Rough dancing in the gym

Cecilia pulled Tina down and pressed the girl in to start up a big power move, but as she did the entire situation changed when Tina managed to reverse things and started to pull the Hardcore Queen up instead, " What ?!" Cecilia let out as she would attempt and change the position up again as she would try and grab a hold of Tina's head and attempt to throw herself backwards to attempt and slam Tina down headfirst with a makeshift DDT all the way from that height that she was at now.

"Heh..." Tina chuckled as she started to lift the Hardcore Queen, thinking that a big back body drop might put her down long enough to let her pull off a power move of her own but as the Swedish champ shuffled around and tried to throw herself back, the superstar quickly changed strategies. Instead of going down with her, she'd grip hold and flex her knees, holding Cecilia off the ground while the opposing blonde did her best to keep hold of the Texan's head.

"And...back you go!" She let out as she threw Cecilia into a modified northern-lights suplex, bridging up to try and get an immediate and impressive pin

Cecilia thought that she would be able to bring Tina down with this move, she had seen it done to her several times by Heather and Adrian but that didn't seem to help her all that much, but at least she was put down on her feet again, sadly though that wasn't a good thing for with it Tina lifted the Hardcore Queen up and threw her backwards, hitting her back on the mat with a Northern Lights suplex. " Agh!" Cecilia screamed out as she was slammed down hard and then put her in a pin.

Cecilia's back was reminded quite painfully of the torture of Tina's lion-tamer and it was far more painful than she had thought now that she had been slammed down by the move.

Tina wasn't going to try and get Cecilia to submit again, if she didn't in the Liontamer, she probably wasn't going to full-stop. Now it was all about getting a decent pinfall. "One!" She called out, head upside down as her body arched into a perfect bridge.

Cecilia groaned out as she was stuck in the pinfall hold that Tina had put her in, placing her in the rather skilled bridging pin and beginning her count, something that Cecilia was only partially aware of and more than that wasn't even sure she could kick out of this one. For her back was in serious pain and it seemed as if Tina had gotten her good, but still Cecilia was never one to give up.

"Two!" Tina called out, holding firm.

Cecilia shook her head a bit as she wasn't sure she could get out of this one and that only seemed to become more apparent as Tina counted for the second time, and as Cecilia struggled weakly she couldn't find the strength to kick out right now and it seemed to be that Cecilia Northman would lose this spar to the Superstar Tina Armstrong.

"...Three! Whew..." Tina called out, signalling the end of the spar before pretty much collapsing her bridge, the two blondes lying next to each other, breathing heavilly. "Wow... talk about a work out... eesch..." the Superstar panted, rolling her head to smile at Cecilia while the blood flowed back to normal.

Cecilia gritted her teeth as the third count came, but after that she eased down and as Tina let go and fell to the side of her, The Hardcore Queen would shake her head a bit and soon start to slowly push herself up to a seated position so that she could start to rub her back. " Yeah...though work out there....you're not half bad, but...I already knew that." Cecilia said as she would look over at Tina and give the girl a light smirk.

"You're pretty good yourself." Tina said, sitting up so she was back to eye level with the Hardcore Queen "That seriously could have gone either way." she reassured the Swede. "So now what do you feel up to doing? I was gonna do some exercise but I think I just filled my quota for the day."
