Backstage scene

Akashi burst out laughing as Taylor teased her. She couldn't help it, but it felt good to cry tears of joy. "I'm a way better kisser." She said and stuck her tongue out. "Ask half this damn league!" She then laughed harder. Sometimes, every once in a while, the fact that she was a huge slut got to her and sometimes she had to make fun of herself just to keep from crying over it despite having a wonderful and loyal girlfriend who meant the world to her. This was almost one of her times but she pulled it back. Nothing was going to get her down right now.

She winked at Johnny, who was looking very perplexed and had practically scratched the hair off the back of his head as he alternated between nervous and goofy chuckle.

"Oh, Johnny-kun..." She said a little seductively. "I'll show you exactly which buttons to push on Taylor-chan." She said and licked her lips before laughing again.

She closed her mouth and looked at Taylor with a serious, though softly smiling, face when Taylor spoke. Her heart beat faster when Taylor spoke and she blushed deeply. She sniffled again, feeling some tears creep up into the back of her eyes. She pushed them away. Not that she was feeling too manly to cry, but she didn't need them. She was happy that she felt them, and that was good enough.

Akashi's mouth fell open as Taylor spoke. She blinked and thought that there was no way she could have heard what Taylor had said. Akashi felt the same way, she'd say it in an instant and hugged Taylor tightly. "Taylor-chan... I love you too." She closed her eyes and sighed. Stupid leaky tears. She was getting emotional. She pulled away from Taylor and looked at her, holding her at arms length. "Tonight, we'll celebrate after we kick some ass. I'll get to call you champ too." She said with a grin.

"Ahhh, go on you tow!" She said and waved the couple off before pausing and wrinkling her brow. "Johnny-kun! Don't you lay a finger on her before the match! If you tire her out, I'll kick your ass, got it!?"

"Y-Yes, ma'am!" He said, stiffening up.

"I had to fend off Mina-chan for three damn days, I'm starting to get the shakes! If I can't get any, then NO ONE can!" She growled and then smiled at the two of them. "I might be in the crowd, but most likely I'll be watching from back stage." She said finally.

Johnny grinned as Taylor cam over to him and hugged her up against him softly. "Sure thing, babe.' He said with a warm smile and bowed slightly to Akashi. "Good Luck, Tan.. err. Akashi.. ch.. Akashi-san."

With that, Johnny slid his harm around Taylor's shoulder and escorted her out of the room, closing the door behind them.

The two walked down the hallway to Taylor's green room, and there was one last piece of business Taylor had to take care of before the fight. She glanced over at Johnny, walking next to her all studly-like. He was younger than her, almost by three years, but she thought that maybe his youthfulness was one of the things she liked best about him. He wasn't pretentious, he didn't take himself too seriously, and he had an energy that people usually lose with age. She smiled and looked down at her feet.

"Johnny..." She began, slowly. She stopped walking and turned to face Johnny. "I want you to know that I, uh... You're, like, good for me." She began stumbling over her words. She spoken so easily with Akashi, why was she stuttering now! She knew why... "I really like you, and I'm glad I met you, and... This it like a really weird time in my life. I feel like a lot is happening and a lot is changing and I feel real for the first time in my life. It's tough to explain, so... I won't really try. But... you're a part of how I got here... and...thanks."

She put her hands against his chest and leaned into him. "I couldn't have done what I've done... I wouldn't have... without you. And... I can't do this next part without you either. Um..."

There was something else she wanted to say there, but the words wouldn't form in her mind. She stalled, bit her bottom lip, and looked up at Johnny. "Oh, fuck it." She blurted and grabbed Johnny's head and pulled him down into a deep, passionate kiss. She pressed her body against his until they were pressed against the wall, wrapped one leg around behind his. She'd never wanted a kiss so badly, and it felt like the greatest kiss of her life.

Johnny wasn't completely oblivious as he walked down the hallway with Taylor. He was a little nervous too, actually. It was the biggest day of her life and he was happy to be there for her and to see it but part of him wished he was in there kicking some ass right along side of her. When she stopped, he grinned widely at her.

He watched her struggle for the words. He knew what they were. He felt the same way, kinda.He didn't even try and speak through Tatylor's jostling attempts to form sentences. He hung back and when she pushed forward and kissed him, he lifted her up, held her tight and kissed her deeply, allowing him to be pressed between Taylor and the wall and feeling her hook an arm around his leg.

He exhaled through his nose loudly, breathing in so he could focus all his attention on the kiss. It made him feel light headed in such a elating way.

He tangled with her lips and tongue for a solid minute before easing her off him and looking down at her with a bright grin.

"It's cool, man." He said, trying to be nonchalant. It was hard in this particular situation. "Anything you wanna say, you'll say it in the ring, right babe?" He then smiled brightly and leaned in to give her a quick peck on the lips, grabbing her hand and squeezing it, letting his face stay close to hers, his blush deep. "I'll be out in the crowd." He said softly.

