Sarah Fortune vs. Sayuki Akisawa

Fortune would keep her own stance locked in, her hands balled into tight fists in front of her. Slowly she would start to circle towards Sayuki, looking for an opening, a way to attack. Finally, as she closed in on her, she would grow impatient, and suddenly lunge at her, aiming two quick jabs towards her chin...and provided they both hit, she would then crouch low and come up for a big uppercut at her.

Sayuki watched her opponent carefully as she was sure not to allow Sarah to gain the upperhand. And this time her patience paid off as she manage to read out her opponent's two jabs as she backed off to avoid the two hits and when Sarah lowered herself, Sayuki saw the intentions coming as she would then try to step away from the punch towards Sarah's side where she would then try to deliver a snap kick to her gut.

Sarah would whiff on her twin jabs, and then take the quick kick to her gut. Again she would double over forwards, eyes bulging as she grabbed at her stomach, left open for attack again...

With Sarah doubled over, Sayuki would then raise her hands, clasping them into one ax handle as she would then aim for Sarah's spine and drive the double ax handle fist into it. Sayuki hoped that this would give more time to weaken Sarah enough for her to pull off more impactful moves and hopefully slow her at the same time...

The axe handle would hit the bounty hunter dead in her spine, forcing another cry from her lips as she dropped down to her hands and knees...

Bringing down the tough opponent, Sayuki would catch her breath as she would then try to grasp the closest arm of Sarah and pull it up. If she was successful Sayuki would then execute a favorite tactic of hers and deliver a snap leg kick aimed for the armpit to continue her strategy of weakening the limbs of Sarah.

Sarah shivered slightly as Sayuki pulled her arm upwards. She began to try and weakly tug her arm away, buuut....the snapping kick would strike right into her arm, causing her to issue another cry of pain.

After delivering the kick, Sayuki would then put her foot on the shoulder of Sarah and try to drive it into the mat by pushing it down, hoping to further wear down the pirate girl.

Sarah looked to be in a rough place, Sayuki with the obvious advantage as she continued to stretch out that arm, forcing her shoulder into the mat...for the moment at least, the redhead couldn't fight back, groaning in pain as she closed her eyes slowly.

Sayuki had succeeded in weakening the arm of Sarah, which she thought would help her in the long run of things and hamper the girl's ability to pull off any power moves that could change the shape of the match. Now she would realize that the biggest problem that Sarah gave was her speed, as Sayuki looked over to the legs as she plotted a way to clip her speed. Sayuki would release Sarah's arm thinking that she was weak enough to switch targets as she would then try to grab Sarah leg, foolishly thinking that Sarah was in no position to counterattack...
