Wow, I'm actually making a thread!

Yeah.....so, I have no idea how to start this off, but just to tell all of you great guys and gals, I'm packing my stuff to leave out for Canada. Caribana in Toronto is coming up fast and most of our costumes/props for the late entry has already shipped out there last weekend.
Me, and several other friends/family are going to dance for Dominca. So if any of you guys who are from Canada and is yet to see the last August cycle for the parade, look out for us " title="Very Happy" />
Hopefully, we could make it there early enough to catch the damn thing " title="Mad" /> If not, then atleast we have other late events to attend to. " title="Laughing" />

I've never been late for the event before, to be honest. Speaking of that, any of you guys heard of the saying "People count the faults of those who keep them waiting" ?

I don't know why I brought that up, but my grandmother said it to me once, and everytime I thought about it, I get hungry.

Yeah....

Ugh, it was a long ride but I'm finally back again.
Instead of taking the plane back where the rest of my family is, I'm staying in New York with my uncle. Yay! " title="Very Happy" />

Ok, now for the bad news.......

Yeah, I know I kinda promised that a while back, but first, I have to say that I had a good time at the festival. It had to end a little ealier thanks to two people ending up getting stabbed in the middle of the parade.
Not to mention Drake(famous rapper from Canada) was having a concert on the very same day as the festival. To make things worse, it also rained during the final segments of the festival, so everything was shut down early.
No big deal though, I guess. " title="Mad" />

Anyway, we all got ourselves ready for the whole parade, but it never occured to anyone in my group that somebody had to bring the camera. " title="Rolling Eyes" />
I did manage to take one good picture though. It was of a concert featuring this reggea artist, Queen Ifrica. I have to admit, the parade was alright, but Queen Ifrika's performance made up for it.


After that, I snuck away from my parents and went into a strip bar with my cousins. I don't remember the name of it, but it was located downtown, near QueensQuay, I think.

You guys should've seen it. There I was, sitting down in the back row watching all the strippers dance around naked until one female worker shows up and asks my cousins and I if we were willing to jump in for a threesome with her. " title="Laughing" />
No joke. I know these girls get paid for taking up the costumers, but wow, are they that hungry?

Anyway......Canada was awesome. I loved it soo much. Nothing much has changed since last year's Carribanna.

In other news, New York is kinda cold right now. Brrrrr! " title="Mad" />
