As of right now, it's Wrath = Pandaria > Crusade >>>>>>>>>>> Cataclysm. We'll have to wait and see how Pandaria does in the long run though, see if Blizzard keeps up the content like they've promised.

Launch Cataclysm was amazing.

The 4.1 patch was insulting. 4.2 picked it up and was great. 4.3 was so bloody bad it's not even funny.
