AFW [Winter PPV] promos

The crowd was pumped up as the last match of the night ended with another sexy girl badly beat and even more badly humiliated. It was the last show before the big Winter pay-per-view event and despite the great show the fans were clearly eager for more action and ripe with anticipation for the upcoming Winter card, when suddenly the lights went out...

The fans went quiet with the abrupt darkness, and save for a few whistles all they did was look around befuddled in silence. It took a couple of seconds for the fans to realize what was going on, but as soon as they woke up from their confusion, the crowd exploded with a huge loud cheer, matching perfectly the equally loud fireworks explosion in the entrance area.

The explosive display continued while the song gained momentum and then calmed down, leaving only two fiery volcanos of colourfull lights erupting at the sides of the aisle and The Dream standing up between them with a hand in her hips, a mice on her other hand and a lovely smile on her lips, to make the crowd go insane.

Natalia looked gorgeous as usual, wearing a pair of shiny metallic-looking silver pants that made every curve in her toned legs and perfect ass look even more pronounced. A matching halter top covered her generous bosom, cut high above her fit flat tummy in a way that made it seem as if part of her underboobs were exposed. A pair of high platform higheel silver shoes completed her attire, making Natalia look taller and even more slender than she already was.

The Dream took a sexy walk along the aisle to the ring, taking her time to wave her hand and blow some kisses to the fans. The camera flashes lightened up the arena like a christmas tree, as the chants started and the classic funny wrestling signs of the crazy fans were quickly raised into the air like flags, some in English some in Japanese and some even in Spanish and French.

Natalia slid in the ring quickly, not letting the fans take the good look at her ass that they so badly wanted and moved to the center ring, giggling mischievously as she saw her fans' follies. She raised the mic to her lips to start talking but the noise the crowd was making was so loud that she had to wait for almost a minute before they calmed down.

"Hello AFW fans!!!" The Dream said to receive an ovation as answer. "I can see everybody is quite excited with the up coming PPV... And you should since the card is pretty awesome and it has the added benefit of including...moi!" she continued covering her mouth to giggle at her own lack of modesty.

"I can also sense that there is...a lot of...Tension and Friction in the locker rooms. You know?" she said smiling at her own pun. "You have seen the promos and all the insults, anger and frustration poured...it is...sad" The Dream made a pause to nod as she looked at the camera that was projecting her cute face on the huge titantron screens.

"I'm not going to join them in this...trash talking contest..." the blue-eyed cutie started again with a proud look on her lovely face. "I have nothing to say but good things about all the girls that will be fighting in this upcoming event. They are all awesome!!!" Natalia added lowering the mic to be cheered again and then quickly raised it to her lips to quickly add. "Not as awesome as moi...but still awesome in their own way."

"Even my opponent for this PPV...this..." Natalia then tapped her chin with one finger twisting her mouth as if she was sunk in deep thought for a couple of seconds. "...this... Some other girl whose name I can't happen to remember..." she finally said with an innocent smile. ^_^

"She is awesome too!!! They wouldn't book her against me if she wasn't!!!" The Dream would conclude, taking now a long pause to walk around the ring a little and change her pose.

"But that is not what I came to talk about tonight..." Natalia said taking a slightly more serious tone. "You have surely also noticed all the commotion these envelopes they been handling to some of the girls been causing...and are surely wondering if I got one too." she lowered the mic and took her time to let the tension build and hear the crowds loud reaction.

"Well...the short answer is... No... I didn't" Natalia said sounding almost sad to be followed by a chorus of boos and angered yells, as she hung her head down for a few seconds, to slowly raise it back with a devilish smile. "I got something better..." she just said to make the crowd go from booing to cheering wildly in an instant. She then produced an folded letter from the waistline of her pants that had been almost completely hidden by her belt.

"It is not a promise for some silly match... Or a random chance for a title I deserve anyway... ... It is a contract." She said as she raised the letter up in the air. "A contract for what you ask... Well... You have probably heard the rumors all over the internet already..." the dark haired beauty explained as the crowd slowly got louder and louder, apparently many of them already knew what she was talking about.

"And let me tell you... It. Is. True." The crowd now erupted again in a wild shower of cheers and Natalia had to yell the last words in order to be heard. "THE DREAM IS GOING TO THE SILVER SCREEN!!!" Natalia concluded, waving her movie contract over her head happily as the fans celebrated.

The AFW announced the introduction of a new title at the start of Avalanche, the AFW winter PPV. The AFW Entropy title will be defended every month, with the title holder choosing her challenger and the challenger choosing the match type. The title was introduced as a way of recognizing up and coming talent not yet in contention for the Friction title. The title will be first awarded to the winner of Taylor Parker vs Natalia "The Dream" later in the night.


Friction champion Akashi Tanikaze took to the ring to issue a challenge to long time rival and friend Sarah Gatt. Each has a win and a loss against the other, and this match would settle all questions of who is the better wrestler.

