Swimming Sadie (Open Spar)

Sadie grabbed a hold of her arm as she got to her feet, keeping her eyes on Adrian. "You're pretty good," the Kawaii said as she rotated her shoulder to try and get her arm back up and working. She reached behind her with her good arm and pulled out the hair tie that kept her hair in a ponytail, shaking her head side to side, flinging water from the wet hair. Of course that would be nothing compared to the water still raining down on them.

"Thanks, you sure you're okay though? I mean it's been ages since I've done a cross-armbar, I didn't pull too hard did I?" She asked with concern, backing up into one of the corners to catch a bit of a break. The showers were really starting to get on her nerve now, it was getting harder and harder to keep her hair out of her face.

Sadie smiled at Adrian as she showed her concern. "It's right as...rain." She would respond with a giggle. Yes this was a spar, but Sadie wanted to win it. After waiting a few moments, she would get up and put herself in a mock-martial arts stance with the stereotypical 'Bring it' hand motion.

It probably wasn't Adrian's smartest move to go charging in with all the water, but still, with a smile on her face she ran at Sadie, trying not to trip over in the water while doing so and attempt one of her signature moves, the tilt-a-whirl headscissor takedown. Jumping up to one side hoping Sadie would take the bait and try and grab her to slam her down in the pool, she'd use her momentum to flip helself over shile spinning, trapping Sadie between her thighs. Or she could just look really stupid and fall on her ass if Sadie didn't buy it.

Sadie was glad that she was small. Seeing Adrian jump up as she ran, the kawaii instantly dropped downward so that she laid in water, which she would follow with a roll to the right. She knew she could dodge an initial charge of an attack like that, but if Adrian had a follow-up plan, Sadie could be in a vulnerable position. In case Adrian tries to pick Sadie up, the kawaii will be prepared for a possum small-package pin attempt.

The thing about right and left is that they are completley subjective based around your personal view point. Adrian had made her jump slightly to the right and Sadie had rolled to the right, all well there. However, to Adrian Sadie had rolled to the left meaning that she was now a lot further away from Sadie and nowhere near close enough for a headscissor attempt, so what had planned to be her big move ended with her jumping on the bottom rope, slipping on the wet surface and falling on her back. "Owww."

Sadie's quick reaction proved to be her biggest move yet! Peeking up to see a fallen Adrian, the kawaii lunged at the opportunity. Running on all-fours to Adrian, Sadie splashed water everywhere before doing a small body splash onto the cosplayer. Hooking the farthest leg, Sadie would begin the pin. "1!..." she would shout if she could successfully lock it in.

Adrian let out a small "oof" as the Kawaii jumped on her, hooking her leg. It was the second time the little Beatles fan had got her shoulders down in such a short period of time, but this time she hadn't left herself open to any obvious counters. The splash wasn't enough even with Adrian dazed after the fall so she reserved her energy and aimed to kick out as powerfuly as she could after the count of two.

Sadie felt herself tossed up after she had a convincing two-count. The kick-out was enough to roll her passed Arian's head, but not enough to discourage her. She would quickly try and grasp Adrian's head under her arm while they were both grounded. If Sadie can lock in the hold with what little muscle she has, the kawaii will start to apply pressure to Adrian's neck!

"Ow, ow, ow!" Adrian winced as Sadie began to apply pressure in her head lock. She hadn't quite got it in position for a guilotine choke which was a good thing but it still hurt. If she good just get the both of them standing, even in the headlock she should be able to suplex her over head but this spar was getting a bit too tiring for Adrian, if it continued like this she'd probably just conceed before she ended up pulling something, badly.
