Princess Nocturnal stepped out onto the rampway, her fists planted on her hips and looking off into the distance in a typical heroic style pose before she strode her way down to the ring...

She climbed up and stepped through the ring ropes before grabbing a mic.

"Tonight, the record will be set straight, and evil deeds will be accounted for. I speak of course about the deeds performed by a certain Marie Belladonna." The crowd didn't seem to necessarily side with Princess Nocturnal or boo her, some seemed uninterested.

"Months ago, she played a devilish trick on me and sent me hounding down an innocent wrestler when it was infact Marie that had done wrong. Well now its time for justice to be served to the correct recipient. Marie Belladonna... I await your arrival!"

The lights dimmed for a moment, as if some music was about to play, but instead some kind of noise came over the PA. It sounded like... snoring. The titantron then switched on, showing Marie's face, pretending like she was asleep and making obnoxious snoring noises before pretending to wake up. "Mmh.. what? Oh, it's you... sheesh, how much do you enjoy hearing yourself talk? Really. Oh, and as for playing that little trick. Heh, that WAS pretty funny, wasn't it?" She asked with a smirk, staying on the titantron.

Nocturnal kept her temper and just scowled at the titantron.

"Just like you.." She said, finally lifting the microphone back to her lips "You would talk from backstage like the coward that you are. Alas, you can not escape your fate this time Marie... The match has been signed for and along with it, the sentence for your evil doings has been passed. Now, come down here and face the Perpetual Knight!!"

"Perpetual knight?" Marie asked behind the titantron. Then suddenly a voice could be heard behind her. Marie was suddenly standing in the ring behind her opponent with a microphone. The titantron was merely a ruse to spook her. "More like the Perpetual Mouth. Honestly, where's the off button on you, because you're boring me to tears." She said. Right in front of her face, and loud enough the crowd could hear. "So... what was that you were saying about me being a coward?" She added, crossing her arms under her chest, awaiting her rebuttal.

Princess Nocturnal turned and looked to find Marie standing behind her. She gave her the same scowling look she'd given the titantron, before raising the mic to her lips.

"The validity of what I was saying still remains... We will see if you whimper like a dog when I start to deliver the comeuppance that is rightfully yours."

Princess Nocturnal will turn up her nose at Marie and then take a couple of steps back to one corner as she removes the cape from her shoulders and then folds it neatly before laying it on the edge to the apron behind the turnbuckle

Marie was tempted to throw the microphone at her face, but she restrained herself, walking to the opposite corner and took the cloak off her shoulders. She then started to do a couple of warm ups, awaiting the bell to ring to start the match.

Princess Nocturnal likewise did some light stretches, pulling her arm across her chest as she watched Marie from across the other side of the ring.. Finally the bell rang and Princess Nocturnal moved out of her corner with her arms held up in a wrestling stance, she start to move around as if to circle with Marie.

She inched closer and closer, wary of Marie possibly trying to open things up with a low blow or rack to the eyes, so being careful, but if she gets close enough she'll reach for Marie's head to pull her into a side headlock

Marie smiled softly when she heard the bell ring. She watched the so-called knight step out from her corner and she respectively moved out from hers. She slowly starts to circle her, arms out too, then clenches her teeth as Nocturnal gets her in a side headlock. A small chuckle escapes her throat, however, as she reaches her hands up to grab Nocturnal's thighs, and would then try to lift her up and fall back to slam Nocturnal back first into the mat.

Princess Nocturnal felt Marie setting her feet against the floor and just as Marie was about to lift would cinch in the head lock tighter, grinding Marie's cheek against the side of her bust. Princess Nocturnal's feet left the mat a couple of inches as she was lifted but she immediately tried to stomp down with all of her weight, hoping this combined with the cinching on the headlock would be enough to discourage and put Marie off of the back drop attempt.

If Princess Nocturnal is able to get her feet back on the mat, she'll quickly bend her knees down into a crouch to try and make it more difficult for Marie to pull off that stunt again

Marie winced when Nocturnal clamped down tighter and felt her crouching down to make it hard for her to lift her up again. "Gh... all right bitch... if you don't want to go up..." She said, then tried to stab her hand into where the hamstrings in her left leg should be and hobble that leg for a bit.
