[The Challenge] Alair vs Sophia

Alair off course did not follow up, she had seen how Sophia acted, only taking a step back and away from the girl, allowing her to fall onto the mat by her own weight and the uppercut that had caused it, quietly staring down at her while the referee came to check up on her, Alair seemed calm even now, slowly crossing her arms underneath her chest.

Sophia let out a small groan from her lips as the referee checked up on her, slowly opening her eyes again. She tried to sit back up and shook her head to get rid of the cobwebs. She motioned the ref to stand back as she tried to stand up, her legs slightly shaky, but nevertheless, got back to her feet. The two blows she received have been hard ones, and even though the damages caused hasn't be physically shown, it surely did a lot of damage to her mental state, her mind rattled from each of the blows. After shaking her head once more, she got back into her defensive boxing stance, and approached Alair again without a word.

When Sophia was back up and advancing towards her again, Alair would run forward again, straight towards Sophia like an arrow, she extended her arm once she was close enough despite being a few steps away, swinging her forearm forward and tried to slam it hard against Sophia's chest.

Sophia saw Alair's simple attack, but she didn't have time to dodge it, so instead, with her arms in front of her, she blocked it with her two forearms. The force was strong, forcing her to take a step back with a grunt, but she suddenly tried to grab her opponent's hand and twist it in a wrist lock, before trying to move around and immobilize that arm with a hammerlock.

This was unexpected, Alair was pretty sure Sophia could not block suck a attack but perhaps she had underestimated the girl, her hand clenchd into a fist when it was twisted, finally the girl showed that she was in pain, her right eye closed tightly, forced to bend over while the hammer lock had her in place, though she still trying to yank her arm free.

Sophia tried to keep the hammerlock firmly in place so Alair would have her movements restricted and allowing the girl to recover from the recent blows she suffered. However, she realized that her opponent have the greater strength, and soon, her hand that was trapping Alair's arm was starting to shake and budge from its position. Before the girl could break free from the hammerlock, Sophia would kick one of Alair's inner knee to send her down to one knee in a stunning attempt. She would then quickly take a step back, before sending a vicious kick at the back of her opponent's head to send her down onto the mat.

Alair went with Sophia's positioning, she broke her arm free from Sophia's grasp but was forced onto one knee, her eyes went to their corners so she could see what Sophia was doing and the kick came straight at her, however she immidiatly ducked lower so the leg sweeped over her though she'd quickly tried to lift herself up the moment her head was between Sophia's legs, trying to get onto her feet with Sophia on her shoulders, holding onto the girl's thighs.

" C'est fini! "

Alair yelled out in French, trying to fall onto her knees while pulled Sophia's legs forward, trying to slam the girl's face and body straight down onto the mat!

Sophia's eyes widened when her kick had missed, and at such a perfect opportunity as well. "W-Woah!" She yelped out in surprise as Alair lifted her up onto the girl's shoulders, a bit frightened at the position she is in, before she can see herself falling forward. "N-No!" She screamed out, bracing herself, before the front of her body slammed hard onto the mat. She laid there motionlessly, only letting out a small groan muffled by the mat, and if enough time had passed, she would start to move her hands and clutch her face and stomach in utter pain.

Alair wouldn't waste any time after she had slammed Sophia onto the mat, she moved over and forced Sophia upon her back, from there she'd roll ontop of her, laying across Sophia while her hand tried to grab Sophia's wrist to pin it to the mat while her other hand tried to grab her leg and hook it up for a pin attempt.

Sophia let out another groan as she was flipped onto her back, a bit dazed but realized the situation she was in. "One!" The ref counted as Sophia gritted her teeth, feeling one of her wrist pinned down and one of her legs hooked up. "Two!" Suddenly, she mustered up some strength inside of her and kicked out, kicking out onto her side and facing away from Alair as she tried to get onto all fours.
