Nanako Jounouchi vs Toshio Akamatsu

As Toshio earned his cheers from the crowd Nanako would cotninue to write in pain on the mat, still in a bit of a daze due to the stunner. Nanakp may have been gifted with a powerful and durable body but when it came to hits to her head she had something of a glass jaw. Fortunately she was tall enough that she wouldn't have to worry about most people striking her there. Unfortunately this was not one of those times.

Soon she would be grabbed by Toshio again, and with groan she would be pulled to her feet again, standing before Toshio with her full height. Then the man would get in close, wrapping his arm around her waist and leg, preparing to throw her it seemed like. In an impressive feat of strength that had the crowd cheering Toshio would be able to lift the mighty amazon off the ground and into the air before she was slammed hard into the mat with the scoop slam. "UUUGGH!!" Nanako cried out, her own size and weight used against her in that attack, taken down to the mat where she would lay there dazed once again.

Tossing Nanako had, admittedly, taken a lot more effort than Toshio had expected, but he was still physically fit enough to pull the move off. Dropping to a sitting position, Toshio gave a playful bow to the crowd in acknowledgement of their cheering. It felt good to have the crowd on his side, instead of just hearing their scorn and derision. He was going to show them that he had what it took to be a winner after all.

Turning to face Nanako, he dropped down against her curvy body, covering her for the pin. As he did so, he slid one arm around her neck and pressed a shoulder against her throat, trapping her in an MMA-stye frontal chokehold. "Stay down," he whispered into Nanako's ear as the countdown began. "One..."

Nanako lay slightly stunned on the mat, groaning after being tossed, something she was not entirely used to. Through squinted eyes she saa Toshio bow for the crowd, and her blood boiled at the sight. That jerk, Nanako said spitefully in her head. This guy may be pretty tough but he was a shameless showboat. One move and he thought he was the top dog. Nanako hated arrogant guys like him!

When Toshio dropped down against her Nanako groaned in protest but the man would end up wrapping her up for the pin anyway. She grimaced as his houlder pressed down against her, placing her in an effective pin. The amazon didn't realize she was being pinned until the ref started counting, and when Toshio whispered in her ear that was all it took for Nanako to become livid. "TW-" In the middle of the two count Nanako would immediately kick out with with powerful force, hoping to force Toshio off her and the pin to be broken.

Admittedly, Toshio kind of enjoyed being pressed up like this against Nanako's body, but it didn't last as the girl refused to stay down. As Nanako jerked upright, Toshio decided to keep wearing her down a bit with the chokehold, squeezing into her to weaken her a bit. After a while, however he would shift his grip, shoving Nanako to the side into her front. Still keeping an arm around her head, he would shoot his legs forward to scissor one of her arms, while sliding both arms tightly around her head, wrenching it back in a crossface. "Ready to give yet?" he teased to Nanako as he locked in the hold.

Nanako, to her relief, was able to break the pin, but she failed to dislodge Toshio from her body. "Ghk...." Nanako growled, struggling to break free from Toshio's chokehold but found that he had locked it in pretty tight. She didn't like this pervy jerk pressing up against so much, so she would try to redouble her efforts to escape.

Unfortunately Toshio had other plans, and with an alarmed yelp Nanako would be roll onto her front. It was a better opportunity to escape, but Toshio was already two steps ahead of her, wrapping his legs around one of her arms, trapping her in a crossface.

"AHHHH!!!" Nanako cried out as the hold was fully locked in, the pain in her back becoming immediately apparent. She pounded in her fist on the mat to deal with the growing pain, then tried to use it to dislodge Toshio's hand, wanting to get out of this as soon as possible.

Toshio grinned as he felt Nanako squirm and flail in his grip, his crossface clearly having its desired effect on the amazon. He felt Nanako's hand paw at one of his arms, but for all of Nanako's strength, he wasn't about to let go yet. "If you want me to let go any time soon, babe, just let me know by tapping out, 'kay?" he teased, tightening the hold around Nanako's head.

Even as he tightened his grip, he would lean back, pouring more pressure onto the back of the girl's neck and spine. He had Nanako where he wanted her now, and he was going to show her he was no pushover by giving her a nice working over. If Nanako still refused to tap out, though, then he would loosen his grip and slam her face down against the mat before rolling away from her. He didn't want to exhaust himself on one hold, and besides which, he had other tricks up his sleeve.

"GAAHH!!" Nanako continued to squeel as Toshio continued to stretch out her spine with ruthless efficiency. The crossface was excuritating, especially to someone as unflexible as Nanako. Not only were her attempts to escape coming up with nothing but Toshio continued to mock her even as he held her in his submission. "Ghg.....why you - AHHH!!!" Nanako was about to berate Toshio but when he tightened the hold she was forced to cry out again. "N-Never! I'll never give up!" She wasn't about to act like a weakling again, not when she was here to prove she was changed.

Soon though Toshio would eventually release his hold, but just for good measure he slammed Nanako's face into the mat. "GUH!" Nanako cried out, slumping to the mat, her back aching something fierce. The amazon grimaced in pain, cleching her fists in frustration on the mat, and surprisingly would try to make her way to her feet again, more than ready to get some payback.

Toshio rolled up easily to his feet, circling around Nanako to watch her carefully. He was taking the lead in a big way in this match, and all he needed to do was keep the pressure on Nanako so secure the win.

Unfortunately, the adage "the bigger they are, the harder they fall" seemed especially true in Nanako's case. Quicker than Toshio expected, the Amazon staggered back up to her feet. She was in obvious pain, but she was still getting back up, bearing it all through either impressive determination or freakish endurance. Either way, Toshio raised an impressed eyebrow.

This simply made Toshio all the more determined to defeat her, however. Moving too quickly for Nanako to hopefully react, he would grab at her arm and swing her towards the ropes. The motion caused some of the soreness in his upper body to flare up again in actual pain, but he gritted his teeth and ignored it as best he could.

Nanako was slow to rise to her feet, but the fact that she was already doing so gave real insight into how tough she was. Toshio may have taken control of the match for now but Nanako wasn't about to let it stay that way. SHe knew Sarah Gatt was probably watching this very match right now. She wasn't about to let her down. Nanako wasn't letting anyone down!

Toshio would grab her arms before she would stop her, still a little winded by the man's string of attacks. Soon he would send her running at the ropes and on instinct the amazon took off running, turning around just before she hit the ropes then rebounding off them to come straight at Toshio again.

But before Toshio could try anything Nanako would attempt to turn this match back in her favour. She would try to pick up speed to catch Toshio off guard, and once she was close enough she would try to nail her opponant's entire fram with a massive shoulder check.

As fate would have it, Toshio had been anticipating Nanako coming back at him with a clothesline. He had gotten the impression that she still had a lot of fight left in her, and that she still probably wanted to turn things around. That was why his original plan had been to drop low at the last minute, grab Nanako around the waist, and use her own momentum against her with a modified suplex.

What he hadn't been expecting, however, was her sudden burst of speed.

Toshio was caught off guard as Nanako's shoulder rammed into his own, almost spinning him around. He caught his footing just in time, but still cried out as he was sent staggering back into a crouch, clutching his shoulder. He winced, trying to rotate his shoulder. Any more his to his arm, he realized, and it might be rendered useless for this match. Either way, his moment of dominance over Nanako, for now at least, was over.