"I want you to look me in the eye and shake my hand after we're through, got it?" Said the champ. "...I'm giving you everything you could possibly want, Sarah-san...Now let's see if you can come get it!"


Following a cowgirl-themed preliminary match, Hentai champion Belinda LeRoux announced that due to other commitments, she would vacate her Hentai title. As of yet it is unclear who will compete for the title.


Cecelia Northman (3-2) showed her sadistic side on the way to a brutal victory over Brittany "The Viper" Luvve (0-3). The two fought to the outside where Brittany hit Cecelia several times with a folding chair, only to have Cecelia turn the tables and repay her in kind. A stomach-turning powerbomb from the top rope onto a flattened out ladder put an end to Brittany's night, and from there Cecelia had an easy time grabbing the Hardcore title match contract and the win.


In a somewhat questionable decision by Lukretia Von Creuzfeldt, the names of the five Friction tag teams were arranged on a wheel to randomly select the next challengers for the title. After Friction tag sweethearts Summer and Winter spun the wheel, it settled on the Draconic Demons, Eladra Kanzaki Stone and Lucilia Stone, who will be making their debut against seasoned tag champs Eclipse.


Veteran tag wrestler and pop idol Tomomi Watanabe (2-3-1) dominated undefeated Adrian Kytes (6-0) for much of the night in a match that should have been cut short due to some interference by hot-headed giant Rebecca Tomko. Lucky for Adrian, the officials seemed to be willing to let anything slide to avoid a DQ finish. Quick thinking and pepper spray were enough to save the idol from Rebecca, but a miraculous comeback late in the match put Adrian in control and she wasted no time putting Tomomi away with a very dangerous Canadian Destroyer. Her win earned her the contract for a shot at the Entropy title against rival Taylor Parker.


Bitter enemies Heather Sunderland (4-1) and Kelly "The Ghoul" Conway (3-5) met in a spectacular, back and forth battle that tested the resolve of both competitors. Through nearly twenty minutes of steel chairs, thumbtacks, acrobatics, and a near constant stream of verbal brutality, the two fought until they found themselves on the very top of the steel cage surrounded by a ring of fire. Kelly seemed content to torture the high flyer any way she could, but Heather took advantage of Kelly's overconfidence and sent her plunging down to the ring below. She followed with a near suicidal Sundersalt and pinned her opponent for what may be the most important win of her career.

Shortly thereafter, Heather was joined by her boyfriend Clyde Gastin, recently discharged from the hospital, for what was a touching and emotional reunion. It seemed that their recent struggles had finally come to an end, and maybe now the two AFW sweethearts can enjoy some much needed down time.


Taylor Parker (4-3) put on the performance of her career against the very savvy grappler Natalia "The Dream" (8-3-1). From the moment the bell rang, Taylor used her tremendous speed to keep her opponent on the defensive, and demonstrated some improved grappling skills to earn the first submission of the night, via flying armbar.

Natalia quickly gained the advantage after the second bell, and chained together several painful holds while Taylor found herself totally unable to even slow her down. Natalia quickly earned her first submission with a tight head scissors that left Taylor unconscious on the mat.

Taylor rallied in the third fall for a strong start that seemed to take Natalia by surprise. Though she fought hard, Natalia was overwhelmed. Taylor forced her to tap out with a spine-wrenching crossface hold to become the very first AFW Entropy champion.


The night climaxed in a long awaited rematch between Friction champ Akashi Tanikaze (11-6-1) and her dangerous arch rival Sarah Gatt (11-3-1). With her title on the line, and an even record of 1-1 against Gatt, Akashi didn't give up an inch and fought with all the intensity that has made her famous. Somewhat unexpectedly, though, she showed a very uncharacteristic lack of focus at times, taunting her opponent throughout the match.

The match was evenly contested, though it could easily be said that Akashi kept the upper hand through most of it. Her relentless pounding eventually fractured several of Sarah's ribs, but Sarah showed the toughness and resilience and power that have made her a feared opponent for anyone in the league when she floored the champ late in the match with a heavy right hand to the jaw. Akashi was out cold while Sarah applied a pin for the three count, bringing an end to a very hard fought, exhausting, and memorable match.

Since winning the title in November of 2010, only two of Akashi's six matches have been title defenses. She has recently teamed up with close friend Taylor Parker to chase after the tag title. Perhaps her title reign could have been extended with some single-mindedness, the sort of focus that characterizes long-reigning champions. She remains a fan favorite, a powerful wrestler, and a fierce competitor, however, sadly, she is a champion no more.

As the Akashi Tanikaze era of Friction ends, the Sarah Gatt era begins. The brawler's ruthless, vicious ways have earned her few friends beyond her own gang of thugs, though it's worth noting that Akashi herself is one. While Akashi's title reign was characterized by honor and respect, the spirit of competition, Sarah possesses none of those qualities. The coming months will tell what sort of champion Sarah Gatt will be.
