Interesting view there Tat " title="Smile" /> but it was the stunning finale to the franchise, where Batman sacrificed himself by death, for Bruce Wayne lives on. Kinda the thing most superhero movies fail to do correctly, but TDKR hammered it out of the park perfectly.

Re: THE DARK KNIGHT RISES...thoughts and views :3
I loved Rises. One of the best movies I've seen by far. It was exciting and driven and action packed.
That being said, I still prefer the second one.
The plot of Rises was a tad predictable, and while they really drove it home you could kinda tell what was going to happen at certain points through the movie. I remember seeing Dark Knight in the theaters and the excitement cause you never knew what was going to happen next, which I suppose is needed for a movie with the Joker.

Avengers is still better and the second Dark Knight was more explosive. This one was good an entertaining but still dragged at parts.

- Spoiler:
- [quote="robotcorp":jo023jk8][quote="Tatyina":jo023jk8]Actually, the more I discuss it with people, the less fond of it I become. I think that in the end DKR sacrifised the quality of the trilogy as a whole for the sake of completing it. Sure, it tied up everything in a neat little package, but was it worth it? I'm not sure.
Anne Hthaway as The Cat was probably the shining moment of the movie, IMO.
Bane was about 75% fuckin awesome and 25% shit.
Despite my criticism, I still think it's a good movie. I'd say 7/10 will probbly end up seeing it again in theatres but then again, not sure if want.

And then Riddler and Clayface show up and murder Gotham.
Thanks Batman.
