Ninja vs Amazon : Rebecca vs Asami

That moonsault may have hurt the ninja but the Amazon wasn't doing much better, 120lbs smacking against her face could keep even her down for long enough for Asami to move to her next move. Asami's heels driving themselves into Rebecca's sculpted abs. The impact shaking some of the dizziness from the moonsault off as she slowly started to get back up, alternating between holding her stomach and her head.

For her part, Asami waited for Rebecca to get to her feet. The ninja had to admit, this was going pretty well. She guessed if she could keep her larger foe on the defensive, she'd have this match won with a minimum of fuss. Perhaps even even get her that 'Amazon Tamer' rep she looking for. The thought made her grin to herself.
Once Rebecca was up, the ninja would come from the Amazon's left side, looking to put her in a side head lock, while facing one of the corners.
After giving a loud yell and raising a fist to the crowd, she would then then run at the turnbuckles, still holding onto Rebecca. The ninja would then run up the ropes and attempt to push off of the top one while turning around, looking to deliver a springboard bulldog to Rebecca.

It all seemed to be going the ninja's way. She ran and bounced off the ropes, holding onto the amazon as she reached the peak of her jump only to find herself suddenly stopped mid-air.

Rebecca had planted her feet down firmly, her arms holding onto Asami's waist for dear life as she held her in the air, turning back around before dropping backwards, hoping to catch her opponent with a nasty backdrop. The past two moves had taken a lot out of her, but the ninja would have to work a lot harder to earn the title of "Amazon Tamer"

Asami's flight of fancy was interrupted as her graceful bulldog stalled out in mid-air.
"Huh? Wait, nononono!" Asami called as the Amazon held her suspended in the air before executing the backdrop, driving the lighter ninja down to the mat with force.
Cradling her head, Asami would roll onto her side with a small groan, if left to her own devices, the thought of 'taming' Adrian's bodyguard literally driven out of her head by the force of the backdrop.

Rebecca remained on the mat after pulling off the move, a sense of dizziness keeping her down where she could recover, Asami was definitely a handful and hadn't been deterred at all by her previous loss or the size of the amazon. She had to give her credit: she'd spent a lot longer than she'd liked on the mat while the ninja had been flying around.

Asami would roll onto her hands and knees, shaking her head to try and clear it. She knew she couldn't afford to let Rebecca get a hold of her while she was like this. The ninja would begin to crawl away, slowly headed for the ropes. If she could get to them, Asami would reach up and use them to start getting to her feet, wanting to at least be standing while she tried to shake off the effects of Rebecca's backdrop.

Picking herself up off the mat, made easier with the ropes, was a slow process, but once the amazon was back up, she was difficult to get back down. All she needed to do now was slow Asami down, trying to grab her so she could throw the ninja into the corner. Slow the match down and she could wear away at the ninja's defenses and win slowly but surely.

Asami turned towards Rebecca in time for the bigger girl to catch hold of her. The ninja was sent hurtling towards one of the corners, her back hitting the turnbuckles. Letting out a brief cry of pain she slumped over slightly, one hand going to her back and rubbing it lightly as she wondered how this went downhill so fast.

This was more something the Amazon could deal with, an opponent cornered with no escape, no matter who it was, she could easily wear them down like this, sending a huge openhand chop straight down her chest, if it hit the sound could probably be heard throughout the arena.

Asami's eyes opened wide as she felt the impact of Rebecca's hand hitting her chest. She didn't know about the rest of the arena, but it seemed as if that loud slapping sound was the loudest sound in the world at the moment, followed her her own sharp cry of pain.
The ninja slumped back into the corner, one hand covering her chest as she felt the momentum slipping away from her.
