Re: A Strange Encounter
Upon hearing her words, Kido would stare at Miyuki silently, his expression returned to his usual dry self. He tried to understand what she was saying for a moment before turning away, showing his back to the cyborg girl. Placing his hands into his pockets he would look up at let out a little sigh.
"Yeah, something like that," he'd say without facing her, so she won't notice his rather grim expression.
He' wasn't sure whether he wanted to tell her, or anyone else for that matter. No matter how nice some people actually are, he already learned that in the end it's better to keep it to himself. The boy would try to leave the scene quietly as Miyuki seemed to be occupied by something else at the moment. In his current state there's no telling what would have happened if the cyborg girl decided to press on the matter.

"Please Mr Kido.....I only.....want to help your problem...." Miyuki said, running alongside him as he was walking away from her, quite rude of the man, but he was in a troubled state, his moodiness already and expressionless face was bothering Miyuki, making her fail herself in shame from not cheering him up.
"I must repay the favor as humans say, s save you right from sadness?" she said, gently placing her hand on his back slightly, tilting her head to the side smiling with a caring smile of trust, which went a long way these days. For she wanted to see him happy, not annoy him, but help him as he did for her power overload.
Re: A Strange Encounter
As Miyuki chased him and put her hand on his back, Kido stopped walking. He glanced at her smiling face and it made him start to feel nervous again. Thinking over her words, the boy would avert his gaze and let out a sigh.
"Help me..?" he'd ask without a change of expression in his face. "What made you think I need help..?"
Kido realized he sounded a bit rude just now, despite not wanting to do so. Miyuki had been nice enough to him so far apart from that sudden outburst earlier. He felt bad for not being able to treat her like he would in his normal state. But things like this happened to him once in a while.
"It's not like you would understand..." he'd speak again, rather quietly this time.

Kido, as a whole, was being the quite stubborn of humans she had met, shunning her away as she was just trying to cheer him up, but nothing. However, Miyuki was never offended by this, for she only detected rage within his mind deep down, ready to burst at any time if she kept pestering him.
"But.....if you tell people....they may understand you, Mr Kido...." Miyuki said in her softest, most adorable voice like melted butter, stopping then turning away, sliding the pretty orange flower she found into a compartment inside her exo skeletal body, whirring as it was slid away neatly. She couldn't do much more, but accept his decision, and leave him to resolve it his way...fearing she would upset him further if she got too deep. Lightening the mood she thought, Miyuki was thinking of a way she could "social-ise" a bit better with the human boy, to make him forget the bad thoughts that plagued his mind. "Kido....can you spar in any way?" she smiled, tilting her head all the way back creepily, before her body clicked forward into her position.
Having failed to know his problem, Miyuki thought a little spar would bring out the best in him, if, he accepted such a friendly offer....

Re: A Strange Encounter
Kido remained silent for a while as he trying to ignore her words. They may understand, you say, he thought to himself.
All these years he barely met people who could understand him. Not in the school, not even in the gang. He's getting tired trying to socialize with others just to find out that in the end they'd judge him. And for the few that he could get along with, he only saw them for a relatively short time. Perhaps it was fate? He certainly hope not. The boy would raise an eyebrow as Miyuki suddenly ask him for a spar. He would stare at her with his blank expression before looking away and sighed.
"So in the end... this is the only thing that link me with others, huh..." he would mutter softly while raising his fist and looked at it.
He's not sure whether fighting they cyborg was the best thing to do after seeing what she did with the wall earlier. However, seeing Miyuki getting into position he thought that she wouldn't take no for an answer. It might be better to play along with her for a bit rather than getting crushed like the wall. A spar didn't mean to be taken seriously after all. As he made up his mind, the boy would slowly get into a fighting stance, still showing no sign of interest or excitement in his blank face.
"I don't really feel like it, but whatever," he'd say. "Come at me, bro."
As soon as he realized what he just said, Kido would look up as if he's thinking over his words. Calling her 'bro' surely didn't sound right.
"Maybe I should have said girl instead..?" he muttered to himself quietly, almost forgetting that he just signaled Miyuki to have a go at him.

Highly amused by Kido's words of "come at me bro", she giggled, having heard Elena use it before with a rough customer back at the Chibi Neko. "Should it be corrected to...come at me...." Miyuki said joyfully, going in for a slide sweep and tackle like glomp at his legs, "sister? in where I find that quite odd since I have no relation to you Mr Kido!" as she said this, she was already toppling Kido on the dusty floor while he was muttering to himself on her, colorful thoughts on the human mind. A common mistake, if your ever dealing with a cute cyborg girl, is to be specific and correct.
"But please.....spar me..." Miyuki looked up at him giggling while sat in his lap like a child, aiming her fist up at him if he managed to dodge her hand made of pure steel, for it would be quite a dazing experience if Kido took it head on. If Kido was ready to have a spar with her, brave enough, she would blow his mind in her technical, outrageous moves as she hummed inside her mind.
