But, opposite than being set free, Ryu could feel a smooth arm slip under his chin swiftly, locked together with Poison's other arm, one soft hand cupping the back of his head to press him in what could be mistaken for a cuddly, encoiling embrace... if you were watching from the ringside, and knew nothing about wrestling.

Drake had no intention of trying to get up faster than Kaori at all. While he was summoning his remaining energies for a last escape attempt... the Japanese boy would suddenly found himself tossed aside like a ragdoll, discarded since Poison had triggered a major priority target.

Coughing a few times as he was on all four, Ryu would gulp large shares of much welome air, his blurring vision starting to refocus as oxygen flow to his brain was going back to normal.
In such state, the boy needed some seconds to stand up, while the pink-haired amazon was going to treat Drake with that same debilitating hold.

Drake would groan in frustration upon hearing the fast foot steps of Poison rushing in after him. He knew full well what she was going to try to do as she obviously was running in to try to tackle him and grab him from behind. Desperate he decided to try a bold move to avoid this out come, he wanted so badly to finally beat Kaori and put her in her place, he couldn't very well do this if he let Poison get a hold of him. Using his peripheral vision he caught a small glimpse of the woman behind him knowing she was about to make her move, he had to hope this would work.

Drake would suddenly attempt to lean his body all the way back, pinning his legs beneath himself as he kneeled and leaned backwards, causing quite a bit of pain for himself. He knew this could go quite a few different ways, one he had hoped involved Poison lunging over him face first into Angela's backside for some extra humilation and distraction to give him time to try to escape the situation he put himself in. The other he feared, was the fact that this could just lead to a backfire with him trapped on his back between the two ladies, left exposed long enough for them to capture and ravage him. Poison rushed towards Drake trying to blindside the boy and didn't counted with him noticing her. She didn't counted on Drake being prepared for her attack and when she made her final approach towards the boy, leaning down to grab him, she was much surprised to find that Drake was leaning back towards her. Drake managed to pull it off, his gamble worked well enough watching Poison trip and stumble over him, wanting to laugh as she crashed straight into Kaori. His legs were pinned between them but with his upper body free he figured it wouldn't be too hard to push them off during their daze and turn around. Drake only needed to get his legs free and crawl his way over to Ryu before they decided to drag him back in, hopefully they were distracted with the mix up. "For all of your arrogance and all of your cheating, I want you to realize when this is all over that it was me who beat you Angela..." Drake would say out loud for her to hear as he resumed his escape attempt from the two for he had one more plan up his sleeve.

Two things would happen at this point now, either the two would try to grab him where he planned to make his last stand in finishing the ladies off with everything he had left in him, the second would be him making it over to Ryu where he had a trick up his sleeve. If he could prevent them from actually seeing the exchange Drake would pull a dirty tactic from his sleeve to fight fire with fire with these two. He planned upon making it right up to Ryu within tagging range where he would making sure to get his partners attention as he swung his hand out as if to slap Ryu's hand only to purposely dodge the tag and slap his own hand loudly, attempting to trick Kaori into attacking Ryu. Drake would plan on standing next to Ryu in the corner as if he waited for Ryu to get into the ring, assuming Ryu would play along and willingly take the sacrifice of being attacked first so Drake would have his opening to go after her during the deception.

Poison and Kaori rolled to the side as Drake pushed them, turned into a knot of limbs and flesh that took a couple of seconds to undo before they could each roll in their separate ways. Kaori got to her knees and watched as Drake escaped to his corner, her cute face flustered bright red with anger. "Pfffft! Keep dreaming, boy. There isn't a man that can beat me..." Rules or who was the legal man were of very little concern to them. Once they were both up they turned towards the boys and started to advance towards them with very clear ill intentions, trying to block all possible escape routes and corner them where they stood. Kaori moved cautiously towards Drake, while Poison headed a little bit more recklessly towards Ryu, trying to grab the boy by the hair and pull him towards her and closer to the center of the ring.
