AOBA's Workout Beatdown?! (For Darius) (Complete)

AOBA wanted to get some training to strengthen her punches and kicks as well her physique body. She wearing her usually fighting outfit that also can be casual, black tight slacks, shoes, shirt that only have two buttons holding her busty large breasts which she's more comfortable when getting into a fight, usually wearing her long red ribbons that wraps around her wrists and neck, altho its actually a long thin scarf for her neck but who can tell the difference?

AOBA enters the gym from the women locker room to get some working done, she see the blue punching bag which its perfect for her, she walks up to it and raise her fist up, hopping side by side and start striking the punching bags, hard hooks, quick jabs, fierce uppercuts, as well her round house kicks, she does any kind of brawling style to tenderize this punching bag to help her keeping up the speed of her strikes. "Must.... keep..... up...... combos......."

Meanwhile in another part of the gym, someone else was lurking in the shadows, watching the silver-haired girl work the bag. It was Sven who was eyeing her, a smile on his face that could only show malicious intent. It had been a couple of days since Sven had faced AOBA in the ring in what would go down as one of the most outstanding upsets in AFW history. He had thoroughly brutalized her from start to finish in that match, but in his arrogance she had managed to pull victory out from under him, putting a rather humiliating mark in his career.

Now he was here for revenge. AOBA thought him a joke, but he would show her what happens when bitches messed with him. He would slowly sneak out of the shadows, brining with him a folded up steel chair. He wouldtry to sneak up behind AOBA, and if he managed to do that without her noticing he would slam the chair on the back of her skull.

AOBA was just burning off calories and breaking some sweats but oddly it nearly burn any calories on her busty breasts except just sweating, but it didnt bother much at all, she just continues her training at punching this bag, keeping it up as much but after a long training to increase her speed and strength of her strikes, out of nowhere she was hit prety much on the back of her head by something.

"Augh........!"

AOBA fell forward and down to her knees, one hand against the punching bag while the other reaches behind the back of her head but her sweaty hand slips from the bag causes her to fall down to the floor completely, she makes her painful expression as she holds with both of her hands behind her head, slowly turning on her back to look up who would do something like that, and now she knows who, its Sven that she beaten few days ago, eyes widen open from his appearance and says slowly. "S....shit........ *

A resounding crack sounded through the gym as metal met skull, and Sven grinned widely as he watched AOBA crumple to the floor before him. It was a very nice thing for him to witness. He looked down at AOBA, who immediately recognized him after laying eyes on him.

"That's right, bitch!" Sven cackled, raising the chair over his head to bring it cracking down on AOBA's back. "This is you comeuppance!" He would raise the chair up again and crack over her back a second time. Again and again he would strike her with the chain, trying to beat her into a stain in the floor.

AOBA wasnt happy that she gets to see the women beater Sven, last then they met was in a No Holds Barred match where she was beating severely and somehow at the end, with her strong will-power she rise victorious against him. Now he's here in the gym with her, taking the suprise sneak attack from a chair shot to the back of the head, and couple more aiming to her back.

"Aughh......!.... Guhhhh.....!"

Her back starting to ache from shot after shot by his folded up steel chair while shes facing down taking his shot with her head still hurting, still swimming in pain. This isnt good at all, she worked out just to use almost half of her energy just to get in shape but now, Sven working her out in his own ways.

With each strike of the chair Sven would loudly and cruely. The gym was deserted today, and before he came upon AOBA he made sure to look all the doors. No one would be able to get in or out, which is exactly what he wanted. AOBA would be all his until he decided otherwise.

After quite awhile of savage chair smashing Sven would finally hold off on his attacks. He would look down at her with a cruel sneer. This would only be the beginning of of it all.

Sven would use his foot to turn AOBA onto her back, and once her did that he would unfold the metal chair he had, setting it down on top of her so one bar would be pressed against her throat, and the other deep into her stomach. Once that was set up, he would simply sit down on the set, his weight pressing down on the bar across her throat, throttling her painfully. And as he sat there choking her he would look down at her into her eyes, smiling cruely all the while.

AOBA back was hurting her like crazy from chair shots one after another until he finally stop hitting her back, Sven then continues to humiliate her by rolling her facing up and placing the metal bar of the chair against her throat while the other pushing deep to her stomach and her busty breasts just in between underneath the chair. Sven sat down on it to pressure both her throat and stomach, gasping her air she struggling, shaking underneath him as she try to talk.

"Aughh gagghhh... c-coward..... gaghhhh ghaghhh...."

She would seem to enjoy mocking Sven which lead him to his lost against her last time they met, but hopefully her words would pisses him off to release her from choking so badly, her hands reaching under the metal bar thats pushing down her throat but she wasnt strong enough cause of her training and how close it is against her.

Despite AOBA insulting him like she did when they fought in the ring Sven continued to smile. There would be very little that could take away his good mood today. After finding this opportunity to teach AOBA such a painful lesson nothing was going to stop him from dishing it out.

"What's the matter?" Sven asked cooly, sneering down at AOBA as she struggled for air. "A real fighter should be prepared for anything. If you're not prepared for someone to have a bit of fun with you then that's your fault!" He would start to bounce a little on the chair now, trying to make AOBA's situation all the worse.

AOBA insults didnt seem to work for Sven this time as he really IS in a good mood while sitll sitting on the chair and telling her that she of been more prepare for being a real fighter, before she could respond he bounce a little to send waves of pain to her stomach and throat, probably starting to show red marks against the metal bars, AOBA gagging some more as shes really having hard time getting out of this, except.....

The only thing that may work is that if she tries to use her legs that isnt occupied, she use it to kick it upward and hope to hit Sven from behind so he could get off and catch some air, but if she's unable to, then she'll continues to get choked by the aggressor Sven.

Sven would not stay sitting on the chair for long, and before AOBA would consider kicking him in the back of the head he would dismount the chair and fold it back up again, dropping it just beside AOBA. Looking down at her with another sneer, he would reach down for AOBA to grab for her hair and use it to pull her up to her feet. Half-way up, he would pull the woman between his legs, keeping her trapped there while he would wrap his arms around her wasit.

With a grunt of effort Sven would haul AOBA upwards, flipping her up into a piledriver position. Then he would position himself over the steel chair he just dropped. With a cruel laugh, he would then piledrive AOBA straight into the steel chair.
