Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
-Anything Goes-
-Pinfall, KO-
Never had Inoue been in such an environment. The arena's backstage areas full of hustling staff, camera crews darting by alongside them. All in all, she felt transparent, which was useful for the moment, she was able to scope out her new life. She was confident that after her first match, her skills would shine through and everyone would know her name. It had been a whole day before she was finally booked, her opponents name wasn't one of significance. She was to beat a poor newcomer senseless then? With ease, she was sure. Inoue held herself in typically high regard, the match neared, so she quickly prepared, slipping out of her lounging kimono and into her ring attire. She remained completely calm, but her nerves were on end once she found herself behind the black curtain, thunderous roars from the crowd, despite both combatants being nobodies in this league.
A man with a headset spoke muffled words, then ushered her out as her music played. Inoue's face betrayed her emotions completely, her nose high in the air and raven colored hair obscuring her eyes. She walked as though she was royalty, shutting her eyes and blocking out the peons that were the audience. In part, it was to block out her own nerves, making her way down the ramp which felt infinite in length. "The following is a no holds barred, anything goes match." The announcer began. Instantly, Inoue's eyes sprung open. She didn't know whether or not to be pleased or mortified. These kind of matches favored luck over skill, whoever opted to get a weapon first, usually succeeded. Inoue was unbelievably egotistical about her skills, and felt that a lack of rules had diminished a pure chance to test them against her opponent's. On the other hand, it gave her a chance to beat someone up even quicker and move up the ranks. She wanted to contest the announcers words still, but the arena was too loud, filled with the boisterous clashing of cheers and boos. "First, making her way into the ring, hailing from Osaka Japan... Inoue Ritsuko" the announcers dramatized her names pronunciation, irritating her a bit.
She eventually disregarded it and slipped through the ropes, occupying the opposite corner of where she entered. She was half anxious to see this opponent of hers, unsure of just how she measured up.
The crowd continued to roar, Inoue's face had returned to a look of obvious superiority, she did no pandering, no catering whatsoever to the crowd. She was perplexed by those who did, for it was a waste of time. The arena's noise would be a bit of a distraction regardless, it mattered not, whether they were booing or cheering. Inoue was unsure how to even approach this match, she took it quite seriously though, her eyes scanned the area for improvisational weapons. She began formulating plans already, her anxious mind getting ahead of itself. A small smirk graced her features as her music stopped and the opponent would come into view.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
"And now, making her grand debut, hailing from Tokyo, Japan...Miss...Amethyst...Velour!"
With those words, the purple haired beauty stepped onto the entrance stage, a calm look upon her face, just a hint of a grin fighting to grow wider. Amethyst had been signed with the AFW for a while now, participating in mainly dark matches and behind the scenes stuff. This was her first televised match, and she had to admit to herself she was more than just a little excited. After all, she wanted the world to see not to mess with her, she wanted everyone to know just how dangerous she could be...and that couldn't really happen when her matches weren't being recorded, right?
She glanced around at the crowd, almost turning her nose up at them. Some of them cheered, some of them booed, much like they did for Inoue. It didn't seem she had built up a reputation yet, or else she would be getting more boos, she assumed. She knew her idea of 'fighting' wasn't going to be too popular with a lot of AFW's fans, but then again, she didn't really care. All she wanted was the chance to break and ruin those who stood before her...
...and, as her eyes calm to rest upon the ring, locking onto Inoue, she realized she would have that chance tonight. Inoue was beautiful, Amethyst realized, almost taken aback by just how beautiful she was. The short haired woman almost looked as if she was royalty, almost looked out of place in the ring. At least, she thought this until she began to inspect Inoue's body. She looked strong, well toned. She definately had an air of a fighter about her, but it didn't detract from her ladylike aura at all.
Amethyst tsked to herself, and began to stride slowly down the ramp, a noble air surrounding her as well. She had gotten lucky tonight; her big debut was an anything goes match. Absolutely perfect, she thought as she stepped down the ramp towards the ring. She was hoping her first match would give her the chance to just utterly destroy someone, show everyone that was watching just what she was about, and the bookers of AFW didn't disappoint. She just hoped Inoue would put up a decent fight. Amethyst loved when her opponents fought back, it always made it more satisfying when she took them down.
