Jamie Valentine vs Maricarmen Juarez

One moment she was manhandling Maricarmen, having her way with her, the next Jamie was planted headfirst into the mat. All of her weight came crashing down on the top of her head, screwing with her neck and rattling her brain. It felt like someone hit her with a sledgehammer. In the brain.

"Owwwwwwwww..." She moaned, both hands coming up to her head while she twisted and writhed on the mat. She ended up with her knees tucked under her and her forehead on the mat while she tried holding her brain in with her hands.

"What happened?"

Maricarmen rolled off of Jamie and stood up as the other girl flopped around. The luchador rolled her eyes at Jamie's display and looked down. So far, the crowd seemed confused and mostly disinterested. What was the point of seeing two rookies fight if one was basically running around like a fool and the other one seemed just as confused. Maricarmen needed to spice things up a bit. She had to put on a show for the audience and show the management that she was a good acquisition. What she needed to do was show off her skill at entertaining AND in the ring.

She pulled away and ran towards the ropes and bounded off one side, hustling back towards Jamie and as she got closed she would try and grab the girl's head and do a flip and slam Jamie back down tot he ground. That should be fancy enough to get a few claps and certainly it would keep Jamie disoriented, that tiny brain of hers rattling around in that big empty head probably was constantly dazed and confused anyway.

Jamie shook her head and managed to get up to her knees. Her head was still swimming. DDT's sucked... apparently. That was her first time taking one. As soon as she was partly upright, Maricarmen came charging in and flipping over her and stuff, and bam! Jamie's head was planted right back down on the mat. The back of her head hit hard and bounced off, and again she was rolling in pain, her arms clamped down on either side of her head.

She rolled away several times. She was taking a beating, she needed to... do something. Something else. She'd already forgotten about the pain from earlier in the match, so that wasn't bothering her, but her head ached. That wasn't going away. She just had to get it together.

"Why are you doing this?" She wailed. "You bitch!" She pushed herself up on one arm to glare at Maricarmen with glassy, pained eyes. "I don't like you!"

Maricarmen rolled away and hopped up once more. Now she was feeling really good and even got in a move that made the audience clap a bit. She spun around only to see Jamie screaming epithets at her. "Shut up!" Maricamren snapped. "This is a match, if you can't handle it then get out!" The feisty Mexican pointed towards the entrance ramp. Though, she was a little sad that she wouldn't be able to make friends with her first opponent, she didn't particularly like Jamie either. She was a nuisance and a loser and annoying and weak and many other adjectives that Maricarmen was truly surprised were popping into her head.

Either way, she'd had enough. Disappointing as it was for a first match, at least she could count it as a victory. She marched forward and went to kick out Jamie's arm and put her back down tot he mat. Throwing her leg up and continuing it on the path it was headed would be a nice way to set up a leg drop. Falling with her thigh on top of Jamie's already attacked head would be a nice way to finish the punk off. At least, it was the best thing that Maricarmen could think of to do some kind of justice to this farce of a match. Either way, if it hit then she could try and roll up Jamie for a single leg hooked pin.

Jamie watched Maricarmen approach her and stand by her head. She knew what was coming next, and she waited until her opponent was in the air and committed to leg dropping something before rolling away, leaving Maricarmen with nothing to cushion her fall.

She rolled several times until she found the edge of the ring and dropped to the floor on her hands and knees. She sat there for a moment, grimacing and holding her head, until something caught her eye by the ring skirt.

"Oh, hey..." She said to herself and reached out to retrieve her lost yo-yo. It's familiar weight felt good in her hands. She kept it down low and close to her body so that nobody would see it and take it away from her while she slipped her finger through the loop of string at the end. For a moment she forgot all about a match of any sort.

Maricarmen went crashing down onto the mat, her ass hitting the semi-forgiving canvas. She bounced and winced and rubbed her ass, much to the crowd's delight. Thankfully she didn't noticed and even more thankful was the fact that it was more embarrassing to miss than it was painful.

She hadn't even noticed that Jamie had rolled out of the ring until she stood up and looked around. "Eh?" She said and scratched her head. "Maybe she finally got scared enough to leave..." She muttered to herself. She looked to the ref who was over by the edge that Jamie had rolled off of and began to start her count.

"1!"

Maricarmen furrowed her brow and learned over and looked down at Jamie. "Hey!" She called out. "What the heck are you doing?"

There was a brief whizzing sound followed by a percussive smack as with surgical precision Jamie sent her yo-yo squarely into Maricarmen's nose, and she had pulled it back in fast enough that the ref didn't catch it. Which was good, she'd only reacted with it, she didn't have time to think about how using things like a yo-yo to hit your opponent in the face might not go over so well with the officiators. As the thing landed back in her palm, she looked at it like a smoking gun, as if it burned her hand, and quickly dropped it and kicked it under the ring.

She sprung up into a half crouch to just barely peer over the top of the ring apron to see where Maricarmen was and if it was safe to come out. Maybe she'd be mad. Or maybe she was dead, it was a pretty good shot.

Maricarmen impatiently scowled at Jamie as she looked down on her. Mostly literally but perhaps a bit figuratively as well. She was an annoying lot and was tired of this girl's shenanigans. But before she could hurl more words of annoyance she saw something fly at her rather quickly. Before she could duck out of the way, the yo-yo slammed into her nose and caused her to step back and hunch over and grab her nose.

"guuuh!"

She tried to blink away tears and pinched the bridge of her nose to try and ease away the pain. giving Jamie some kind of leeway to get back into the match, even if Maricarmen hadn't moved away too far.

It looked like the coast was clear. Jamie grinned, relieved, and quickly climbed up onto the apron and held onto the top rope. It was kind of disorienting to see her opponent stunned from something that she did. Did she do something right? Maybe. Illegal, though, so maybe half-credit.

She called at Maricarmen and with one reached down to fix her short, tight skirt. "Hey pig farmer, I'm over here!" She waved to her with a big grin under focused, almost sinister eyes.

Maricarmen eased away the stinging and saw that Jamie was on the apron and apparently insulting her. Well, she wasn't exactly wrong about the pig farmer thing. On her grandfather's ranch, he had many pigs and she often helped to farm them in various ways. Still, Jamie couldn't have known that so she gritted her teeth, taking in the insult.

It was kind of foolish, but Maricarmen smirked a bit and lowered her head and charged towards Jamie. She was mostly expecting SOMETHING from the girl but decided she could take the most conservative risk possible and lowered her shoulder to try and drive it into Jamie and knock her off the apron. That should give her the best opportunity to thwart whatever the girl had in mind or at least keep her from falling into something particularly embarrassing.
