Cecilia Northman vs Robbo Easter

The lights dimmed and the crowd went silent as the attention turned to the ramp and AFW wonderwall as it exploded into life with a cacophony of flashing lights and pictures of Tension's new British import Robbo Easter appeared on screen. As the opening bass line of "Hysteria" by Muse rang out in the AFW complex Robbo appeared wearing a hooded red and white gown before going down on one knee as the announcer came to life:



"Coming from St Helens, England and weighing in at 160 pounds, the Lancaster Bomber, ROOOOB-BOOOOOOOOO EAAAAAASTERRRRRRR!"

As his name was called he sprang up and punched the air with a loud growl as two loud pyros burst into the air. He ran down the ramp and slid into the ring, punching the air to all four corners and to crowd interested in how he will perform tonight as a brand new wrestler in the AFW. He himself was confident and sporting a grin as he took off his gown and ran a hand through his thick red hair. His ring attire was a red pair of tight shorts complete with a pair of MMA gloves which exhibited his toned and muscular physique as he bounced on his toes up and down waiting for his opponent. He was looking forward to seeing who he'd be getting stuck into in his first match, looking around he saw Jess in the front row who stuck her tongue out unpleasantly.

"And now..."

Cecilia Northman had been through quite a bit here in AFW, both in Friction and in Tension, she had made friends and made enemies, she had gotten quite a bit of fun and also some crappy times out of it all, but she was still doing well here in the AFW, being the 8# best ranked wrestler in Friction wasn't a small feat, and it was time for a new match in Tension, and she was apparently going to wrestler another guy, not that she minded it, but it had been quite a few guys as of late, her first match was with Clyde, and that had ended....well okay, her second match with Johnny had gone quite alright, and now she was going to have a match with another guy.


Cecilia was ready for it, as she was getting ready in the locker room, putting on her usual wrestling attire, taking a few deep breaths before walking out into the hallway, and down to the curtains that stood before the ring, she brushed her hand through her shoulder length hair, as she stepped up and waited for her music to start.

The Golden Queen!!! Cecilia! Northman!!!!" The ring announcer shouted out as the blond beauty began to walk down the ramp and make her way to the ring, giving a few waves and slapping a few hands as she made her way to the ringside.

She slid in under the bottom ropes, and walked up to the center of the ring, giving the crowd a few waves before she turned around and gave Robbo a wink before turning and walking to her corner of the ring.

Outwardly Robbo was all smirks and boyish bravado as Cecilia came down the ramp but inwardly the little Robbo inside his head facepalmed and went "oh crap.". Here he was, a newcomer to the big time after small time promotions and suddenly he's facing off with the #8 - and arguably pound for pound best European in the AFW - Cecilia Northman. Surely they could have started him off gently with another newb or one of those silly five way mayhem matches with a bunch of rookies? I mean sure she was a girl but if there was one thing fighting with Jess and other girls was you didn't have to be powerful or even fast but you if you have the nous to stay within touching distance of your opponent throughout the game then you have a chance of winning if that was the case then sheer single bloody mindedness would trump skill any day. Hopefully he could use that to his advantage. Hopefully.

But now he had finally seen Cecilia in the flesh (or at least thats what he thought, he had inadvertently saw her brawling with Taylor earlier when he tried to get into the AFW after party) he couldn't help but give her a long look. The girl who had forged a controversial career in the AFW was now heading right for him and he had to admit she looked absolutely stunning in person. Quietly he was praying she wouldn't be just as lethal in the coming minutes.

Matching Cecilia's wink with sheepish smirk and a wave of his hands as the ref kept a keen eye on keeping the two apart before the bell he wandered back to his corner and did some last minute stretches before he turned to face his opponent who was still across the ring in her corner. "Don't go easy on me pet because I won't with you!" he called, again all bravado as he flashed a competitive grin.

Cecilia smiled a little at her opponent as she watched him, he reminded her of someone she knew along time ago, the red hair and everything was very familiar, almost to familiar, but she decided to put it out of her mind and just enjoy the match, with a newbie, she herself hadn't been a part of AFW for that long herself, just a month or two by now, with so much happening it was hard to tell.

Cecilia smiled at Robbo as she walked up to the center of the ring, with one hand on her hip, and the other hanging down as she raised it for a pleasant handshake, "Hey, names Cecilia, Cecilia Northman...nice to meet you" Cecilia said with a friendly smile and a wink, putting the thoughts about him looking familiar out of her head, as she decided to try and be nice to the newbie, he was a little cutie, and he sure wasn't to shy it seemed.

Although was it right to play around with the newbie in that manner that she was thinking about, maybe she would wait a little with that, maybe until they get to know each others styles a little more, she wasn't really sure if she was tied down yet so having some fun could be good, but still not yet, this kid would have to wait a little longer for that, " Don't worry, I don't go easy to often!" Cecilia said with a little giggle as she looked over at him with those lovely red eyes of hers.

Robbo stepped out of his corner as soon as he saw Cecilia move, the Brit was a little wary of the pleasant smiles and the outstretched hands as half the time they usually concealed a haymaker or one of Jess's patented superkicks. Cursing the amount of times he fell for Jess's crap he leant forward slightly and took the hand in his (or at least attempted to) and if it was indeed genuine shook it. He looked up and saw the smile and the wink and while the smile was genuinely friendly there was a glint in her eye; quietly confident with a hint of possibly relentless pain lying ahead. And her shake was firm almost deliberately so.