At long last, she reached the ring, climbing up the steps and slipping in through the ropes. Her plain, white blouse was buttoned all the way up, looking quite sharp on her, though her large bosom did seem like it was straining a bit against it, like it was begging to be freed. Her hair was done up in her usual favorite black ribbon, and around her waist she wore her favorite belt, adorned with metal studs, a perfect weapon when given the chance to use it.
Showing no signs of fear or hesitation, maintaining her calm, ladylike demeanour, she stepped right up to the center of the ring, flashing the faintest of smiles to Inoue, and actually bowing light to her. "Good luck..." she whispered, her low voice masking the eagerness she was feeling. "I hope we have a good match..."

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
Inoue's eyes diverted directly up to her opponent. Instantly she began calculating her opponent, how she stacked up with Inoue herself. They appeared to be of the same weight-class and everything. A shame that this match was lawless, for Inoue would have truly liked to see how Amethyst would have fared in outright combat. Regardless, this fight was a good enough test, Inoue was actually pleasantly surprised by her opponent. She held the dark sort of allure, the kind that had strongly appealed to Inoue. It wasn't at all what she expected, seeing half of the barbie dolls backstage she'd expected a pathetic whelp that'd be out cold within five minutes. No, this appeared to be a genuine challenger. Inoue held little doubt that she wouldn't see Amethyst unconscious by the end, but at least it looked like she'd be a resistant one.
At her words, Inoue tensed slightly, mostly mentally as she seldom gave off any hint of true emotion. Thoughts of how to begin raced through her head, she tried to calm them, knowing that being over eager was a mistake of amateurs. Inoue returned the bowing gesture with her typically regal sophistication. "I'm sure we will." she uttered, putting an index finger to her lip and scanning her opponent head to toe. The brief scan confirmed her appeal, she seemed a bit more casual, regardless she felt some fixation that made her skin ardent to make contact with her opponent's. She had a nice, full, bust, a bit larger than Inoue which did irk her slightly, feeling some degree of envy. Either way, it was a strong draw to Inoue who could hardly keep herself still. She felt anxious for a match, it had been far too long, though she trained six days of the week.
Inoue steadied, finally removing her finger from her billowy lips and moving both hands to her side, next to bare thighs. The crowds noise had become commonplace already, and Inoue was having a bit of an easier time blocking it out as she stepped closer to the center of the ring. The bell sounded seconds later, boisterously ringing and resonating at a high volume as well. Finally, the faintest smirk reached Inoue, she brought her arms both up, into a pseudo-defensive stance though she was waiting to begin an offensive onslaught. And so it finally begins... she thought to herself, though generally apathetic, at the moment she felt nothing but genuine anticipation to be part of a televised match.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
Oh, I know I will... Amethyst thought to herself, continuing to inspect Inoue further now that she was up close. Inoue herself was far, far from a barbie doll. She looked...strong. Fit. Like she had seen quite a few dangerous fights herself. This pleased Amethyst. She smiled a bit more, slowly tracing her tongue over her lips at the thought of fighting this woman, of going into battle with her. Even better, was the fact that Inoue had a slight size advantage over her, she would slightly taller and seemed to have a bit more weight.
Perfect, Amethyst though. Let her think she has some kind of an advantage....
She couldn't help but notice as Inoue's eyes fell to her chest though, noticing a hint of jealously in the woman's eyes. Seriously? I guess I gave her too much credit...
She gave Inoue one final glancing over, tuning out the crowd's sounds as well, as her mind shifted to focus completely on Inoue. Her arms rose up as well into a well-practiced battle stance, and finally the bell would ring. The moment it did, Amethyst lunged forward, throwing a quick volley of three hard jabs towards Inoue's chin, hoping to catch her off guard with this sudden assault, testing her just to see how she would react.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
Inoue was set at the bell, ready for whatever Amethyst thought to throw at her.
