Please. Candy Cane is as punk as.... as me. That's how punk she is. She is clearly posing as a punk to gain attention...and believe it or not I also went through a dark emo stage...don't worry, I got better.

So lets do the oil death match. But the losing character gets killed and is deleted from the roster to never come back.

If you equate punk and emo, you clearly are not punk. >_<

Sorry if I hurt your feelings Blue... but emos are the new punks.

Being a total ignoramus to the character in question, just my 2 cents to punks and emos:

*Don't know about the scene in the US, but I had the "privilege" to visit a city governed area that was used for punk concerts(mostly local, some national wide, some from holland and denmark if memory serves well). Guys and girls were mostly nice when you didn't wear too fashionable clothes, but they turned the place into a dump in mere weeks. Everything was sticky, smelly and just gross, and they even slept there in the cellar, I nearly vomitted while entering the sleeping area.
*The emo is nearly extinct in my area, although there are alot of schools to recruit from. Nice people when you met them at day, but after meeting a vampire Live Larper who was afraid of garlic and moving water, I was done with anything remotely emo " title="Wink" />

If its Naruto, go for Anko. Mizukage or Konan. Shizune is sadly kind of bland.
