Each of the wrestlers receive a red letter at their apartment:

Your first opponent is Talia Wilson / Satoru Kido

You're gonna fight at our Cassino. And you have to bet something in the match, or vow to do something if you lose.

The match ends when one of the wrestlers is pinned to a five count, falls exhausted or unconscious, or gives up.

OMEGA

Kido waltzed into the casino with his usual deadpan look. The white haired boy was wearing his biker gang white overcoat on top of his black shirt and white cotton pants. He also wore a pair of black boots and had bandages wrapped around his hands. It's been a while since he got into his full fighting outfit, but he thought that for an occasion like this he'd need to dress less casual. As he entered the casino room, Kido would look around the place, observing the room carefully.

"Wooww... this place is really something..." he'd say without showing any sign of interest in his face. "Can't remembered the last time I've been in a hotel, but this is sure the place for the rich, huh."

He continued to walk around, observing the roulette tables, slot machines, whatever else is in there. The boy wasn't sure how a fight is supposed to take place in a place like this, but maybe it'd be similar with street fighting. However, he had a bigger concern on his mind right now. The memo he received told him that he's going to face Talia. Kido would sigh at the thought of having to fight the girl again.

Since their first meeting they've meet a few times outside the ring, and recently he even helped Talia on her training. This match is possibly going to be tougher than before. She should already have known some of his tricks and it wouldn't be possible to use the same tactics he used on her before. Still, he didn't intend to go easy on her.

Even if he didn't care about the prize money at all, Kido would try to stay in the tournament for as long as possible. In order to do this, he would have to win his first fight, even though it meant that he had to beat Talia again.

"Well, whatever happens, happens," he'd say to no one in particular. The boy would then sit on an empty roulette table casually while waiting for his opponent to come.

Talia wasn't sure what to expect when she signed up for the tension tournament. She did know, though, that some of the others involved were people she knew. Of course, that meant everyone she knew in the tournament had already beaten her. Nevertheless such a grand tournament may just be her opportunity to achieve something and rise in the ranks of Tension. Still, she had a great feeling of anxiety going into the match as it was nothing like the previous ones she had been in. When she got the letter in the hotel of who her opponent was, she had mixed emotions.

She entered the casino room wearing the new pink yukata outfit a friend had given her. It had colorful koi on it, and her hair was tied behind her with a single chopstick through it in a bun. It was a different look for her, a japanese classical look that she was trying out of inspiration from Akashi. Talia looked around and saw Kido already sitting at the roulette table and walked over to sit next to him. "Hey Kido," she said warmly. It was really a mixed emotion to see him again.

After all, it wasn't like she really put up much of a fight their previous match. His fighting expertise was too much for her. At the same time, though, it meant he wasn't worse than what she could have had to wrestle. At least he would treat her with respect. In addition, he had helped her with her reflexes and reaction counters. She had gotten a lot better with striking thanks to him, so there was also a measure of guilt in knowing she would use his own teachings against him. "How have you been?" she asked, unsure exactly of how to proceed. She knew the stipulation was that they each had to wager something on the match, but she wasn't sure what she could wager. "What are you planning to bet?"

Kido almost fell asleep as he waited for his opponent to come. While sitting on the roulette table, his eyes began to close and his head would nod a bit before he opened his eyes again. The boy would look around to see that no one else was there.

Where the hell is is that girl? he thought to himself before letting out a sigh. "Haizz... women and their punctuality..." he would mutter quietly.

Kido would heard the sound of footsteps not long after he said that and he would turn his head to find Talia finally arrived at the scene. She looked rather sweet in that outfit, but he wasn't sure whether she was planning to fight like that.

"Yo," he replied with his apathetic face. "Took your damn time, huh?" he'd added with a more casual look this time. "I'm fine, I guess. Yourself?"

Hearing her question about the bet reminded him about this match being a stake match. He wasn't really sure about what to bet or expect from his opponent. The boy would look up to the casino ceilings for a while as he tried to think of something before he stared at Talia with his blank expression.

"I don't know," he'd say, shrugging. "Anything you'd like from me?"

Talia smiled slightly. She did feel a little guilty for being a little late but she had wanted to look her best. Kido couldn't be disappointed though. At least, he couldn't show disappointment. Not that Talia knew of anyways. With regards to bets, though, she wasn't even sure what type of thing to think of. Kido wasn't a creep like a lot of the other guys were. She didn't have to worry about him wanting something she didn't want to give. "I don't know..." she muttered. She understood the appeal in a match like they were to have, but the innocent girl didn't know how to take advantage of it.

Unsure of what to say, she looked at Kido's outfit. She hadn't seen him I'm his full biker outfit before. "How about that jacket of yours?" she asked while gesturing to his biker overcoat. After a moment, Talia leaned back in her chair. "How about you? Anything you want?" As she asked the question, she got to her feet and looked around. She wasn't sure if they were suppose to wrestle here in the casino room or in a ring. "Do you...do you know if we're to fight here?"

"This?" Kido asked with a rather surprised look as Talia mentioned about betting his jacket.