"And, uh, yeah, and junk."

He stepped away from her and shoved one hand into his jeans pocket, walking down the hall as he waved with his other hand.

"If not for you, I'd just be some punk trying to pick up chicks at wrestling matches, so, it's all good. Ja ne, Taylor-chan!"

Taylor giggled as they separated. "Damn, Johnny, you're so cool." She loved how casual he was after their epic makeout session. Unconsciously she began bouncing on the balls of her feet. She didn't say anything back to Johnny, just grinned and watched him and his hazel eyes until he turned to leave.

"No you wouldn't." Taylor called after him. "Bye. See you in a little while."

As Johnny left, the reality of the situation began to hit her. There was no way out now, in just a few minutes she was going to be in the ring fighting for everything she'd worked for, everything that mattered to her. She knew there was a good chance she could get hurt or beaten down badly, but... she was okay with it. She could take it. She was sure, though, there was no doubt in her mind that she was going to leave that arena with another win on her record. And a belt, that was definitely a perk.

She ran to the wall, planted a foot on it and kicked up into a neat backflip, then threw herself into a no-handed cartwheel and took off skipping the rest of the way to her green room. She began dancing and stretching and shadowboxing and couldn't stop grinning the whole time. She felt good. She felt alive.

The production assistant poked his head in again. "Five minutes Taylor."

"Okaythankyousomuch!" She blurted and bounced over to the door. "Rightnow? CanIgorightnow?"

The assistant stopped her. "Five minutes." He said with a smile and walked off.

What the hell was she going to do for five minutes?

After the Entropy title match was all said and done, Adrian Kytes was backstage, watching as Taylor was awarded a title belt. It would be so easy... to just ruin it for her. Run in, use the contract, take the title. Take something from her like she took from the cosplayer. Snatch her reward straight from under her nose.

"Too Easy..." she thought out loud, standing up straight as she turned off the screen. The cosplayer had other things on her mind than Taylor, bigger fish to fry. Her biggest plan so far was about to be unveiled in front of the world. She just had to make sure everything was in place. Nothing could be left to chance.

Cecilia's match had finished a while ago, so far, several matches had followed, a great victor it seemed, for the Avengers, for herself and joy had been brought to her friends, not just winning the contracts, but Clyde seemed to be back, and it made Cecilia quite happy know that Heather would be so happy about it, and it made her happy to know that Clyde was alright now, it was a joyous night and one that she wouldn't forget, while she did have the great joy of beating Brittany and winning her contract for the Hardcore belt, gotta cash this in as soon as i get the chance... Cecilia thought to herself.

The Queen of the North was walking down the hallways, as she had just gotten bandaged up, nothing serious or anything like that, just a few cuts and stuff like that, her head was bandaged up, but it was fine really, she did have a destination to go to though, and she needed to make it there, she couldn't agree that she had been a big fan of what Adrian had told her of the plan, but she kinda did like the idea to let out some more of her anger, Brittany hadn't really been enough.

While Heather hadn't faced Gatt, Cecilia was still kinda pissed that she had gone after her like that, and she did have to admit that she felt a bit betrayed, she didn't have a STRONG lust to go up to Heather and yell at her, or anything like that, thankfully Brittany had been enough to quell most of it, but that lingering anger was still there, and she did at least think that this plan was gonna make it go away....maybe.

Cecilia walked up to what was now the Avengers locker room, where Adrian would most likely be sitting, Cecilia knocked on the door a few times, before entering in and looking around, "Addy!" Cecilia said as she walked in with a big smile, briefcase with the contract in it was in her hands, " I WON ! and Congratulations!"

"Huh?" Adrian looked as someone knocked on the door. Only to jump up and rush who turned up with a tackle hug. Hopefully Cecilia was sturdy enough to withstand a simple glomp from Adrian "Cecccc!" She shrieked happily, locking her arms around the Swede.

"Woooo! Victory buddies!" She exclaimed before letting go and showing Cecilia her contract: still in the envelope "didn't get a briefcase though. Which is kind of a shame, but I don't want to put valuable stuff in it in case I lose it when I cash in." She tried to explain. "But yeah, title probably coming my way..." she breathed, remembering she never told Cecilia which belt it was for. "I was totally cheering for you, but did you have to put her through a ladder? I mean, couldn't you find a table? Would have broken easier... wait, this is Japan: Japanese tables don't break... but neither do British tables, what is it about Island nation tables that make them indestructible? But yeah! Avengers clean sweep and Clyde's back so wooo! All we need now is a forklift and this night is gonna be the best night ever!"

