IN THE GYM

Kelli wasn't a work out freak, but she was a strong determined girl and would exercise enough so that she could prove herself despite her size.. She was sitting over on a weights machine in the gym, it was pretty quite in there for now... Instead of her wrestling attire, she was wearing tracksuit bottoms and a white tube top.

Shizuka had stealthily followed the girl on the weights machine for a while now. It's time for Kyomu to finally begin...

She walked over to Kelli openly, making sure her footsteps could be heard so her presence was announced, but not forcing it.

"Do you need a spotter?" she asked.

Kelli stopped for a moment, her white tube top dark with sweat and her body was glimmering with perspiration. She stretched her arms a little, she looked pretty cute which was strains cause she was going for quite a few weights.

"I think I can handle it... But I guess one couldn't hurt."

Shizuka smiled. "Arigatou." She took up the proper position, ready to aid Kelli in an instant.

"My name," she introduced herself, "Is Tsuzaki Shizuka. You are?"

"Kelli... Kelli DiVanetti." Although she didn't have an accent, her name sounded Italian.. Kelli at first didn't recognise Shizuka's name because of the tradition of stating family names first.. But as she thought about it, she started to remember.

"Shizuka... I think I've heard about you.. Yeah, messed up that Brandon right?"

"That's me," Shizuka agreed. The memory of the beating she gave Brandon brightened her smile. "I'm pleased to meet you, Kelli. I've heard of you, too. You are famous yourself."

"Really..?" Kelli said sounding a little skeptical but her ego didn't let her say anything.. She'd been here long then Shizuka anyway, but not had such a good start yet. She started to the weights again

Shizuka's smile deepened. "Yes," she assured, playing to Kelli's pride. "You're very good at crushing your opponents in open battle. I admire your strength and fighting skills."

"Thanks.." Kelli said, pushing the weights... "Some think its hard for me cause I'm 'just a girl' or because I'm small... Just makes me work harder and I give some guys a surprise they won't long forget"

"I completely agree with you. Proving our strength to the world at the expense of our doubters... it is fulfilling. That's why," Shizuka posed very carefully, "I would like to ask you something..."
