Rena's Sparring Session # 003: (for Kenichi) (complete)

"Ugh!"

Rena was so exultant from her spear connecting that she failed to protect her head against the sudden DDT. While most of her forward momentum had been killed by impacting against Kenichi, her head still hit the mat with enough force to daze her.

She rolled away from Kenichi while clutching her head. "Itte," she yowled, her eyes wincing. "Stupid... careless..."

'In, out. In, out. In, out.'

Kenichi was sore, he had been flipped, slapped, tossed, and now speared to the ground by a girl half his size. If any of the Ryozanpaku masters were here to watch, they would be demanding extra super death training so their 'number one disciple' wouldn't make such amateurish mistakes.

But honestly, this was one of the few fights he could actually say he enjoyed. Rena was so full of life, so respectful of her adversary that she made a wonderful opponent, a worthy rival.

Hell, maybe even a friend.

But for now he had a match to finish, and he pulled himself to his feet, hissing as pain flared in his abdomen, Rena's spear had connected solidly enough to knock him off his feet, so his stomach would probably be sore for a least the rest of the day. In fact, he's not so sure he could take another hit like that to his torso in general

While she is still stunned Kenichi will grab Rena by the shoulders and lift her bodily up off the mat, "Gomen nasai Rena-san," and with that he will extend her right arm and try to throw her over his shoulder with a text book judo Iori.

Rena was in no shape to resist Kenichi's assault. All she could do was yelp as she slammed into the mat with tremendous force.

"Oof..." Laid out on her back, she breathed heavily, arms splayed about her rather helplessly, her breasts rising up and down with each cycle of inhalation-exhalation, her nipples protruding through her sweat-soaked tank top. "Oohhh..."

'Her nipples are... NOW IS NOT THE TIME!'

Fighting hard against his nature as a healthy male, Kenichi will roll Rena into a sitting position and then seat himself down behind her, wrapping his legs around her toned stomache. He will then try to pull her arms behind her and lock them underneath his armpits.

If he can lock this hold in he will both squeeze her stomach with all the might in his legs, as well as pulling back and twisting her arms behind her to try and increase the damage inflicted.

Coming off two big hits didn't help Rena at all in dealing with the submission Kenichi put her in. "Aaahhh!" she screamed, feeling that her arms were about to pop out of their sockets. Her waist fared better due its less vulnerable position and general strength, but it still hurt, making her kick about with her feet as she sought to either wrench free of the hold, or crawl towards a rope.

Rena could buck like the best of them, but Kenichi had her locked into his hold and he knew it. Gritting his teeth he'll tighten his holds, trying to suppress her struggles through sheer might, inadvertently causing his hold to tighten even more and no doubt putting poor Rena into even more pain.

He won't notice the foot reaching towards the ropes though...

"Do you submit?"

"I-iie," Rena refused through gritted teeth, trying to keep herself together. She was in a tight bind and close to her limit.

Her boot desperately clawed for the rope. She missed, missed again and again.

Almost ready to give up, she kicked out. At last her boot landed on the bottom rope. After a second of looking like it would slip, it stayed there.

"Rope break!" she yelled. "Rope break!"

"Rope break!" she yelled. "Rope break!"

Kenichi will growl in frustation, but will let go of her instantly standing up and backing away from her.

He had to marvel at her though, lying there, her large bosom heaving up and down with each gasping breath, her sweat soaked tank top adhering to her torso like a second skin.

Kenichi had suffered through that hold before, and he knew it was incredibly painful, so painful in fact that he had submitted after being held for only a minute.

Rena had lasted five.

Worthy adversary indeed.

Out of respect he'll give her a silent ten count to recover, before he'll try to pick her up and perform a leaping Iori , in which he jumps into the air pulling her with him, and then somersaulting in mid air to slam her body to the mat with his landing on top of her. (Real move, I've seen it performed!)

If it works, it would be a devastating hit for Rena to suffer, but it's power is derived from the complexity of the technique, and there are a lot of things that could go wrong.

Or Rena could recover before the ten count and attack Kenichi...

The wincing Rena clutched at her burning shoulder sockets. Kenichi's hold hurt! Even with her training, it had been a close call on her part.

She rolled towards the ropes and hugged them. She knew Kenichi wouldn't attack her while she was on the ropes. He was too nice. So she reluctantly took advantage of that to buy herself time to recover.

Kenichi pulled her off the ropes quickly enough, though. That necessitated a desperate counterattack on her part.

As he made to pick her up, Rena instinctively grabbed Kenichi's head and then sharply dropped to her knees while pulling him down with her, trying to catch Kenichi by surprise with a jawbreaker upon her shoulder.

One of the advantages of training in martial arts is that you learn to see patterns in the way someone attacks you from the angle of a punch or a kick to the shifting of weight that signals you're about to be thrown. When you can see these patterns then being able to predict or avoid them is facilitated.

But sometimes even though you can see a hit coming, you either notice it too late or there's nothing you can do to stop it.

Like when Kenichi reluctantly pulled Rena off the ropes, she looked like she was in a lot of pain, and she suddenly, explosively grabbed him into a headlock and dropped her knees, Kenichi could see where this would go, and he knew this would hurt.

Life sucks sometimes, neh?

Kenichi's jaw will collide squarely with Rena's shoulder, Drawing a cry of pain from the man and sending him reeling backwards, landing on his back as he clutched his jaw.