" Gah!" Cecilia let out as Adrian ran up and hugged her, she smiled a little as she felt Adrian hug her, and she hugged her back, she would move one of her hands up to pat Adrian's head, whilst the other kept the hug on the girl, " Hey now ! there are still parts that are sore and hurt you know " Cecilia said with a cute little smile to Adrian.

Cecilia smiled and nodded to Adrian and raised her briefcase, as Adrian showed her her contract, " You looking at the future hardcore champion Addy girl" Cecilia said with a bright smile towards Adrian, as she would give her a little nod," So...Adrian what contract did you get really ? what is it for ? " Cecilia said with an inquisitive smile on her face as she would move in closer and closer to Adrian, raising an eyebrow questioningly at Adrian as she really wanted to know.

" Haha, Well...I was kinda pissed off, you know..You saw the interview right ? " Cecilia said as she looked away, it was true that she didn't have to slam Brittany down on that ladder, if she had been unlucky she could have very well killed Brittany, or the girl could have reversed it somehow and made her crash down on the ladder instead.

" I was cheering for you too Addy, glad you won, and...how it Becks ? her eyes okay ?" Cecilia said as she showed her concern for her friend, " And there was no table left, I put her through both of them" Cecilia said as she put out her tongue as a teasing gesture to Adrian.

" Yeah Clyde's back, and Heats managed to pick up the win...sick match though " Cecilia said with pretty ponderous expression on her face, as she thought about the whole forklift thing and if this was really a good idea, " Adrian...I'm onboard with the plan, but is it really a good idea...I mean...I don't like it that much you know...anything to get on over her but..really ?" Cecilia said as she had her concerns and doubts in the plan, but she would go through it, she had promised Adrian that anything she needed help with she would be there, and that even though she kinda hated the person in question that the plan revolved around, she didn't know if this was the best way to do things.

Adrian backed off as Cecilia inquired as to what contract she got, she knew that Cecilia would probably push her to take the match as soon as the two were a hundred percent. But Adrian... she'd wait trying to face Taylor until she could get over her self doubt, have that conquered before preparing to go against the blue haired menace. "Uh... well, you can probably figure it out." She said nervously, hiding it behind her back and discreetly trying to throw it into her bag. "It wasn't a good one, that's kind of why I kept it a secret, because I thought I could get something better, but... meh, It's better than the tag title." She danced around the subject, moving swiftly to the topic of Rebecca.

"Becks is doing fine! She got nearly all the pepper spray out of her eyes now, seriously: can you believe that? Pepper spray under the ring. Seriously a dick move to whoever put all the weapons under there..." She rambled on "But yeah, she's gonna be more than ready. She's probably looking forward to this more than me. I mean she really hates her. Maybe more than you, no offense."

She then sighed when the Swede raised her concerns, truth be told: she was amazed that Cecilia agreed to go along with this, she did promise but if she said no then well... "Cec... I know you don't like this, I know why you don't like this: I get all of that stuff, you want to go one on one with her, beat her fair and square straight away and that's the end of it. Thing is... if we don't do this now, we're not gonna get our chance.

"She doesn't care if you want an honorable fight or not, she'll agree to fight a rematch but attack you 3 on 1 because she doesn't respect you. And if she wins? She doesn't have to do even that. Just beat up you friends and any potential other friends just because they find it funny. I know you're bitter about the loss, I know how that feels. But this Gatt thing? It's bigger than that. We have to show her that if she wants to rule, she's gotta expect a few rebellions coming her way. If we fight fair, they wont and we'll get slaughtered.

"If you want a match with her, you have to show her first: That you're not one to be fucked with." She said, patting Cecilia on the shoulder "I know you're a good wrestler and way better than her, but she doesn't care. The only thing she gets is beat downs, that's why she never admits that at one point, they might have had her. One beat down, humiliation session, anything like that and it erases all skill that her opponents have in her mind. So that's why we have to do this. There are probably a hundred different ways to do it better, but this plan is a good idea. It'll make her respect us, or at least acknowledge us as threats. Then we can beat her fair and square."

"Cec, if we show her that we can beat her at her own game, take out the entire Gatt Attack, we can force her into giving us fair fights. This thing is just the start, it's no-where near the end and it's not gonna cheapen out your revenge." She explained, hoping her explanation would put her at ease before she heard a buzzing and a song play in her bag.

"Heyy! Good news?" She asked into the small mic after a quick glance of the name. She knew who was calling instantly.

"Everything's in place. Just waiting for the target to move. I'll meet up outside our locker room." came the deep reply over the speaker as Adrian broke out into the most evil grin she could possibly manage.

"Excellent, the night shall soon be ours! Mwahahaha!"

"Addy, cool off the evil laugh." The amazon scolded her over the phone.

"Sorry Becks, I just got excited, that's all..." the cosplayer replied, looking ashamed.

"See you in about 15 minutes."

"Bye!" Adrian said before hanging up. "Come on Cec, It'll feel good, trust me."
