Speaking as the one who deals with snow about 4-5 months a year ^_^ I think it would be cool with a winter themed event.

I enjoyed Summer Slam quite a bit, and think it would be cool to do something similar.

I say something big would be cool, have no idea what <img src=

Title matches maybe <img src=

" title="Razz" />

some other from of cool competition, like the wet t-shirt competition, just don't know what that could be in the winter.

of course there are things like and eggnog match, and stuff that could be fun <img src=

The December PPV is a Friction PPV. This would effectively render any males in the PPV the equivalent of Diva wrestlers. I mean if you want to do a bra and panties match go ahead, I guess.

There is some upcoming Tension stuff though that Kel is working on.

Regardless of the gimmick, I'd say write the PPV thing like it's a big deal within the AFW community. The ingredients are the same, matches and rp's, but specifically matches involving currently notable people. A title match or two and top contender matches, then a bit of backstagey-ness and have someone to collect interviews. I like the idea of interviews, it lets someone stretch out with a character in ways that they otherwise wouldn't during the course of the usual interactions ("let's have a good match!", "screw you, you're dead!" etc).

Put it in snow or an australian beach, whatever, but if it can be turned into a tight, cohesive thing I might actually be compelled to read about it. The matchups are for the OP, the interviews are to build interest in the characters so that the matches themselves are more interesting.

I do have to say that I completely agree with you BM, I mean we have certain matches, number one contender, title matches, maybe something special and big, like a large type of match maybe, might be silly, but maybe a battle royal or maybe a .......Gauntlet match!

We compliment those aspects with, interviews and backstage talks and stuff like that, it could end up really interesting and quite compelling to read and be a part! ^_^

So Great thing to bring up BM! ^_^ Thumbs up!

Dammit Bluemouse, stop saying what I want to say.

But yeah, this things needs to be hyped up a lot, love the idea of doing a series of interviews, maybe one per match. Plus there could be a few more 1 post promos like the one I did to hype up matches/events and provide a handy recap for people reading it as to what is going on without having to spend hours looking through everything to get the point.

What could be a good way of introducing any new or newish Friction characters (need to nudge Jess into Friction me'thinks). Also this may be a nightmare to organise and run but....what about a four - six girl hentai battle royale?

I think I forgot to mention, but since this is supposed to be a single ppv and not a collection of separate things that happen separately, organize the threads into a single timeline, list links in a sticky at the top of the ppv board. If one were so inclined, one could then read the whole ppv start to finish, even if they're being written concurrently with each other and whatnot.

I think for things like this, too, less is more. Maybe 3-4 matches total, one of which for a title, and a bunch of other stuff. Think in terms of it being an actual ppv.

I totally agree with Bluemouse, and stuff, but I have to put in a crazy idea.

If everyone is together on this, I think it could work very well.

A top ten ranked members of Friction, have a gauntlet match, to determine the next number one contender or something ^_^
Or maybe for a number one contendership for another Title then the main one.

Of course Gauntlet match thing could turn into any kind of match, Hentai gauntlet match maybe ? ^_^

or something else, don't know, just think that a Gauntlet match is something big that we could defiantly do.
