Question about BBCode

I'm trying to create a link for my signature to take anyone to the wrestlers I RP as. I want to be able to either have a picture that links to the fighter or text, how would I go about doing this?

[ url=link to thread][ img]your image link here[ /img][ /url]

or

[ url=link to thread]your wrestler's name here[ /url]

closing all brackets and spaces within the brackets of course.

The lack of code tags in this thread disappoints me.