Perhaps that was the case but he had lots to bring to the table himself so for the moment he focused on the cute sexy Swede as he released the handshake he crossed his arms and smirked as he listened to her. "Robert Easter but you can call me Robbo" he grinned with a wink of his own, "really, really sorry about this love but I'm gonna have to kick y'arse tonight!" he said bluntly as he watched her eyes roll over him like someone inspecting a model. Now that was a complement.

Anyhoo, now was the time for the match as he stepped backwards into a grappling posture, waiting for the bell as he kept his eyes on hers as he stared intently "lets kick off!"

Cecilia smirked a little as she looked on at Robbo, her handshake was genuine, there was no ill intent yet from Cecilia, she usually went out either cocky or friendly in the beginning of a match, and it seemed that this time it would be friendly, she smiled a little as he spoke, and she could tell he was looking her over, it was slightly flattering, but she never really did just get used to it, it always felt good to have some one look her over.

But his words made her giggle a little, and smile at him, her red eyes staring deeply into his, as she said quite friendly, " Hope you mean that, because that means I can go all out tonight, and honey I'm not as easy to beat as you might think" Cecilia said as she took a step back and raised her arms, moving herself into a grappling stance, "Well Robbo....mind If I call you Robby instead, cause then I can call you Robby the Robot" Cecilia teased him a little as she stared deeply into his eyes.

Ding Ding Ding, The Bell sounded and Cecilia took of, moving in to try and lock him in a collar and elbow tie up, and then try and push him back, even by guy standards Cecilia was pretty darn strong and would usually pressure some of the strong guys as well, but still she had to feel Robbo out a little and see if he was any good or not, before deciding about how she was going to play things in this match.

Robbo or shall we say Robby tch'ed and rolled his eyes at his new name, what is it with these people? Trying to get under his skin and wind him up?! He shook his head slowly and said "I can't say no can I?" As he stared back. He wasn't ruffled by the remark but he smirked as he got a feel for how the Golden Queen would be playing the mental game. He looked back just as intently and he didn't want to drop a point.

As the bell went he moved forward and saw what Cecilia wanted to do and being an obliging male with pride he took her head on as they tied up but bloody hell was she stronger than he thought as she pushed him back two or three steps, Robbo having to step back down low to get the power to halt her advance. The crowd cheered Cecilia and jeered Robbo a bit as they saw the her stamp her mark on the match very early on.

This wouldn't do. He didn't come thousands of miles from the UK to get pushed out of the ring. "I see yer strong goldielocks but...are you stronger?" He growled as he surged up and forward wanting to reverse her gains and show her he had some power up his sleeve as well. As he was pushing he felt and watched closely to see what Cecilia would do next, he two was trying to plan two or three moves ahead and he wanted the cut of her jib before he started to open up..

Cecilia raised an eyebrow at this question, "Ehmm well you can, otherwise i wouldn't have asked" she said as she put out her tongue, she did think there was something about him, but it was probably nothing, as she looked on and wondered a little.

When the lock up began she could feel that she was overpowering him, the loud cheers she got from the crowd worked like fuel to her as she pushed, Robbo wasn't to shabby though managing to hold his own against the Golden Queen of the North, still she had her pride as well, and she wouldn't let him push her back, she had to show him that she wasn't 8# ranked for nothing, as she was going to be giving him one hell of a first match, in AFW.

Cecilia her his little words and snickered, "ngh..You'll see Robbo!" Cecilia said as at first when he pushed back harder she was forced back a step, before she began to push and move forwards, bringing out her A-game here, as she would push and groan as she tried to get him back, before she just decided to drop it, and pull herself back wards, trying to fall backwards to the mat and land on her back, as she would try and pull Robbo along and throw him over her.

Robbo wasn't having it as she pushed back and harder than before but this time he was ready and more importantly had traction in his quest to stop her advance and push her back. He grunted in reply as he pushed against her in what was turning out to be an evenly matched contest. He was even gaining on her as he started to get a step rythmn going as he pushed..or so he thought as he looked just to his right and then his left. She was gripping him harder than usual and that was a very bad siiIIIIIIIGGN!...*thump*

The monkey flip was as violent as it was sudden as he was pushed and then flung head over heels. No power game needed here just a simple change in step, a gentle tug and let gravity do the rest. Robbo went head over heels and landed on his arse near the ropes but was immediately turning around and getting up on one knee in case Cecilia was following up with something.

He smirked and let out a "heh" as he eye'ed the Northern Queen. She was good, well worth her ranking and she was going to be even more pleasure to beat. This was going to be a long match...

Cecilia smirked a little as she managed to throw him over, as she then went on to roll over to her stomach and quickly get to her feet, keeping her smirk as she watched Robbo, get up to his knees, she couldn't help but shot a wink at him, trying to show him that she enjoyed things so far and that she was hoping that she would enjoy the rest, but then she figured that a wink can't really convey such a message, "Keep it up new guy, and you might find yourself reaching for the tops very soon" Cecilia said, maybe with a hint of a tease in her tone, but that didn't meant that she didn't mean it.

Cecilia stood up before him and raised her arms and got into a grappling stance yet again, eying Robbo up and down, to see if there was any weak spots she could see, she made her way up to Robbo, she knew now exactly what was her strong suite now, and she knew what to stick to in order to win, but not every match was about winning, some were about fun, and some were about beating up the opponent until they screamed and pleaded for mercy.

Tonight would most likely be one of the first two for Cecilia, the last one she saved for a special someone, but still, Cecilia would kindly wait for Robbo to get up, at least allow him that courtesy for now, but she would be vigilant for an attack from the red head.
