching muscles loosen up a bit. Though she doubted it would help a whole lot. With a grunt, Eva picked herself up off the floor and stood there for a second, trying to gauge whether she might fall down or not. Once she was well balanced on her feet, Eva made her way, slowly, down the halls toward the showers. She was glad at least that no one was around. She didn't really feel like getting talked to by staff.
Rounding the last corner to the shower, Eva stopped short when she saw D.D. standing in the doorway of the showers, just staring it seemed. Eva looked over her shoulder, wondering if she should just forget the shower. But then she remembered that her stuff was in a locker in there. One way or another, she had to go into the showers. Heaving a sigh, she walk over to D.D., stopping a few feet away. "Um... excuse me. Are you going in? If not, can you move so I can?" Eva said politely, though she tried to keep from meeting D.D.'s gaze. Not because she was afraid of the girl, but because she was too ashamed of herself to meet the gaze of the person she'd lost to. It was like inviting ridicule. Ir at least she felt like it was.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
Hearing the sound of footsteps kinda snapped D.D. from whatever it was that possessing her mind. She turned her head around to find her former opponent from the last match, Eva, standing a few feet away from her. The albino startled a bit, and she looked at the girl for a second before moving out of the way to let Eva go inside the shower room.
"Oh... Sorry..." she spoke softly before nodding slightly at the girl.
Her expression was soft, without any single trace of the coldness or the craziness she had in the ring. It's as if she's changed into a different person, which was true, in a way. She glanced at Eva, who seemed to avoiding eye contact with her. The albino couldn't help but to think that she might have just scarred the girl after all the act she pulled in the ring. Even if they just fought each other a moment ago, D.D. felt that this girl was actually pretty nice. It'd be nice if she could make friend with her, and hopefully clearing whatever misunderstanding she might had about her.
"Um... are you alright...?" she would ask before Eva entered the locker room.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
It was a bit shocking to Eva to see D.D. acting so normal, especially after the way she was acting in the match. Was that all an act to try and throw her off? Or was she actually crazy. Eva wanted to believe that it was an act. At least then she didn't have to worry that she lost to a crazy person. But something about D.D. told her that there was something else going on with her. But Eva wasn't about to try and figure out what it was. She didn't want to. If D.D. was some crazy person, that's her business.
Still though, it was a nice change from the way she was in the ring. She seemed nice enough, at least for now. "I'm alright... just sore. Thanks for asking though..." she would say before making her way into the showers, stopping at her locker, quickly rounding her padlock to the right numbers, and opening it up to grab some body wash and shampoo, and a nice clean washcloth. She wasn't sure if D.D. planned to come in to the showers as well, but it was up to her one way or another. Eva didn't mind casual conversation. But she still wanted to avoid confrontation.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
"Ah..." was the albino's only response to Eva's .reply. It seemed like the girl didn't really suffer any serious injury after all, which was relieving.
She watched as the girl went to the locker room, and remained silent for a little bit before she entered the room as well. The pale girl wandered around for a bit and grabbed a towel that was provided before she headed to the changing room. A minute later she went out with the towel wrapped around her slender body and walked towards the shower room after she stored her clothes in one of the empty lockers.
D.D. glanced at Eva who seemed going to take a shower too, and nodded as she went pass her, feeling a bit nervous. She went inside one of the shower booth and turned on the water. Hanging the towel to the door, the white haired girl would then step under the shower to let the warm water washed her pale figure. She felt relaxed already. All the tension from the match seemed to be washed away instantly. After a while, she would start humming softly to herself as she began to clean her body, unaware of where Eva was at the moment.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
Eva was thankful that D.D. didn't really push the whole thing. She didn't hold any grudge against the girl. A match was a match. But still, she just wanted to take a shower and relax. After getting all of her stuff from the locker, Eva went to the shower two next to D.D.'s and closed the curtain behind her before carefully taking off her attire. She was careful not to move too much. Her ribs still hurt like crazy, and she didn't want to make any injury that may be there any worse. Not that she assumed there was one. You just couldn't be too careful.
After getting her clothes off, she set the just outside the shower, along with her towel, turning on the hot water right after. Eva let out a sigh as the warm, soothing water washed the sweat from her aching body. It didn't do to much to sooth the lingering pain, but it helped a bit to get rid of that sticky feeling of being sweaty. After some time, Eva felt a little tired of the droning silence, which was only broken by the sound of running water and the occasional splash as th water ran off of her body. What harm could it do to have a simple conversation?
"Um... good match by the way..." Eva called to D.D. from the next stall over. She didn't really expect her to reply. But at least she could say she tried to be decent.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
While washing herself, D.D. could vaguely heard the sound of running shower from the next stall, but she didn't really pay too much attention to it. She continued humming softly while soaping her arms, slightly wincing from the pain she felt when she moved them too much. It was then when she heard the voice from the next stall. Eva was taking shower next to her, so it seemed, and D.D. was more than happy to have a little chat with her. It might make a better impression of herself after all the crazy act Deirdre pulled on the ring.
"A-ah... yeah... good match..." she replied in a soft tone. "It was... close... wasn't it?"
The albino wasn't too sure about what should she say to the girl, though. She faintly remembered what's going on after the switch, although the images were rather blurry at times. Judging from how she ended up at the infirmary again, though, proved that Eva was a tough opponent. Not to mention that the girl was close to knocking her out. And that painful armbar.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
It was good to hear that at least D.D. was being nice in return to her. After the match, Eva wasn't sure really wanted to see the girl again, let alone strike up a conversation with her again. But this was better than silence t the moment. The last thing Eva wanted was to be lost in her own thoughts, dwelling on the fact she lost. Again.
"Yeah... it was close," Eva responded. It was really hard trying to find a good thing to say to an opponent who just beat you. How do you have a conversation that was casual with someone you had only recently tried to hurt? "So, how long have you bee wrestling here?" Eva asked trying to keep it going, even though she was grasping at straws.

Re: After Match Misery (for Kaz)
"Umm... a couple of months only..." D.D. answered after she did a quick count in her head. "I had a little break, though, so tonight was only my third match..."
She briefly remembered her previous matches. The brutal debut, and an equally rough match that followed not long after that. Tonight's match was slightly lighter in comparison, but she's still knocked out yet again in the end. If anything, all her opponents so far seemed to be pretty nice when she met them outside the ring, so that's a reason to stay while she's working on her fighting skill.
"Ah... what about you?" D.D. asked back.
