The next Question is, which do you guys prefer, ^ that one or this v

probably the blonde, because it goes better with the eyes.

I vote blonde. Ikkitousen and QB and other fan service shows just are real models of effective character design and Cece's model, whoever she is, is a great example of it. Changing the color of her hair is cool but it completely throws off her finely tuned color scheme (Well, as finely tuned as an anime girl CAN be, which isn't a lot but it is something.).

That said, she's your girl so you can do whatever you want. The look still works with the hair either way, really. The more I look at the black hair, the less it seems to appear out of place

Blonde. But change the eyes to blue or something not red or demonic.

Well i don't mind the black hair and hey if you have a good reason to do it then go ahead. Also i will say that the blond deos go better with the eyes but it actuall doesn't look that much better.

Iiiii like the darker hair color. That's just me, I like darker hair much better than blonde hair styles. I think it would be good in all honestly, dunno why people are saying that's black though, doesn't look black to me.

Gee, I don't know. What hair color should a Norse Mythology themed character have? Blonde!

Since Dark hair wasn't getting any love, and since I love red hair, here is Cecilia in red hair !

Cecilia = Swedish Valkyrie = Blonde ^_^

P.S.
If you decide to make her red haired, then you might consider green eyes.