Or so she thought. She had inferred that the girl was aggressive, but had hardly expected the sudden shots. Her defense had been held up loosely, and the first jab wedged it's way through her arms and caught her on the chin. Her head jolted back slightly, but she took it in stride. She was a bit surprised by the strength, noting that she was indeed, good competition. Inoue stepped back and to the side immediately at the first impact and evaded the next two. Oh, you like it rough do you? Inoue was game to trade fists with her opponent all night.
She made her way back into close range, and attempted to fake her opponent out by using the movement of her head, sending it to the left while her right fired out a vicious, swift, hook, aiming directly for her head. Not wanting to allow her any breathing room, she would follow up with two quick body shots that would be moderate in strength. If Amethyst played this game with her for long, Inoue felt confident that her boxing expierience would shorten the fight immensely.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
Amethyst's head snapped quickly to the side, following Inoue's gaze. Reacting fast, she'd lift her arm up to block a blow from that direction, only to be clobbered by the strike from the right. It hit her dead on, her head jerking to the side.
That bitch! She tric...oof!
A loud grunt broke through Amethyst's lips as the first body shot hit, then another with the second blow. She doubled over slightly, her eyes growing a bit wide. Inoue was just as good as she had assumed, and now that they had their initial clash, she had a better feel for Inoue, and wasn't going to let the shorter haired woman do that again. First though, she had to shake off those punches. They were nasty, and Amethyst knew if Inoue got off another barrage of those she would have quite the advantage over her.
She took several quick steps back from her, straightening back up again, raising her hands slowly back up into their defensive position, this time waiting for Inoue to make the first move.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
Inoue felt the utmost satisfaction in landing her first blow. Smugly satisfied by the fact that she'd shown she could do damage, her feminine looks deceiving opponents from her above average strength. Inoue didn't get ahead of herself, she could tell her opponent was sensible. They weren't so different either, she could tell Amethysts goal was dealing damage, a strong suit Inoue held as well. Still, she showed that she was tough as well, taking the hard hook and the stomach blows without too much of a fuss. Inoue noted her opponent backing up immediately, she'd been shaken, perhaps she could beat the girl into a corner, that was ideal, but it was a long shot.
For now, Inoue closed the distance between her opponent and herself with a sledgehammer straight punch from the same right hand that bludgeoned Amethyst previously. It was meant as more of a distraction, her left being brought up as a defensive hand. Inoue simply sought to close the gap between them, all the wile, attempting to goad her slightly smaller opponent into the corner or trap her near the ropes.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
This time, Amethyst was ready for Inoue. As Inoue tried to close the range using her straight punch, the violet eyed girl would step to the side and grab at her arm, trying to jerk on it in such a way that Inoue would stumble forwards towards the ropes. She hoped the woman would be caught off guard and get tripped up against them, and was planning that to be her moment to strike.

Re: Amethyst Velour vs. Inoue Ritsuko (Anything Goes)
Inoue was so caught up with taking more shots at the girl, she'd nearly disregarded grapples as a whole, this, a brief hold had served it's purpose, sending the raven haired beauty off balance. She was incensed by the mistake she'd made, but had Amethyst to take it out on. Remembering this, she tried clobbering Amethyst one more time as she stumbled forward, using the momentum to take a quick shot at her cheek with her left hand.
Immediately afterwards, she found herself spinning, so that her back would not be to her opponent. She spent a moment anchoring her feet down and re-tuning her equilibrium. She put up a haphazard guard, having little time to prepare, but attempting to absorb what may come, to the best of her abilities.

Amethyst quickly tilted her head to the side, Inoue's desperate blow barely grazing her as she went past. She hated to admit it, but Inoue was fast, and quick to react. Perhaps too fast, but...well, Amethyst had ways of taking care of that.
She muttered a soft curse under her breath, annoyed when she saw Inoue turned back to her. She had hoped to come at her from behind, she had a certain plan for her in mind, but it looked like Inoue wasn't going to let her have her way. No matter. She could tell Inoue's guard wasn't too good at the moment, and so for a second time she would snap her hands out, trying to grab Inoue by a wrist, by an arm again, and whip her back across the ring, this time to the opposite ropes.