He went silent for a while as he's thinking about whether to agree with her demand or not. Even if he's not in the gang anymore, he kinda liked that jacket. The boy would let out a sigh after he realized that this might be the actual point of the match.

"Sure," he'd reply with his blank expression. "But don't expect it to be easy," he'd add with a faint smile. "And as for you... Guess I'll take that... stick in your head..."

As Talia got into her feet and asked whether they're supposed to fight in the casino room. Kido would glance around the room one more time before looking back at her.

"Looks like it. Never fight outside the ring before?" he'd ask. The boy would get down from the roulette table, causing a thumping sound as his boots hit the floor. "If you got thrown into this..." he'd say before knocking on the roulette table. "...or this, it's going to hurt a lot compared to the mat, yeah?"

Kido was fine to fight in a place like this, since he used to be fighting in the back alleys and such. However, someone like Talia might find the whole setting was kind of harsh. The boy would then start to take some distances from her.

"Let me say this first then," Kido would say as he slowly got in his stance, inviting Talia to begin the fight. "He who holds the land can conquer heaven."

Talia frowned when Kido confirmed what she had suspected. Though she had competed in some matches that technically had no rules, they were contained inside the wrestling ring. As a result, falls still impacted the mat and not the rough surface below. Kido pointing that out made her cringe imagining how badly things could really hurt. "I...I see..." she remarked before moving to remove the elegant outfit she had on. It was really only for show, she had no intention of getting it damaged anyway. She untied the yakata, and folded it over a nearby chair. Underneath it was her standard wrestling outfit, the pink bikini with matching kneepads, elbowpads, and boots. She pulled the chopstick out and her hair fell down around her shoulders. She ran her fingers through it once to get it straight and placed the chopstick down. It had been given to her as part of the outfit by Akashi, but she doubted it really had much value sentimentally anyway.

Even without anything really on the line for her thanks to Kido's attitude, she was still nervous about the match. Kido didn't use many slams in her last match, he was more of a hand to hand fighter. Nevertheless, the idea of hitting a table or something else in the adrenaline of battle could hurt a lot. As a result, she hesitated a good deal when Kido gestured for her to start the fight. His almost poetic words made her nervous. After all, she always took to the air in her fights, having virtually no control over the land. He was quite the opposite, and she realized that was probably what he had meant by it. "Very well..." she stated and took a few steps towards him.

Talia took another few steps in a quick stride. She leaped off her left foot and into the air. After a stepping leap off the right foot on the table, she kicked at his midsection while twisting her body in a dropkick. In the ring it was predictable to anyone who had seen the girl wrestle. In this setting, perhaps it was tricky enough to finally work against her opponent.

As Talia started the fight with a jump and a dropkick, Kido's eyes widened a bit. Despite his warning about the danger of falling to the floor, she actually pulled a risky move right from the very start! Kido wasn't really expect the strike because of this, although she did pulled a dropkick at the start of their match on the ring, However, he managed to cross his arms in front of his midsection to block the kick just in time. The boy grunted a little as the kick connected with his arms and his body was dragged backwards a few meters away.

"Ngh," he would let out before glancing at his opponent.

In response, Kido would immediately dash towards Talia and try to kick her right leg if she wasn't able to get up quickly. He wasn't sure if aiming for her legs repeatedly again would work as well as last time, but at the very least, the boy could make his opponent think that he'd go for the same strategy again.

Talia rolled her body over as her kick connected. She felt her feet impact Kido but she really couldn't tell where it had hit. She rolled away from Kido and to her feet as she landed, facing away from him. Before she could turn around to think of what to do next, he had charged right at her to aim one of those kicks at her right leg. She limped for a few days after their last match because of the man's strong kicking technique, and it wasn't a memory Talia necessarily wanted to relive. But before she really react to the blow, it connected with her. "Ack..." she groaned in pain.

Last time she would have reached for her leg in pain. This time, though, she wasn't going to let her guard down. Not intentionally, anyways. Right after taking Kido's kick, Talia turned around and threw a kick of her own aimed at his midsection. Her face was still showing discomfort as she did this, but it was one of the practiced kicks Kido himself had helped her perfect. She threw the weight of her body into the kick, letting out an almost imitation karate grunt as she did so.

It seemed that the girl has toughened up a bit since their previous meeting, which was expected in this kind of level, or so Kido thought. Even street punks would try to improve themselves after taking a beating. Seeing Talia threw a kick which he taught them a while ago, Kido quickly jumped back to dodge it. The girl's leg almost grasped his body, which made him let out a soft "Oops" as he evaded it.

"Nice try," he would say, showing no expression.

Kido could tell that Talia had been practicing hard with that kick, but he wasn't about to let her beating him with his own technique. The boy would immediately charge at his opponent again as she was still withdrawing her leg. This time, Kido would try to fake a low kick to Talia's right leg, and if she took the bait, he would raise his knee higher to striker her with a side kick to the stomach. His movement might not made the kick as powerful as it should be, as he just wanted to tell her that it'd might not be the wisest option to take him in a battle of kicks.
