Past Mistakes (Cirno vs Masane)

"2 3 4!!!" A band member shouted before the stage lights blinded the crowd, and Brunch's Imagine started to play. Once the lights faded out, Masane was standing in place in the middle of the stage. The crowd erupted into cheers as the brown haired karateka stood before them. She had recently taken on the responsibility as the leader of White Gale, and tonight she needed to prove she was strong enough for the job.

She suddenly rushed down the stage as fast as she could before suddenly diving straight through the ropes, and landing in a tuck and roll, sliding into the middle of the ring on one knee. She looked to the side at the crowd before standing up slowly, and took a slow deep breath before walking to her corner. Tonight would be her first of no doubt many fights against the warring faction. She couldn't pull any punches here. She had to show that she would not be an easy woman to take down. Needless to say, she was a bit nervous as her music began to die down.

It was quiet after a while and it didn't seem like the staff was starting a new theme song. When some of the other staff members went backstage to check on Masane's opponent, a small kawaii stepped out and walked past them, still no theme song was given because they had none for her, the only thing which echoed through the arena were the loud footsteps of the kawaii.

Despite Masane being in the ring, Cirno was looking through her, as if no one was there. She gripped her large gloves with the (9) symbol on the back of them, the same symbol which was on her boots, there was some kind of sword attached behind her back, it looked like a very big ice cream stick with a modified handle.

When she was close to the ring, she was stopped by the referee and was asked to hand her the weapon, bringing her hand behind her back to grasp the hilt tightly and unlocked it from it's shaft, removing the holster of the blade from aroun her body and handed both the weapon and the holster to the referee, then she rolled into the ring and got up onto her feet, finally her eyes stared up at Masane, watching her with a calm glance. So this was the successor of Seraphim... Somehow it didn't matter to her anymore, she didn't care, they would all make the same mistakes, she had to stop them before any more got hurt by her own faction's offense.

No words were given to Masane, only a glance, walking to the opposite turnbuckle to stand infront of it, gripping her gloves and patiently waiting for the match to start.

Despite her being ready, the crowd was question whether this was a fair match, Cirno might have the equipment of the warrior.. But her looks and length.. She was definitaly a kawaii wrestler.

Masane blinked when she saw she was fighting a kawaii wrestler, and watched as she took off her weapons and handed them to the ref. She watched her as she walked to the opposite corner, and stood ready to fight. She had no idea who this girl was, nor did she know of her past. All she knew was that she couldn't afford to look weak.

She may be small, but she could also have a trick or two up her sleeve. She had to be careful.

Cirno double checked her gloves, making sure she was ready to fight and then when the bell rung.. The Kawaii ran towards Masane in an instance, not taking any detours or feigning attacks or even defending, she went straight up towards the older and taller girl, her hands came up, and if Masane was going to comply, she would lock up with the girl and immidiatly push forward with all her might.

Masane braced herself as Cirno rushed at her.. as she moved in, she'd try to stop her rush in with a palm aimed for her gut. Masane wasn't typically a grappling kind of girl, and relied more on strikes then anything.

Cirno made no attempt to defend herself and took the palm straight into her gut, some of the crowd flinched cause they immidiatly thought it would be over, the kawaii was brought dead on her tracks. Suddenly her hand took a hold of Masane's wrist, trying to keep it close while her other hand grippd into a fist, lifting it up and tried to send a vicious uppercut to Masane's chin, she needed to keep the girl close to her.

Masane was surprised when the kawaii didn't even take a step back from the potentially debilitating blow, and instead grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her in. She tried to lean her head out of the way as Cirno tried to uppercut her jaw, and then tried to send a hard knee into Cirno's gut while she was still right in front of her. "HMPH!"

The second strike to her gut finally made Cirno release Masane and take a step back, a soft yet audible sigh came out of her before she inhaled fresh air back into her lungs. She didn't tend to the sore spot in her gut. Instead she went back to Masane and tried to slam her fist straight into the girl's stomache, wanting revenge for those two strikes.

Masane would sidestep out of her corner to get out a potentially dangerous situation, although as she sidestepped, she took a glancing blow to her waist. She winced a little, but continued to circle until her back was facing the middle of the ring, and started to back off a couple of steps.

Cirno stalked after Masane, not allowing her to get too far away from her, the girl was taller to her, so that means her strikes were also better ranged. She allowed Masane to step to the middle of the ring without any other attacks, though suddenly she rushed in again and tried to slam her knee right into Masane's stomache again, gripping her fist as she already had a plan if the girl would dodge or block it.
